I went to the blue diamond location to get a oil change and was kindly checked in by team member. They did a inspection before doing the oil change and I absolutely love the fact that not only do they give you the breakdown on paper but you receive an email of all the maintenance your car needs w/ pictures. They are thorough and efficient. 😷 Con: Car smelt from whoever sat in the driver seat and it was moist as if whatever they had on their pants rubbed off on my seat 👎🏻. Side note: Tire works needs to invest in paper or plastic seat covers‼️

Took my SUV to the Blue Diamond and Durango location. I was a walk in for tires and a power steering issue. Gustavo took us right away and was highly knowledgeable. They did a complete diagnostic and sent me a thorough report with pictures of the recommendations. There was no pressure to complete any of the recommended work. They provided me valid explanations of the issues that were higher priority vs low priority. Everything was completed within a day. I appreciate their kindness and thoroughness while working on my SUV. I will be returning there for future services. Big shout out to Gustavo and Chip for being so great!

DISHONEST and UNTRUSTWORTHY When diagnosing my cars true mechanical needs. The Bernie Madoff of car repair. Unscrupulous ruthless and fraudulent tactics used To convince me I needed unnecessary parts. Tire Works already had an agenda for what they Were going to sell me. GUS at the Sahara location convinced me I needed all the parts pictured below. All I needed was a wheel balance and a main window switch. I originally went in to get the front right wheel looked at. Which I found out after the fact was…I just needed a wheel balance. I had to take my car back to Gus several times because the car was unsafe to drive and my car has never been the same since. Tire Works has ruined my perfectly good running car. Still having problems. I thought maybe take it to the Tropicana location and they could honor my warranty. I’ve had just about every part replaced on that car. There’s no way I need any new parts! BERTO from the Tropicana location claimed I needed a CV axle extender. That was installed and it was the WRONG PART The wrong part was installed twice and Probably a third time. Made my front wheel wobble and made me veer in to traffic on the freeway. My car dangerous to drive. I made another attempt and contacted the Sahara location and talked to DAVID ANGEL. He talks a good game. His words of hope do not match his actions of DOOM! I made an appointment with David Angel to review all of the parts that were installed on my car. Little did I know… David Angel was using that appointment as a bait and switch to line his pockets a little bit Fuller with my rent money and food money. Once I showed up… Angel already had an agenda for my car. Ya see… he already knew that the CV axle extender installed on my car was the wrong part. He used that mechanical problem as a ruse to make an erroneous claim… That the bearing in my transmission was breaking the CV axle extender. He claimed that there was metal in my oil. He said it probably be about $1500 and a weeks worth of work. Well… Once he had my car hostage the price went up to $3700 and I had to make a lot of phone calls as he ran defense regarding the process of my car that they had hostage for a month. . I emailed David Angel for the picture proof shop report showing that my transmission was bad. No response. Right then, I panicked and was physically and mentally struck by financial fear. I called Angel and I called Gus and TextThe store to try to get my car back. No luck! I called David Angel and told him I think you’re lying to me I think you’re ripping me off. HE WAS! GUS, BERTO and ANGEL all LIED to me to the tune of about $6,000 on my Credit card. $6,000 from The warranty company. I’m a senior on a fixed income. My car Is now a sputtering shaking lumpy turd of transportation. The new transmission slips downshifts hard, jumps forward and backwards. When I got my car back from Tire Works… My check engine light was on in my car smelled of gas. I’ll be surprised if the car last two more months. My door interior, car interior and floor mats or soiled with mechanics grease and smells. Anytime I asked about the charges on my receipt I was lied to by Tyler. I asked to see my new transmission before I paid for it. David Angel threw a temper tantrum and he was way too busy and didn’t wanna show me the $3700 I just spent on my part. Any time I questioned any of the Tire Works employees regarding parts or services it was always defense and the cold shoulder and a rude response. This business is unscrupulous and I’m not really sure how they could keep getting away with ripping our community off.

I had a oil change which included tire rotation. I had marked my tires to make sure that the rotation is done, but I was very disappointed when I picked up my vehicle and on the receipt was recorded that the rotation was done but my markings on my tires were at the same place. I will not give business there again for their misrepresentation.

Quick easy and Well priced. I showed up without an appointment for a quick tire rotation. They gladly brought me in push me to the front of the line rotated my tires and had me out the door within About 20 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I will certainly go back for any future needs.

This tire works store had the best store manager to give the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Gustavo is a man of integrity and a perfect example of what a company face needs in regards to a company representative. I will bring my entire family's vehicles and recommend all my friends to experience what I experienced with Gustavo and his team at tire works. Sure earned my business lifetime.

We had a nasty bit of road debris embedded in one of our tires. Tireworks got us in very quickly and inspected the tire then recommend that it be plugged. We appreciated that they never tried to up sell us on a replacement tire but only recommend what needed to be done. Work was done in a timely manner and explained to us. Shop & waiting area are immaculate. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent job. Thank you. Definitely would consider them for any automotive maintenance or purchase of new tires.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I came in at 930am to replace two tires. After being told my car would be done by 3pm I show up at 320pm and my cr is still inbthe parking lot and had not been touched. Due to there lack of time management. I then had to Uber to go get my son from school and then Uber back to the tire shop. My car was finally ready and I left. We'll I then had to turn right back around as the technician decided to keep my Lug Lock. Which is required anytime you need to remove a tire from the car. When I came back they had to search to find the lug lock which they did. Apparently a disrupted the technician leaving as he showed that he was not happy that he had to find my tool that he forgot to out back in my car. While pulling out on to Blue Diamond the tech was behind me in his car. He decided that he didn't want to wait for me to turn right. So he whipped I front of my car cutting me off pulling out of the property to speed past me knowing I had two small children in my car. Needless to say the technician should be fired, they need to work on time management, and I'll never go here again.

The customer service was amazing. Also the guys working on my vehicle did a great job. Tyler at the front desk was a big help. He helped me resolve my issue with my worn out tires and made an awesome recommendation about specific tires that I should replace them with. I've been a customer of tire works for years now, this has to be probably the best location that I've visited so far thanks to Tyler.

Went there to have the A/C in my car checked out because the air wasn’t as cold as I thought it should be. The person who spoke to me was very friendly and personable. They checked out my car and called me before they started to work on it. I was glad there was no trying upsell other services. Thank god there was no leaks and all I need was more refrigerant. I also forgot to mention my car was worked on and picked up the same day I dropped it off.
