I had a great experience at Tire Works! While the diagnosis took a little longer than expected, it was incredibly thorough, and I appreciated the care they took to ensure everything was checked properly. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. They clearly explained my options and worked efficiently to get my car back in top shape. The quality of service and attention to detail really stood out. The facility was clean and welcoming, making the wait much more comfortable. I’ll definitely trust Tire Works with my future tire and vehicle needs. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer of tire works for over 7 years I even have a credit card the Hollywood location is my go to I can pull up and get air in my tires recently I had a damaged tire that had to be replaced riding on my spare i dropped my tire off they replaced it and called me and told me it was ready they changed the spare and had me on my way in minutes Good job to the crew and keep up the good work

The people at Tire Works did a fantastic job. They replaced the battery in my Prius, they charged a reasonable price. I am happy with them, I will be a repeat customer

DO NOT RECOMMEND Gone in for just a tire change and they scammed me into paying 2000 for some changes for my car and I’m been in dept to them for a year in a half. Definitely go somewhere else

I was looking for a place that has my tires, my car is old and require specific tires. I called and have Chris on the phone who was very helpful and nice. I changed all my 4 tires there. I was supposed to get a quote for something else but I guess there were too busy. They nicely filled up my sparred tire too !!!

Chris and his team are great! This shop is very busy so I recommend making an appt or dropping your car off. They will provide a ride home if needed. What I appreciate most is they work with integrity. If something isn’t right they will work until they fix it and do right by their customers. They also work with Carmax car care so I was able to get my car fixed close to home and only pay a small deductible. They were extremely thorough and I appreciate that.

Front desk clerk didnt acknowledge. Probably doing something so didnt think much of it. Went up to desk and but honestly didnt even look interested in assisting. Asked for a price on oil change and just said they were full and could not help today. Didnt offer to set an appointment. I didn't not stay; will not recommend.
