As i was telling the employees over there!! We usually encounter customer service that has 1-2 employees who are friendly, and knowledgeable!! This is the ONLY business i have seen in my LIFE where EVERyONE is so friendly!! They are so accommodating, knowledgeable, and provided the greatest customer service i have ever experienced!! Thumbs up to the manager who trains the employees and thumbs up to the employees who makes this place so enjoyable to be at!! Thank you for making my day so much better with great attitude! Having car problem is stressing but u guys make it all better in ur own ways by being so friendly and providing great service

$350 labor fee on 4 brake pads. Initially it was $250 total for 2 brake pads plus labor, rose to $564 for 4 pads and labor after I requested not to have my rotors replaced for an extra $240. They gouged so they could still make their money while trying to convince me that I can't have my truck back without replacing my rotors. Luckily Rick fixed that issue. Took them from 9:31am - 1:50pm to do a job that takes 30 minutes. Next time I'll do them myself. Stay away from this place.

Came in on Thursday September 19, after making phone calls everywhere tire works had the best prices compared to others. They took care of me right away was going to only get 2 new tires ended up getting 4! Very friendly and fass, my car was ready within a hour and half. Thank you Nicholas for all the help!

The service is amazing. Nick and mechanic are such an awesome, great service, pleasant person, and he seems to genuinely care about customers. I got a flat on my Tesla Model Y, and they fixed it. Awesome! You need to come here. They had the equipment for all services. Nice job. 🙂🙂

Very helpful every time I come in, always going the extra mile to keep me well informed on what is going on with my vehicle in detail. I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my cars services. At the end of each visit all I can say is thank you, and drive away knowing I didn’t get nickel and dimed.

Very respectable and honest staff. When they say it is what it is. It’s better than hearing the maybes that other repair shops including dealership services. Perfect on timing to get your vehicle back, and with knowledge of possibility for future repairs.

These guys at TireWorks on Jones are fantastic. They always give a thorough inspection on our vehicles, provide feedback and recommendations while completing the jobs quickly. Very thankful to have this shop service our vehicles in the neighborhood.

Literally took care of us even with a real Busy schedule. Regardless the wait they compensated it and I’m so very thankful and grateful for them it’s so hard to find a good place!!! This location is amazing Rick is so awesome I am not someone who likes to handle car services at all. Not only did they fix my car next day when I was having idling issues they let me bring my car in and took a look at it for me. They are amazing at explaining because I'll be honest I know very little about car functionalities. All in all great service and great team.

Came here as they had good reviews plus I had ONE sudden flat tire that needed PATCHING!!! Chubby guy at the front needed some happiness in his life or just didn’t like me for whatever reason. Then proceeded to tell me it’ll take 2 HOURS!!! They have a minimum of chairs so I sat on the floor and no one offered me chair bc children took up the chairs. I wish I didn’t have to be here and never want to be here again.

Made a next day appointment for oil change. Manager took care of the paperwork right away. After an hour and a half car was ready to go. Being a long time customer they gave me a discount, which was a lot of help at this time. Managers and mechanics are always pleasant.
