Very nice and helpful staff, who were responsive over phone and text. They did a thorough job plugging holes in two tires. Very reasonable prices.

The tire shop replaced my tires quickly, and the staff was helpful in explaining the different options available. The prices were reasonable, and I’ll definitely return when I need new tires in the future.

Incredible service on text , quick and easy, no frills! Came within the hour in midtown Manhattan at 1am when we encountered a flat . Fixed within 15 minutes and we were on the way. Thank you so much for being a lifesaver!

I’d give them 6 stars if I could. My tire popped in Manhattan and I had no spare at 9pm. They came so fast, replaced it on the busy streets, and the price was very reasonable. Trust me call them

Truly excellent experience - bad flat long after most places had closed right at the Brooklyn bridge - they sourced a replacement tire and were on site to replace it within the hour. Amazingly responsive, constantly communicating by text and great service. Not expensive for what they provide, either.

Tire2go provided excellent & sufficient service, I caught a flat getting on the Brooklyn bridge on my way to work at 11pm, I called tire2go at 11:30, they came out & had my tire replaced by 12:15, in addition to that my battery died & they gave me a jump for no additional charge and made sure I made it to work. I highly recommend tire2go for excellent service, great prices & wonderful customer service. They will go above and beyond.

Caught a flat on the side of the FDR at 11pm. I found Tire2Go on Google. The service was prompt, & Letty’s customer service was amazing he was also patient. He explained everything clearly and provided me with options for repair. Tire was fixed within 30-40 min. The work was done efficiently, and my tire was as good as new in no time. Overall, I highly recommend them.They've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for any future needs. Keep up the fantastic work!

We had a sudden flat just off FDR and after failing to find a tow we were thrilled that Tire2Go could bring a used matching tire and they easily replaced it for us on the roadside. Super friendly staff in person, answering the phone, and texting status updates.

Tire2go was absolutely phenomenal. Answered the phone immediately and gave me a time they would arrive. They were there before the ETA and even with it being midnight and raining. The service was incredible fast!!! I️ would recommend Tire2go to everyone! Thank you guys :)

I had a flat in Chinatown late night, after an hr or so they arrived and plugged my tire. I was charged $120 for something that typically costs $30-$45. At the time, I was in a very compromised position as a lone female in the city very late night, and I desperately wanted to get home. I even tipped, and now I regret it as it’s apparent I was taken advantage of. Had I needed new tires I was quoted at $200 but to plug my original tire a charge of $120, its insane and doesn’t make sense. I’m now looking into ways of involving local agencies such as BBB etc…I hope this doesn’t happened to another person. It’s awful.

Caught a flat in Brooklyn around midnight after calling 23 other Buinsesses that didn’t have this rare tire they had it & gave us a 30min ETA I didn’t even have to tow my car or call AAA they literally come to you! At a reasonable price and take different forms of payment will definitely save their number and refer friends! Oh yea & it took less than 30min for them to out the new tire on! So here I am a hour later & back on the road home! Thanks guys!
