Beware of this place. They damaged my van during an oil change and have yet to pay me for all the damages. They will not call me back or take full responsibility for the problem they caused. They opened an insurance claim with a non-reputable, ethical insurance company. The manager, Chad, seems to be trying to help me, but upper management just wants me to go away. I am super disappointed with the lack of professionalism. This is just a warning for everyone who comes here. Be careful because I would be sad if you had the same problems.

They were happy to put tires on my car and change a belt, but that's not the issue. The day after the tires & belt were put on, ALL the dash and check engine lights came on. I took it right back to them, they ran a diagnostic, fixed it and I was on my way. One month later, ALL the dash & check engine lights are on again. Same as the first time. So of course, I took it back. Well... turns out they didn't bother to add any of that first return visit to the documentation. So now, they say I have to pay for ANOTHER diagnostic for $179. So, no. What they did the first time was simply turn off the lights. That's it. Maybe this explains the lack of documentation. When you screw up a thing, you make it right. You don't gouge people. You don't talk down to people because your staff didn't do their job. So know that staff is hit or miss. They refused to even look at it. Just a horrible experience. Bet you good money I just get one of these: "... we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback is important to us, and we strive to improve our service. Please reach out to us directly at robert@bigbrandtire.com so we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." -------‐‐------ Edit: they did reach out to me. They did the wrong thing the first time, and said as much. Dale apparently has his own equipment and does his own thing without documentation. Watch out for that. Vince was happy to offer me the opportunity to do the diagnostic again... for $179. Because "you didn't pay for it." Essentially they said, "Oops! We never fixed it in the first place! We just turned the lights off!" He admitted this. What the what?! I've been driving it like this for a month. Things were wrong with the engine and I didn't know because the light wasn't on. Turns out I do need oil. Not a change, it's low. Apologies aren't in their wheelhouse. I was absolutely shocked at the managers condescending and argumentative attitude. I have no words. Customer service consists entirely of "why should I do this for free?" Well, you broke it, and you told me you fixed it. But you didn't. That's why. They didn't offer any recourse. It was a good price for the tires, but not worth the poor service. I was in and out with Heuberger. No massive fee, so I let them to fix it. It was less for the whole repair than I was quoted for the diagnostic at Tire World. Heuberger's labor is a little higher, but their customer service is more than worth it. Didn't even have to ask for paperwork. I'm happy to pay another shop. I hear the Chevy dealer rocks, too.

Friendly service. Took lawn mower tractor wheels for tire change, busy place but was able to get the help i needed. Fast service, fair price and professional work/service. Very clean place!.

Dane was awesome, notified me on everything that was being done to my vehicle and when they found any issues. Overall Super transparent, prices are fair for the top notch quality work that you receive. and everyone there is super efficient at getting you in the door and out with your keys in hand as fast as possible. Thanks for fixing my vehicle troubles multiple times, I’ll continue to come here for any fixes I need. 10/10, 5 stars would recommend to all my friends and family.

Josh was able to squeeze me in to their extra tight schedule on a Monday for same day tire replacement. Alex my service rep was very helpful and professional. I’ll be back for more tires from here!

These guys did a great job with my dually. I had an appointment to install 2 tires and a front alignment. It took a little over 2 hrs, but they were very busy. Prices were good and the tires look great on my rig. Overall, happy with it all.

This guy (Dane Hyland) is as solid as they come! When it comes to customer service, His ability to relay knowledge and information to me about the needs of my vehicle are absolutely unmatched! He clearly articulated the issues and was great about letting me know when it would be ready! If your going to Tire world. Ask for Dane! Always such a great experience here! My husband and I have been going there for the past 7 years. After my husband passed away I continued using their services because I felt I was always treated fairly and that they wouldn’t try to sell me something I didn’t truly need. People who work there are helpful and friendly - even if you just pull up and need a tire check! They always jump into action and check each tire, fill the ones that need it, and always with a friendly smile!! I’m impressed with the service and the people!!

We got a flat on the freeway needed some place close to fix the tire. We called and they got the tire fixed right away and put it back in as a free service. Very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Very efficient service and professional staff. We needed new tires and they were able to get the ones we wanted in a couple of days, got us in to take off our winter tires and put them in individual bags so they are cleaner to store and handle. You definitely feel like the team here know their business and are individuals you can trust.

shitty place , booked 3 appointemnts even tho they knew what was wrong with my car (change the knock sensor) and they said it was gonna take longer when first times they said it could be quickly fixed
