If I could give this a 0 rating I would! I’ve never been treated so rudely at any business! Absolutely zero costumer service! I’m pregnant and had my two kids with me when I went to get new tires. They told me I canceled my appointment when I never did, they mistook me for someone else. He spoke no kind words when asking for my keys, told me to “sit” never offered anything. I watched him as he put all 4 new tires on in 30 mins. He then finished and drove my car fast through the parking lot and slammed the door. He then told me the price and never said thanks, sorry, or anything! On my way home I was on the freeway and my car was shaking uncontrollably. I get home and realized he didn’t balance my tires like he charged me for! There is 4 weights on my back left tire and that is it! Needless to say, I will NEVER come here again, let alone recommend anyone to them! Don’t waste your time!!!

Called to see if they had a part to change my tire. The guy was very rude and didn’t offer much help. All he said was I have one for my brand, and didn’t offer any help. I’m definitely never taking my business there ever again. Big O will receive all my business from now on.
