This is my fourth visit to Tire Works at the Pecos and Sunset location, and this time I came for an oil change, and battery replacement. Dean Morse, the service advisor, was attentive and professional, providing excellent care for my vehicle in the most efficient manner. I appreciate the great location, outstanding service, and reasonable prices. I strongly recommend Tire Works on Pecos and Sunset. Dean and his team of ASE-certified mechanics aren’t just professionals in auto repair—they excel at what they do.

So I went to tire works on pecos and sunset in las vegas NV and these guys have always treated me well. I needed 1 new tire and wound up with 4 and I took it in late in the day before Thanksgiving day. They took my car in even tho it meant they had to stay a little later than they would've liked.

Dean is apsolutely wonderful. He knew exactly what needed to be done and then signed me up with a Tire Works card which gave me 10% off. They also have a TV you can watch while waiting with a zillion stations.

One of the better experiences that I’ve had dealing with a large business. Very professional and very courteous with no pressure to upsell anything. I went in there free oil change with their $19.99 coupon and asked if I could use my own oil since my vehicle has 80,000 miles on it and I do not want to change brands at this time. That was no problem they used my own oil and filter and at the end of the day even though it was my first visit they gave me a loyalty discount like a repeat customer would normally get and I got it for even less than I originally thought. This company has come through again with five stars. Very courteous, very friendly and more reasonable than I could ever think of. I actually tried a couple of businesses closer to me in order to get my oil changed, and they would not do it unless they could use their product. My vehicle is now a high mileage vehicle, and I have only used mobile one high mileage oil, kudos to this company and will never go any place else I will still use this business however the labor for the last two oil changed has been a bit much at $38.00.

My first visit to Tire Works (Specifically located at 6455 S Pecos Rd.) on Sunset/Pecos was great! I was greeted by the Sales Manager politely. The work done by JR, the Technician, was done professionally and had my car running great again. Honesty and transparency is hard to find in any profession these days and with so many businesses claiming they are #1 and do not measure up, Tire Works DOES! If honesty and professionalism is what you expect in a full service auto center, Tire Works has earned a new customer. Thank you to the Tire Works team!

I had a bit of an emergency with my car while visiting family in Henderson. When looking for a shop, I drove by TireWorks and knew I needed to pull in. Dean was very concerned for my situation and helped in anyway possible, including putting on my spare for me. They worked with me and my insurance making the process simpler. I felt like I was kept informed on the progress and fully understood all my options. I have recommended TireWorks to family and would recommend them to anyone else.
