Fui a despinchar una rueda y me estaban cobrando 20 por la despinchada ..hasta ahí normal y después me dijeron que me cobraban 80 dólares por quitar los pernos y que la goma(tires) estaba mala y que valía 70 cuando todo estaba bien ..solo querían engañarme para cobrar de más

Grosero e irresponsable el dueño, me paso un accidente por cumpla de su negligencia y no se quisieron hacer cargo además de tratarme como si fuera una basura, El PEOR WORST sitio para llevar su carro a hacerle algo de neumáticos

I'm still trying to process the shocking experience I had with Tires & Auto Services, but I can never forget the way they took advantage of me. After 1.5 years of loyalty and paying inflated prices, I was unable to pay my bill in full and was left with a $2000+ bill. But what happened next was even more egregious. The owner was uncooperative and refused to work with me to find a solution. Instead, he chose to put a lien on my truck, knowing I couldn't afford the extra fees. And then, he did something that left me speechless - he kept my truck, holding it hostage for over $4000 more than the original bill (storage fees, processing fees, etc). I'm still waiting for my truck to be returned, and it's been a month since I've seen it. But even worse, when I tried to get my kids' possessions back from the truck, the owner was dismissive and hostile. He told me I should have thought of that before I didn't have his money. When I tried to get my belongings back, I had to resort to calling the police just to get them back - it was humiliating and stressful. I felt betrayed and taken advantage of by Tires & Auto Services's business practices. It's clear that they're more interested in lining their pockets with profit than in providing honest service to their customers. Don't make the same mistake I did. Tires & Auto Services is not a reputable business, and you deserve better than to be treated like a pawn in their game of profit over people. If you're looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanic, look elsewhere. There are many honorable shops and shop owners out there who will treat you with respect and fairness. But be warned: Tires & Auto Services (i.e. Mike) is a predator who preys on unsuspecting customers like me. Don't let them get away with it.

Si quieres evitar un problema no vallas a este lugar, llegue para alineamiento, ya me avian estafado en otro lugar y dije q si me arreglaban mi carro pagaba si no noooo y estuvieron conformes por un costo de 60$ al final no arreglaron nada y queria cobrar 180$ se pucieron grceros y queria asta pelear sin razón alguna, no vallan a este sitio, obio q no pague nada, no se resolvió el problema

El encargado o dueño es un grosero y agresivo, no tienen para pagar con tarjetas que eso deben decirlo al principio, yo supongo q es para burlar impuestos

Muy buena experiencia. Tuve un problemas con dos llantas al mismo tiempo. Desde mi primera llamada fueron amables y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme. A mi llegada con la grúa me calmaron y ayudaron. Me ayudaron a salir del apuro de manera rápida. Muy respetuosos y amigables todos. Altamente recomendados.

Went to 5 tire shops and noone had my needs. Needed 1 tire to replace. Didnt notice the other side of my back tires wasnt looking too good. These guys were quick, efficient kind and even helped me to check other things as a light and an annoying noise. The owner was quick as well but the guy that helped me was awesome. Id definetely come back here for any future needs. I give my honest recommendation

I’d say it’s a dirty place. Flat tire repair patch was $20. In my opinion a bit expensive but still ok. Be aware that they only accept cash!

Muy buen servicio y atención. El señor que me ayudo a poner un parche a mi goma es muy amable y conoce bien su trabajo. Recomiendo este lugar para cualquier arreglo de llantas que necesiten. Servicio rápido y bueno!
