I took my car in to replace two back tires at the Sahara & Buffalo Tireworks. Now I see why it's called Tireworks! I'm on a senior fixed income and eventually it took 6mth to pay off the payment plan offered.I wound up paying $700 for two tires.They also bill you $3.99 for sending a monthly statement, which they don't tell you.I tore my Tireworks card up afterwards. Never ever again will I step foot in any Tireworks shop! On top of that Angel, the store mgr came out with some other extra work I needed on my car totalling over $6,OOO. He said i needed new struts, front brakes, Transmission fluid change coolant, radiator coolant change & car air filter .I declined it and told him I couldn't afford it! He insisted that I get the job done.I took it to Walmart on Charleston & Decatur and was told I didn't need that type of extra work, just an oil change.I always had my car serviced at Walmart.Always get a 2nd opinion.Buyer beware!

Sales team member was very helpful. Just brought in some rims and tires that Discount Tire wouldn’t mount (even though they were OEM sizes). The guys in the shop were very nice and got everything mounted up and installed. Very good experience all around.

Fast, friendly, and great prices. My Explorer needed new tires and brakes. Adam from Tire Works more than matched competitors prices and completed the work in under 2 hours. Tire Works also didn’t try to get me to pay for unneeded work, and Adam helped me figure out what work was immediately and what was not and how to get the most affordable prices. I would highly recommend and plan to return for future work when necessary.

Went to Tire Works (7735 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV, 89117) in mid-October to make an oil change for my car. I showed him my MGM badge to the employee and got him confirmation. But when he printed my sale order, it showed $ 58.99 in total for full synthetic, and those items were ordered separately, not in a package. When I showed him the MGM employee offer page, the staff said the website page was wrong and refused to change any price. Besides that, this morning I got a warning that I only had 15% oil left and I checked the oil level gauge which nearly touched the lower line, while my car only drove 1,450 miles after the oil change. Sent email to Sun Auto Customer Care twice but got no response. Will never go there anymore.

About 3 months ago my mom took her car here for a check engine light and the car would not pass smog. They spent a few hours diagnosing it and came back with it was a leak in a line (some sort of emissions line) and also the motor mounts needed changed, there was shaking so we had them do the motor mounts. we had them fix this apparent line leak But as for the check engine light, we had it repaired with them then the next day we were on the way for a smog on the light popped back on so instead of the smog place we took it back to this tire works. they diagnosed it for a few hours and came back with something about the computer needing a reprogram, so we paid for that. I guess maybe a few days went by before we could take it to smog, the light had popped back on. So we took it back. We paid for ANOTHER diagnostic, and they assured us the issue was fixed and it would absolutely pass smog. So we took it to get smogged thinking it would pass because the check engine light was off and they assured us it would pass. But it failed and shortly after the light popped on again so we took it back to this tire works again. And paid for ANOTHER diagnostic, just for them to say we need to go to the dealership for a computer upgrade only the dealership can do. So we set up an appointment and before we could make the appointment we got a call from the manager (angel) who says bring it back because they all of a sudden could fix the computer issue. So we brought it back again, they apparently worked on it and said it was fixed, but of course it wasn’t . After several thousand dollars doing several things with this tire works we ended up just getting a new car, it was getting too expensive .But today I found out that the manager angel isn’t with the company anymore and was fired, so I can’t help but wonder if anything shady was going on, it seems weird to me that all these issues popped up one after another after another when we just went in for a simple check engine light and all of the sudden theres a couple leaks in the lines and then computer issues that are preventing the car from passing smog and I sort of feel taken advantage of, the car had no issues at all before going to them many times aside from normal wear and tear and then all of a sudden MANY issues we need to keep going back for, And then I think back to the time I took my car (totally unrelated to my moms car I spoke about earlier) there for a battery and they changed the battery but then angel comes out and tells me I need new struts/shocks, motor mounts, and a couple hoses. Now my car has the CarMax warranty, so I asked how much all that would be, and he says they won’t cover any of it so he quoted me a price either just over 2,000 or just under I don’t remember the exact price.I told him I don’t have the money for that right now and I will just pay for the battery and think about it and maybe come back in a few weeks after I have some more money.And then he does something extremely rude and unprofessional…he asks “well how much money does your credit card have on it” (because he saw me pay with my tire works credit card) I immediately felt uncomfortable, and told him it doesn’t have enough .Then he said “well maybe you can borrow some money from your mom” (because she had just spent a bunch of money there on the car I talked about earlier)I thought that was extremely rude, I told him I’ll come back another time and he should’ve just accepted the answer. Then he said he could get the price down lower for me, and said what’s the most I can pay, and at this point it felt like he was just being that typical shady mechanic trying to get as much money as he can out of me for bogus reasons. So I just paid for my battery and left. But today my suspicions were confirmed because another tire works looked at my car and not only did several of the things angel said needed fixed didn’t have anything wrong, but the ones that did need fixed my warranty does cover.

this truck has all aluminum rims. I had them installed two new front tires and rotate one to the back. Instead of pulling the one on the front that was getting rotated off onto the back and putting on the rim on the back, they flipped these aluminum rims back backwards. And left it. Pure laziness. I did not catch it so now I have to go back in the morning and deal with this and I’m from out of town. This was probably because I refuse to let them do my shocks because they were price gouging on them. This is a 2023 truck and this is the shoddy work they did. my exterior aluminum rims are gonna have scars and scuffs because of their laziness so instead of rotating that tire to the back room like they were supposed to this is the shit work they did

They did a great job repairing my tire with a screw in it for a very low $20 cost in less than 40 minutes while my wife and I waited. GREAT JOB, LOW COST !! THANKS, Ken Brewer

They don’t charge the fees agree of before oil change after service they over price my car brakes pad got problems after I bring my car to that dealer won’t go there any more for the cheat car fix service

Had an opportunity to take the girlfriend's car to get a set of fresh tires put on. They put them on in a Brisk Pace to guys tag team the car and got it done very timely I am impressed with the service here and definitely would bring another car over to get tires put on💯. Thanks team!

Adam and his team at the Buffalo/W. Sahara location were exceptional. We were on our way to our granddaughter's birthday party when we discovered a 4" nail in our car's tire. We dropped in and within 40 minutes we were on our way again. Adam was very professional and personable and turned our bad experience into a positive one.

Adam was super great in helping me determine which repairs took priority, and what the general timeline to complete them was. He wasn't pushy at all and worked with me when the initial estimate was out of my budget. The report I received was also extremely detailed and broke down exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to repair it. I only got one major repair, but my car ran great when I got it back. It was also fairly priced; much better than other estimates I had received. I would definitely recommend them for any services you may need.

I would say that this is just another tire shop but that would be a lie. David, Adam, and the whole crew here at Tire Works did a phenomenal job not only replacing tires, but also finding things that desperately needed attention. I felt no pressure or obligation to have the work completed immediately but instead, in a manner that is suitable for my timeline and budget. Honesty and integrity are rare commodities these days especially in the automotive sector. It is comforting to know I have a place that will maintain my vehicle in an economical and affordable way.
