I use to come here for alignments but not sure if this establishment is under new management or owner but, I was told not once but twice from two different workers (different days) that if they could not complete a alignment they would still charge me. I didn’t ask “so if you can’t not complete the job you are still charging me?” And the guys responded “yes”. I did go up the street further down and found a shop who was able to help me and which was USA TIRES on Franklin and 47th

Great place for tires, brakes, oil change. And other things, the prices are very reasonable and the staff is very nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

These guys were honest and told me they could repair my car tire rather than replace it. Paid $15 and saved a hundred. Would have been easy for them to just accept my money. I’ll be back when I need new tires for my truck. Thanks guys!

Came to this shop after my car was misdiagnosed by a previous shop. Upon arrival, one of the guys came out and test drove my car with me. I was told to come back the next day for a complete diagnostic. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and my car was diagnosed and repaired in less than 8 hours. I was very pleased with their service and will refer everyone I know to this place.

I recommend tires 4 less they are professional and have the utmost customer service. Had my car fixed and they gave me a ride home as I didn't have any other transportation. I give this business 100 out of 100

Got a flat tire on a very rainy day and needed a tire as soon as possible and this shop was only a few blocks from me. Long story short a guy that I’m not even sure worked for them wanted to charge me $65 for a basic used 15” tire. Never again will I go there in my life.

First time doing my car alignment at the shop and was referred by a mechanic of mine. The shop is very clean and professional. Details of damage, costs of repairs, and timeline are very cleared. Waited for 10 minutes and got my alignment done in less than 30 minutes.
