Got new tires from here toward the end of last year with no issues. Went to go change a flat and noticed all the original lug nuts were replaced and my tire iron didn't fit. 4 hours later had to get rode side assistance and they had to cut off I guess decorative aluminum caps revealing diffeeebt nuts at 3 different sizes

I came to this place over the weekend because they were one of the few tire shops in the area that was still open on Saturdays and they had great reviews. I will give them the benefit that when I arrived there was almost no wait and they got right on it. But… I specifically asked them to be careful with my polished wheels on my truck and the manager or owner said not a problem. My wheels came back from the tire machine with gouges in the aluminum on all 4 wheels. Non repairable and they were in perfect condition because it is a new truck. I’d recommend this place for fast convenient service but if you care anything about your wheels I’d think twice..

Took my car in with a flat tire to get plugged. They plugged it and showed me that it was on the side wall so that wouldn't be safe. Gave me a great deal on some new tires. These guys really care to do a good job. I've also taken my car in for an oil change and inspection, they're quick too.

My hubby and I live at the Luxia and today i released more air from my tires than my original intention. After driving around to almost every QT in hopes to find a working air pump. If only life in Ft Worth could possibly be that easy, lol. Later I decided to go across the street after calling Tire Zone. The owner was kind and allowed me to use the air machine free of charge. Thank you for being helpful! 😁

I came in to have them fix my leaking tire, while I was there they were able to look at other issues I had been having as well and they were able to repair those issues on the spot too. Very knowledgeable and very efficient! Whole process only took about 20 minutes.

When did we start normalizing $15 plugs and $25 patches. I had to stop here the other day to get my tire plugged and the total came out to $16.74 because he had the nerve to charge me Taxes on a $15 DOLLAR PLUG!! Crazy, I'll never go back there again...🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ They getting outta hand with these prices, as a Business if you want to inflate your prices because you feel you can generate maximum profits and leave your customers destitute, UNDERSTAND there will be consequences to those actions! 🚫🚫💰💰📈📈

I got 2 nails in my tire when I was in a rush on my way to work today. I asked if I could drop my car off to get a new tire, and they said no problem, we’ll change it for you right now. I had a new tire on within 10 minutes and made it to work on time. Amazing customer service!!!
