Came in for a quick oil change and swapping in my winter tires. I came on my lunch break, assuming that the stated time of 1-1.5 hours would be accurate. 3 hours later I’m leaving the shop, having to plan on staying late at my job to make up for the time I lost due to their slow work. They said someone called out when I called at the 2 hour mark, but I was still quoted 1.5 hours when I walked in initially. This is incredibly frustrating; regardless of the courteous staff, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend coming here for fast service.

I took my sister Allison’s car in this morning with what we thought was an oil leak. The guy at the shop were very diligent, they let me know each step of the way exactly what the problem was. They Removed the drain plug that was not improperly, drained the oil, did a full oil change. They cleaned off the drain plug and around the drain. They then cleaned off the plastic piece that goes over it and then put it all back into place. I was out of there within an hour. It’s actually shorter than I wait for just an oil change. I highly recommend Tire World!

They are friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to help. I never had a problem they could not fix. When they could not finish my car that day they gave me a time that worked for me to bring it in and finish it. As well as discount some of the cost for the inconvenience. Great place have been going to them for years.

BEST experience I’ve EVER had at a tire shop. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. When I compare them to top mainstream names like Discount Tires or FireStone, Tire World Auto Repare takes the 1st place. They truly embody the human aspect in their customer service. At Tire World Auto Repair it not about upselling and getting the most money out of you like other repair shop, they are there to help you out. I showed up with an unknown issue with one of my tires. All I knew was the tire was losing 2-4 psi every day. They were able to quickly isolate the issue, correct the deficiency and send me about my way. Total time spent there was 30 minutes. While the team works on your vehicle you can help yourself to a free cold beverage in their customer waiting room. I hope I am able to captivate the impression they left on me. If not, visit them for yourself. Over all great shop, they are all passionate about what they do. I will not be visiting any other tire shop.

I wanted to thank the techs at the N Academy Blvd location for helping me BIG time. My starter died on a Friday night at Helen Hunt Falls. Luckily I got an emergency tow to Tire World. Not only did they fit me in to an already busy Saturday, but they also replaced my starter and got me out the door same-day. This was huge since we had friends visiting us from out of state and my truck was THE get-around vehicle. I would highly recommend serving your vehicle here.

I stopped in last minute on a week night and was greeted kindly and they did an oil change and rotated my tires. They were fast and efficient and didn’t try to get me to buy filters or anything extra! They even fixed the gauge on my dash for me! I will definitely be using these guys for future services!

I wa so excited to go to them after big o tires and brakes plus said they couldn’t do an alignment on my Audi. I called early to ask them if they were certain and they said yes. I get there later that day for them to tell me “our alignment tech is new and isn’t comfortable working on your car” didn’t check it out first but I appreciated the transparency. They called their other store to ask if they could and sent me that way. Only for the other store to say “nah you have air suspension” and they didn’t even know I was going. The lack of communication is ridiculous I drove for 1 1/2 hours going to this place to the other, for them not to even try to take a look at my car. It’s horrible service and communication between both businesses and towards their customers. Never again. If y’all need your euro cars taken care of I’d suggest simply euro. They charge cheaper than tire world anyways
