The Worst place you can go to !!! These guys are just looking to charge whatever they can if you are there for an emergency.. It’s either you accept the whole quote or they don’t do the job for you and they don’t care.. The mechanic kept talking in spanish language and he didn’t know that I’m understanding every single word, he kept asking the assistant to charge more and more because I can’t drive the truck without a break at that time i was surprised how these people steal money from CMs.. Then his assistant told him that i understand what he’s saying and he needs to stop talking like that but he kept telling her (don’t worry about him, he cannot understand). They gave me a quote of $740 , i approved it ! After i left they called me saying that i need to pay $2200 by adding this and this to the front tires … I denied that and ask them politely to work only on the rear caliber and pads , they said ok ! Then called again with a new quote of $1480 , i denied that but i was surprised because they told me it’s either i pay the whole amount which is $2200 or i can pick up the truck and this is only because they thought that we cannot drive it… The whole team are scammers, especially the Owner and the mechanic… Please be careful everyone!!

Tenía muy buena experiencia de este lugar pero el sábado 5/6/23 rote las gomas y me picaron una fui hoy y el dueño me dijo que yo la había llevado así en mal estado,claro mi goma vale 450 dólares y me cobró 177 dólares,perdí 627 y no quiso entrar en arreglo,este tipo de persona no deberían de tener este negocio,grosero,mal trato qué tuvo conmigo.Muchas gracias por todo señor dueño saludos y bendiciones

Need a replacement tire really bad. The lady at the desk was very kind and made it happen without delay or question. They were already about to close when I arrived so by doing so, this was worthy of a review. New tire, great price. Much appreciated. 🙏🏾Blessings to you all🫡

Came in to get two new tires, spoke to Jenni at the front desk she was great with the process of getting the tires ordered and brought to the shop, unfortunately some of the “Tire Professionals” they have working in the shop are straight up cavemen. They installed my new tires backwards meaning the inside face of the tire was facing the outside of the car, and they placed the bigger tires in the Front of my vehicle instead of installing them in the back( I have staggered tires). After I came back to ask Elder the owner for assistance in making the situation right he advised that “that tire is safe to use” meanwhile the tire had an additional tread treach created because it was rubbing with my suspension. He then got upset and told me it was my fault for driving the vehicle with the equipment improperly installed. After much bickering and causing me to cause a scene Infront of his staff, he agreed to replace the tire but was not professional in taking responsibility for the errors of his employees….I’m leaving two stars because he actually replaced the tire…buyers beware. Update: 05/13/23 went to another shop they advised “who ever did your alignment and tire balance is a CAVE MAN “ the employees of tire max didn’t properly balance my tire they did t clean the wheel well and by placing the weights on a dirty surface they fall off with rotation. causing the two tires I paid $500+ for to go bad and essentially had to throw them away. They eye balled my alignment aswell.

I went to the shop because my rear brakes were making noise. They turned a job that should have been around $300 into a $1,697.00 invoice. Old school bait and switch. They're going to see me in court.They don't stand by their word.

Worst company! Do not get your tires changed or anything car related with them unless you want to be scammed. They will break your things just to charge you more. Horrible service, customer service is ZERO. All they care about is making a small 17$
