tried to charge me $85 for a used tire 🤣lady at the desk told me she neverrrrrr saw anything under $70. left and went to Julio and Sons Tires and they did it for $60 💅🏽

My dad came here to change a tire. A girl advised him he should change 2 tires so they’re even. Great. He agreed to buy two tires because THEY ASSURED HIM THEY HAD TWO OF THE SAME TIRES AVAILABLE for him. When the car came out… they put two different tires. Which defeats the point… and he could have just changed one tire if all the tires were going to be mismatched. So then the associate he spoke to said there must have been a “misunderstanding”. And didn’t really care. Because at the point which you get your car back you have already paid.

Be careful here make sure when you buy a tire new or used check to see if it's the same tire they promised before you leave the store. The last time I was here I noticed this terrible practice. They like to show you a beautiful tire then it gets switched around to an older version that was replaced from another vehicle. Practically they are taking bad tires off and selling them to you. I had an issue where I had 2 flat tires and was taken advantage of was charged $200 USD for 2 used worn out tires. Had no other choice but to pay. Never ever going back to Tires 4 Less. Thank you Tony you lost my business my friend.

I have a lot of respect for the way they do business here. Everything is transparent and straightforward. I take all my cars here whenever I have tire issues and I always have peace of mind knowing that I’ll be taken care of by their excellent staff.

Great service and attention. Robert and Alex were very kind. I went in just to rotate the tires, but they informed me that the tires were very worn and explained why. So, they replaced them with used ones that were in excellent condition. I didn’t have to wait too long and will be happy to come back for anything tire-related.

I love this place. They are so attentive, professional and kind. I've been here various times and for different reasons and not once have they failed me. I was there this morning for me brakes and now I'm driving happy and safely. Don't know their name personally. But the young lady that took care of me this morning, a true sweetheart!!!! Really bad experience for me , the highest price in Miami and the customer service suck , they change 2 tires in my car , charge me crazy price , I left the place and 2 hrs later one tire was flat , because they don’t check in the water , when I come back they charge me 45dls for fix it , before I payed 123dls and I provide my own tires , never again to this place

This afternoon I went to change my old tires for new ones at tires 4 less, I was very satisfied for the excellent service from the staff especially Sandra, who is very knowledgeable with tires her recommendations was great and I did not wait to long to get them done. Thanks for everything.!

Went in because of a flat. I had a nail, and they took care of it. Paid $45 because I had run-flat tires and needed a patch/plug, but I had plenty of tread on the tires. Done in 30 minutes despite having 4 other customers in the shop. Quick service and they tell you how much it costs before proceeding.

A little disappointing My son went to get a tire and I was quoted a price but when he went to pay they charged him more and then they denied that they quoted that price.. also their prices for used tires are not that cheap....

Took my truck in to get 4 tire replacements providing my own tires. When I see the tech call his superior over and they're looking at my truck it took for me to go into the office to ask what was going on. Upon inspection they cross threaded my front wheel nut so now I must replace the front hub assembly and all lug nuts to fix the issue. They were going to let me leave without saying anything which is unprofessional and unethical. Then lied to my face and said it was like that. If that was the case why not show me when it was taken off? I was right there the whole time. To top it off no discount!! Most expensive tire change of life!!

The shop I normally go to was busy so I passed by this place instead because when I called, they said they could take care of me right away. When I got there, they told me I had to leave my tire and pick it up the next day unless I wanted to wait a couple of hours for it. Tony charged me $50 to patch my tire, even though they sell used tires for $40. Had I known that I would’ve had to wait so long for the service and I would’ve been charged twice as much as I normally pay at my regular shop, I would’ve never come here. Why charge so high to patch a tire when for $20 more you can get a “new” tire? Needless to say, I’m never coming back here.

I Called and said they can do the tires on wide wheels, said they had a “sPeCiEaL mAcHinE” Told me to drop em off “we got you don’t worry” Called me an hour later said we cant sorry this is to hard it’s impossible!! LOOoLL I went straight to MIAMI BEST WHEELS they did all 4 in less then 20 minutes mounted and balance …. MORAL OF THE STORY IS IF YOU WANNA WORK & MAKE MONEY YOU WILL 😂
