This was my first time at this particular tire works location. I went there to get a screw removed from my tire. With my luck, my car conveniently decided not to start while I was there. They diagnosed my car and replaced my fuel pumps for me and it only took 1 business day! I really appreciate the service I got from them.

Called them up about if they sold used tires, the employee informed me that they didn’t sale used tires. I proceeded to inquire about new tires and to my surprise, the price was a decent price for a new tire. He informed me they had them in stock, so I drove over and in about 15-20mins was in and out. Still going to check around, but this just might be my new tire spot.

SCAM BEWARE! Went in for a simple tire change and left with a flat! They somehow punctured my new tire during installation, then blamed me for it. Took my car elsewhere to get it fixed. DONT GO TO TIREWORKS

First experience purchasing tires was great. This time not so much. Price for synthetic oil change quoted at $49.99. Price $59.98 +. Tires quoted to be filled with 36psi. Actually at 32 and 33 after driving 1 mile. All 4 tire treads quoted at 8/32 yet 2 tires 5 mos. old and 2 tires at 2 1/2 yrs. old. Air filter replaced 6 months ago yet told needed new. Pic showed some bees. That's it. Was told if battery wasn't replaced it might need jump started in a day or a week. (2.6 yrs old)

DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP! IT'S A SCAM! Two days after changing my brakes, the left brake got loose and started making noise. When I went back to the shop, they tried to sell me an extra $460 of work! I went to another shop for a second opinion, and they fixed it for free in less than 15 minutes. I'm going to pursue a full refund from crooked Tireworks! The shop manager was rude and unprofessional! SHAME!

Listened to the problem. Checked my car. Made suggestions to correct the problem. Kept me updated on the progress. Complimentary Uber from and to Tire Works. Keith was extremely professional and Scarlet was a delight. I will refer my friends to Tire Works!

The technicians at Tireworks Shop seemed completely out of their depth. When I brought my car in for a simple brake pad replacement, they managed to turn it into a nightmare. Not only did they take an excessively long time to complete the job, but they also damaged my rotors in the process. The end result was a set of brakes that squealed louder than before and felt less responsive. Went back to the store the following day and had the store manager kicking me out saying I was lying . NEVER GOING BACK !

I called to inquire about pricing for my wife’s car, and the quote I received was $600 higher than the one from the BMW dealership. When I pointed out how far off they were, the shop manager suddenly dropped the price by $300!! . As a loyal customer, I won’t be returning. Stop the price gouging—shame on you! Shame on the manager too!

My tires were warped and manager Keith was kind enough to help me out and they had 2 tires in stock which i needed. All the other location were either short handed or had 3-4 hrs wait my van was done within an hour. These guys at Tire Works on Flamingo are great.

This place is horrible, First off I took my Jeep into this place 2 weeks ago to checkout what I thought was an electrical issue and to get an oil change, In which the manager Kieth told me there was nothing wrong with the electrical system. Fast forward to Wednesday morning this week and my Jeep wouldn’t start , I made an appointment here and had it towed to this place . I informed Keith again I believe it’s electrical, and maybe the radio needs to be replaced along with having my rear brakes fixed. And let me just say through the entire process, I was given no communication on my vehicle I kept having to call and check on the status, I got my vehicle back today, the brakes weren’t done , the radio still glitching, when I addressed to Keith the store manager he proceeded to blame me as if it was my fault, this by far the worst service I’ve ever had it was waste of time energy and money. If I could give 0 stars I would .

1 star because its Most expensive tire shop in Las Vegas. Got 5 different quotes from 5 different shops for tire repair and rotation and this shop was 3 times more the price then any other shop.

I brought my car to this tire shop for a brake repair, but their shoddy work left me in a dangerous situation. After picking up my car, I drove only a short distance before my brakes completely failed, causing my car to break down in the middle of the street. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the mechanics had left out a crucial brake component during the repair. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable for any automotive service, let alone one dealing with such a critical safety system as brakes. Not only did their mistake put me at risk, but it also endangered other drivers on the road. The stress and inconvenience of being stranded, not to mention the additional costs for towing and proper repairs, have been a nightmare. The shop's carelessness demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and attention to detail. It's clear they either rushed through the job or employed incompetent mechanics. Either way, this experience has completely shattered my trust in their abilities. I strongly advise against using this tire shop for any services, especially those related to crucial vehicle systems. The potential risks to your safety and wallet are simply not worth it. Save yourself the headache and potential danger – take your business elsewhere.

Terrible experience at this tireworks shop Brought my car in for brake inspection, and their employee broke my car key while trying to start the vehicle with the steering wheel locked .They refused to take responsibility or reimburse me for the $110 replacement cost. Management was rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. Customer service promised to call back but never did. Avoid this shop - they don't stand behind their mistakes and have poor customer service. (Also, their brake estimate was $300 higher than 3 other shops .)

This shop is like a Thailand flee market . They offered me a super high price to change my brakes ($779)! When I told them I’ll think about it they immediately went down to $650 because “kith the manager have a good day” lmao! When I say no again they went down to $580. I said no again and they went down to $530 . LOL . Thieves . SCAMMERS ! Do not go to this shop.
