BEWARE!!!! At first I thought I’d found a trustworthy shop…I had a few tires patched and bought some used tires without issues. Until one day my car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to this shop. Mechanic called me & said I needed a new starter and that he tested my battery which tested “good”. I approved the new starter. The day I was going to pick up my car I called to make sure it was all good and the mechanic then tells me that while my car was there the battery magically went dead so he took it upon himself to replace it (he never called me). I told him that if the battery was dead I would have never agreed to get a new starter since the starter was clearly not the issue and he said there was nothing he could do about that now but I should be happy to have a new starter (soooo shady). I then told him I never approved for him to replace my battery and that it’s illegal to do work without consent. He proceeded to tell me he no longer had my old battery—so before I picked up my car I had to buy a new battery somewhere else since i obviously can’t trust this scammer. When I got there he tells me he has my old battery now. Who knows if it was really mine (he was probably worried since he switched my battery without consent) but regardless I had him put the new battery I just bought. Never trust this place. If you must take your car there have them show PROOF of everything they tell you is wrong. But honestly just find any other shop. ZERO STARS!!!! Don’t let them fool you like I was smh

Initially called about one tire but was talked into two tires. The very next day we noticed the tire pressure decreasing on one tire. Due to work we couldn’t get back there till a few days later- which didn’t even freaking matter! We don’t guarantee”. He even looked at it and said yeah that’s a sidewall leak, couldn’t patch it even if we wanted to. Sean kept saying they showed him the one tire being tested but not the other. Times are freaking tough right now or we wouldn’t be shopping at your store. But seriously! So dishonest.

Got a flat on the free way went here because it was the closest. They had my tire (used) available. I’m so glad I asked to see the tire before they put it in my car guy was a little hesitant but when I looked at it the whole one side had no treat and was slick! In between where there was tread was dry rotted!!!! I asked him would you put this on your wife’s, daughter’s car? He said no, I told him just put my spare on (it’s old) I’ll just use that till I get a new tire I will NEVER recommend this place don’t see how it’s legal to sell tires that are NOT road safe!

Just called for estimate on tires. Associate was rude, didnt let me finish my request and question, and ended up hanging up on me. I'm livid!!!!

NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS. If I could, I would rate them at a zero. My battery died and they were sketchy and made me replace the starter. Then the “battery mysteriously died” while under their care…. AND disappeared. So I had to get both a new starter and a new battery. Lucky we didn’t sue.

No complaints about this place. This is only my second time, but each time, it has been great and fair pricing. Almost every other mechanic was trying to charge double or triple what they charged for brake pad replacement (front & rear) my first time was for a battery replacement because it has to be replaced from the bottom again every other mechanic trying to charge triple. It's definitely a great place, reasonable pricing, great service, and fast.

The customer service is horrible. It's never busy and they give bad customer service. I'm not sure how they are still open. The price is comparable to other used tire shops. Don't waste your money here.

An honest mechanic. Initially the mechanic believed my van could be repaired. We discussed a price, and I made my way home leaving it with him. He called me later to inform me that the fix was going to be a lot more and he didn't do the initial repair because it would be wasting my money. I really appreciate his honesty because I was about to put my rent money down on the initial repair. I will be coming to him in the future when I end up getting another car one day.

My Black People,My Black people please,please,please DONT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR TIRES!!! OR ANY CAR NEEDED SERVICES!!!! YOU or YOUR CAR ARE NOT IMPORTANT HERE!!!!!! .....they aren't appointment based, but allowed two other people to go ahead of me(Hispanic) and they fixed my car in the parking lot, and the other (Hispanic) guys in the car proper car placement area.Over charged me! Etc. IT SUCKS THAT I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW

This place is a joke. Racist hispanic men. There is no system no organization. You pull up first but they take theirs friends before they help first time customers. Big O Tires quoted me almost $400. For a wheel alignment, valve stem, mount and balance. On some tires, i bought oline. Tire Xpress quoted $165. Way better deal. Out in 45 minutes.

Really Good place, they immediately got me in and got my tires done in not even an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Im going back to get my breaks and alignment done for a great price on a Sunday morning which is great because I work weekdays.

This establishment literally picked up the phone and hung up on me intentionally, I wouldn’t outsource anything from these individuals. That was the first time experience. I was prepared to buy four tires.

This shop has gone downhill these past couple of years. They gave me a hard time honoring the free rotation/balance/flat fix 3 months before I was due for a new tire, because I purchased Pirelli's and having them for more than 2 years is too long, according to the tall dude with curly hair. On top of that, even though I convinced them to take care of my flat, I was back at their shop 2 days later buying a used tire because that same person did a terrible job with the patch, even though it was only a small nail in the middle. Mechanic prices are great, but the work is being rushed out these days and most of the time you have to scramble around the building to find the mechanic or manager, or else you will get skipped by somebody else that will walk directly into the garage to find the mechanic. He is a nice guy, hence the two stars. The prices on labor for brakes and rotors are also good, and they did a fine job with the resurfacing and pad replacement. In the end, I decided to bring my business to another tire shop and mechanic due to the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. The variety of tires at this location is not good and the service is not good anymore either.

We’re from Oklahoma and drove 16 hours to come to the Sick New World festival. Before we could come back home, we noticed our front right tire was super bald. Tire Xpress got us in and out with a used tire that looks brand new in 15 mins! Super cheap, super fast, super good quality. Definitely use this company

Wonderful service, friendly and fast. My air pressure was low on 3 tires and he didn't want to charge me. Gave a tip and didn't lose my whole day sitting around to get it fixed.

The mechanic is so bad. I payed over $200 for a repair on my suspension. And left with other problems then when I originally came in for. He worked on it 2 times and it's still not fixed. I had to get a refund.

They did excellent job patching up tire and ask them what was, it was nail from roof job few weeks ago. Price are reasonable.

You better watch the tire especially if your buying a used tired they sold me a bum tired i had to return in the 48 because it was busted wow💓
