Tireworks at 9590 W. Tropicana was excellent to me. Alberto ( Manager ) & Christian ( Tech ) were spot on, what they said & what they did. Pricing was very fair as well. I will be visiting them again when I have our families next vehicle issue. Thanks again Aloha

Dishonest and untrustworthy when diagnosing my cars mechanical needs. Over $6,000 I’ve had to finance and about $6,000 thru the warranty. I’m old school and take a man for his word. Pictured are just a few of the unnecessary parts I was convinced I needed. One or more parts were the incorrect part that was installed incorrectly two times possibly three times. The incorrect part was either too long or too short made my front right wheel wobble and made me veer in the traffic on the freeway. Tire Works claimed that it was a bearing in my transmission that was Breaking the part. Also claimed there was metal in my transmission oil. Quoted me $1500 in about a week to fix. Well… Once Tire Works had my car hostage. The price went up to $3700. They had my car for a month. In a nutshell… I did not need a new transmission. It was the incorrect CV axle extender that they installed incorrectly two times. Instead of taking responsibility for the wrong part and replacing it under warranty? They needed to put the screws to a long time customer and claim a transmission problem. You see… Tire Works has a nonprofit transmission shop that they have to pay weather they have a transmission to fix or not. I was the poor unfortunate soul… The grandma on a fixed income that they Used to cover their costs. I keep these parts in my living room. So that my kids and my grandkids friends and family will know the Financial devastation Dishonesty and taking advantage of others to line their pockets causes the person and their family. If I brought a hot air balloon in that day Tire Works was going to sell me a transmission no matter what. It’s not just one individual Tire Works location that is trained to deceive you, high five each other once they’ve tricked you Into buying unnecessary parts and services to line their pockets. It’s the Tire Works brand. The Tire Works Head Quarters will never return your call. The main location is closed down. It’s just people Working from home.

My passenger front tire was losing air so I went to get it checked out. I had a new tire in the trunk and asked them to mount it. They tried to salvage the old front but couldn't because it had 4 nails in it! They mounted and balanced my new tire. The job was well done, my only complaint is that I called and had an appointment for 1 pm and didn't get out until 345. There's no reason I should have waited for almost 3 hours when I had an appointment and it wasn't busy. I hope they resolve that matter going forward because they did a good job and they were very nice. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of the very excessive wait time.

This service was warm and welcoming. Far better then Wal-Mart in the same area. The cashier was polite and friendly with been respectful. He informed of other thing that I need to get fixed. He was great

Always professional and helpful. I’ve gotten excellent customer service here and issues have been handled quickly. I never feel pressured to get work done and prices are fair according to my research. Management understands good customer service and handles any and all problems fast and with kindness.

This Tire Works location is amazing. Starts with the management. Takes great leadership to show how great your crew is. Every person on this team is great. Honest, and hard working. As you can see from the other reviews, they will always put you and your family first. I wouldn't take my trust anywhere else. You can't put a price, on honesty.

I was married to an Air Force Officer for 24 yrs. I did 18 years in the military before divorcing him. I've lived all over America and these guys are my favorite car/tire shop. I brought my 2014 Subaru in because they are certified CarMax mechanics and I have an extended warranty. These guys are very professional and do an excellent job. They have gone above and beyond to assist me. They communicate clearly by sending you texts with pictures of what needs to be done and why. I like that a corporation owns them. They have corporate standards that they adhere to and you can tell. All the workers are clean and the shop is well kept. I encourage all my GF and have sent some to their shop. If you're in Vegas on the West side...come to these guys. You're safe and they won't take advantage of you.
