They are really great. My daughter and I got a flat and it couldn’t be repaired. The guys were able to send their mobile tire change van out and they got us back out on the road. They really did a great job.

I'm a mom of 3 here in Charlotte and know no one! They were the first place I came to for my tire needs and now I'm a customer for over a year! This week I've been towed to them TWICE for tire changes and they never complain and get it done in well under 30 minute for $50 for a used tire on my SUV! You cant beat it. There is a slight language barrier there sometimes but the other workers can help! Fast, friendly service! True lifesavers!

Very fast, affordable and friendly service they installed my used tire in less than 10 minutes. The tire was in great condition. The guy Who installed my tire, even put air in my other three tires that were low. Great service I definitely will be back!

I’m so thankful for your service!! I had a flat tire at almost midnight and I was able to get a used tire at a decent price plus they were very fast!! Great customer service too!! I highly recommend this place!!

Although they are open until 12midnight. The prices of the tires go up after 7pm. Just some business advice no one asked you to stay open until midnight. Be grateful that people want to support your business and don’t “repay” them by over charging them. I literally needed two tires from you all but on principle (not money) waited until morning and went elsewhere. No matter the time keep your prices fair and CONSISTENT!

First company i ever went to where they fufilled the services and i was still irriated at what happened. They jacked my car up and were taking so long. They didn't communicate what the hold up was and what they were doing. After waiting for a while, i asked them to just drop my car and give me my rim so o could just leave. They pretty much just ignored me. They put the tire on but i much would've went somewhere with better service. I wouldn't recommend these guys unless you have no other option.

I called them and they stated that they had the size tire I asked about. When I got there, they had us waiting for over 40 minutes after they took the wheel off with no communication whatsoever while they were all eating their food. It felt like a total disregard for people’s time. On top of that, they came out with a different size tire and told us they didn’t have our size.

My daughter called them for 2 tires after running over something on highway and was told the tires would be $50 each tire. She needed 2 tires.After she arrives to the shop the price changed to $70 Each.Worst part of this transaction is they put 2 tires that were smaller than the Original tires. THEY WILL ENDANGER YOUR LIFE FOR THE ALIGHTY DOLLAR.

So the other week I needed a tire for the car. I found this place. I would say if you needed a use tire that this would be a good place to go. It is always busy. Also they have a good price on a used tire. Come and check them out.

Trash customer service, they take your payment then take they sweet time, I came for a rim repair and they stole my tire and replaced it with one the wrong size, to then turn around and charge me for a new one

brought showed the car told fathers trailer we will do everything, unhooked trailer drove in says I can't do it, before you open your mouth and think about what you are saying? why tell a person that you can, he comes, wastes time and then says I can't. crap

I noticed my tire was deflated after my class pretty late at night . And I called tires 4 less and they told me to come in. Didn’t know tires shops were open so late. They put on 2 tires for me pretty quickly . And the price was really good. Way cheaper than what I thought it would have been. They really helped me out or I wouldn’t have been able to get to work this morning.

I purchase two tires from them the next day both tires were flat and I call them about the tires being flat and not properly put on and they said they would send someone out to fix it and never did. I kept calling them and they didn’t answer there a bunch of scam artist and nothing good will happen to them.

Welll they changed my tire and put my rim on someone else’s car and there’s on mines, had to wait 3 hours to get my rim back. At the end they made things right

Don’t buy from them! They don’t stand behind their work. The reviews are forced! He offer you a discount to get a good review! He put the wrong size tire on my Mercedes and the tire had no room so it was cut in the inside after 2 weeks and he wouldn’t replace it! I paid him 80 dollars for a tire that lasted 2 weeks! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! They are get overs! Don’t care about the customers only the money!! Update! They smoke weed in front of the customers! Not professional at all!!

Everything was going well until i had to wait over an hour for 1 tire. I called before 4 oclock to check on the pricing and they told me 50$ if i can make at 4, i got there at 4:05 and waited 1 hour for him to charge me 78$ for a used and dirty tire full of dirt. Disappointing.

I bought one tire, all was great but then about 6hrs later the thing was flat, unexpectedly. If customer service makes this right, I'll give more stars.

Just terrible. Sold me a tire with no air I had to drive back 30 mins to the shop. when I get there the guy that fixed it started getting loud because they didn’t fix my tires correctly. And they constantly kept telling me I didn’t need to do all that , it wasn’t that serious when I could literally loose my life if my tires pop while driving . I was better off keeping my old tires. I will never be back
