ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I came just to have two tires changed and waited 3hrs just to swap out TWO tires. They have NO sense of customers service skills at all. Not to mention they quoted me the wrong price for tires and would not honor the price when I came back in and had a rude attitude about me having questions. DISRESPECTFUL location EVER!!! Avoid this location at all cost.

I've been to other Tires Plus locations, but this one went above and beyond. I inititally scheduled with another location (Decatur) which had my tires in stock according to the website, but when I hadn't received my appointment request 24 hours after submitting, I called. They stated that they didn't in fact have my tires in stock. So imagine my pleasure to find that not only did this location have my tires, they were honest about the state of my current tires, cutting my cost in half. Finally, they were fast and friendly. Although it's further and the surrounding traffic outrageous, I will deal with it to make this my default location.

I’ve been to this location multiple times for various needs: getting a patch, getting a new tire, asking about a noise when I turn my car… every time has been great. Tyler at the phone/counter is always greatly helpful as well. When I was getting a weird noise with my car, they accurately caught the issue (struts) and suggested I see if I had a warranty with the auto shop that originally put them in. I really appreciated them looking out for me instead of just trying to get money out of me. I’ve had terrible experiences with other chain auto shops in the area doing just that (scare tactics, charging for services that weren’t performed) so it’s a relief being able to trust a nearby auto shop for immediate needs and more. I never stay during the work orders as all of the auto shops/dealerships I’ve been to take 2+ hours for anything above an oil change, especially in the metro area. But Tires Plus is always quick to email out work order estimates, and call you when an order is completed. It’s never been taken than 24 hrs for me.

It was past 4 pm when I discovered that my car had a flat tire. I stopped at a gas station to inflate the tire and drove to Tire Plus to inquire if it could be repaired. They were able to repair it for $30.00, and I have not encountered any issues since. The manager was friendly and provided excellent assistance.

Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had an appointment for 12, I came in at 9:30 and asked if there was anyway I could get my car worked on early because I had a meeting at 2 and wanted to be out of the shop by 1 if possible. The person who checked me in assured me that they could do that and I would be out by 1. 12 rolls around and they haven't touched my car at all, I figured fair I just needed a tire replaced and my oil changed that probably wouldn't take too long. Then 1 rolls around and they still haven't touched my car. I stepped outside to call for a ride, which was fine things happen and I wasn't too upset about it. However, the guy who checked me in was watching me through the window, the minute I hung up he came outside and started berating me saying "You know every car here has a problem and needs work, maybe you should be patient or just come another day". I was taken aback because it was very aggressive when I had not said or done anything that would have warranted this. I explained I needed my car done today because I had to make a long drive in the mountains tonight and I couldn't risk the drive on a ripped up tire. The guy then seemed to calm down and said the next bay would be mine. I was happy with that and waited for my ride to pick me up. While I waited they brought two other cars back to get work done (so the next bay was not in fact mine and this worker had made yet another promise that he couldn't fulfill. I honestly wouldn't have cared if he had been honest but the false promises were very frustrating.) Then I finally get picked up it's almost 2 and my car has not been touched. At 4 they message that they have to order a new part for my brakes, I was confused because I hadn't had any brake issues but I figured they caught something. I don't even get to pick up my car until 5:30. I leave on my trip right from the store. Not even one hour in I get pulled over because one of my headlights is out. The entire drive up the mountain my car's hydroplaning sensors and stability sensors are getting triggered by just changing lanes. A few days later I drove home down the mountain, I tried braking because I don't want to speed down a mountain obviously and my brakes start stuttering and my car starts shaking. I'm confused because didn't they JUST do something with my brakes? Then as I'm driving on the highway and I try to speed up past two trucks my car suddenly stalls before shooting forward at 75 MPH in like 1 second. Now my car has always had noticeable gear shifts but this was so extreme and so scary. What if I had stalled in front of a truck and gotten rear-ended or crushed??? I had to take my car to the dealership for specialized service where I was told that going to the Tires Plus in the first place was my first mistake. The guy joked that I might honestly just need to buy a new car. Similarly, the last time I took my car to the Tires Plus to get my tires rotated they messed up the sensors on my tires and my car cannot accurately tell me which tire is flat. I don't know if its an issue of not knowing HOW to do their job, or if it was intentional, but either way my safety was at risk MULTIPLE TIMES because of this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! And PSA to the other auto body shop that recommended this place STOP!

Brought my car in for an oil change which was done improperly. Car began leaking oil all over my garage and leaked all over the car itself. When I brought it back in they recommended I take to a dealership to fix and would not reimburse any meaningful amount of the repair costs incurred because of their own screw up.

Never ever come to this location. They are a scam, they will try to rip you off. I came for a free brake check. To fix the low pad indicator noise from my brakes. and was told I needed $2400 in repairs for my brakes. For 4 new calipers, 4 rotors, and 4 pads. Which was a lie. I took my car to another location and was told I only needed pads and rotors. NO CALIPERS.

Our cars are serviced here, and it’s always a great experience. Just this week I called when they opened to check availability for an oil change, dropped off my car an hour later, and it was ready in an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable service. I appreciate the people who work here and the service they provide.

Worst Tire Shop In Town! I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment and was bringing in my vehicle to get two new tires put on that recently just got shipped to the store. they had my vehicle for 1.5 hours and hadn't put the first tire back on. their service is extremely slow, not to mention the long list of other negative comments with past customers. this location needs some work I would find another Tire shop if it's not too late for you. (a used tire shop will get you in and out in about 15 minutes)

Came here for a tire alignment the day before a road trip. The alignment felt off on the drive so I took it into another Tires Plus to get it checked. Turns out this location charged me and kept me there for over an hour and a half only to not align my tires. Will not be back.

I had new tires put on and came here for an alignment prior to going on a road trip. They took my car back 45 min past my appointment and then returned it 10 minutes later. It was clear the alignment was off while on the road trip and I ended up having to go to another Tires Plus in Florida. They told me that this store did not in fact actually align my wheels and corrected their work within 30 minutes. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else where they actually do the work you’re paying them to do.

I walked in the shop for maybe 15 seconds stating that I had a nail in my tire. They were not busy, there was a gentleman, a baldheaded man I did not get his name, sitting at the front desk. Not only did he not acknowledge me when I walked in and i asked if they plugged tires, but he barely opened his mouth to answer my question and I had to ask him twice. They were not able to service me, but common courtesy and basic customer service goes a long way. He was very rude he needs a performance evaluation by HR. Good Day

They are indeed incredibly slow. They act like they don’t even want to work judging by when u walk in and there’s little acknowledgment. I’d go somewhere else and get treated better when spending $250 per tire

I came here because my pressure light was on and I wasn’t sure if there was a nail in my tire or not. Because they were too busy to look at my car, they told me to pull around to the garage area and that one of the employees there would put air in it. He did, the only problem is that he put twice as much air as what my tire is suppose to safely hold. After leaving tires plus, I stopped at another tire shop. They found a nail in my rear passenger tire, and also measured the tire pressure. It was in the 40’s when the chart on the inside of my door says that it should be in the 20’s. I appreciate tire plus for taking the time to squeeze me in and put air in my tire, but they did it carelessly. If I didn’t stop for a second opinion I never would have caught this. Very disappointing

I’ve been here many times for tires. I’ve experienced nothing but great service from them. Their prices are in line with everyone around; they’re actually priced a bit more reasonably, which I appreciate. Highly recommend. I’ve been to the dealership and Discount Tires in the past, but Tires Plus on Piedmont has won my business. I live in the city and am in need of tires/tire repair more than I’d like from all the construction, so I’ve been here a lot.

Literally dropped my car off for an oil change only at 12:30 pm returned due to receptionist stating my car was ready after being there for 4hrs. GOT there and the man working on cars stated they haven’t even done my oil change yet. First and last time doing business with Tire Plus.

The reps up front (sorry I can’t remember names) were exceptional. Very nice and commendable service and took great time explaining to me what is going on with my car. However, it seems like the facility is short staffed with reps and technicians which will make your wait times extremely long. Arrived at 9:30 to get my car checked out, waited 3 hours and got my diagnosis (some brake stuff needed attention) around 12pm, agreed to the repairs. I live close to the shop so I called an uber home because I figured it’s better for me to wait at home instead of sitting at the shop & they will call me when it is ready. I have the day off so it’s fine. It is now 6pm and the car is still not ready, the store closes at 7pm. So my car has been held at this shop all day. I’m trying to be understanding about it but paying customers should have their time carefully considered. Or hire more staff to provide efficient workflow and prompt turnaround time for work orders.

Noticed a nail in my tire in the morning. Drove to work & looked up a tire repair shop near my job. I found Tires Plus Atlanta about 5 minutes away so I went on my lunch hour. I’m accustomed to tire change shops where you remain in the car. I had to come inside & sit for this repair. It took my whole lunch hour & I was the only one there! The rep came over to me & advised that they couldn’t plug the tire due to how the nail was located. He offered to sell me a new tire for $110. I declined. I knew the punctured tire wasn’t leaking a lot of air so I would figure it out later. I figured I could get it plugged elsewhere & that he wanted to make money off of me. I got the tire plugged near my home for $25. Tires Plus Atlanta didn’t know I am from Detroit; they better go play with they’re Momma & not me!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND-BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Don't be fooled by the operating hours, the technicians come in around 9 30 - 10am. I brought my tire with a nail in it at 6pm, with a promise to have it back latest by 10 30am the next day. That morning, I called three times until 10 10 to obtain an estimated time of completion but could not have it because the technicians were not even in yet. On my call at 10 10, I was told that it would be done in 30 minutes. I got there at 10 30 and I had to wait until 11 30! This place is so badly staffed, so poorly managed and so slow, I'll never come here again. Avoid it if you can. Oscar is a good customer service rep but keeping the doors open from 7 to 7 is useless unless technicians come in and do the work.

If I could give zero I would! I've been using you guys for years and always had a pleasant experience. And yes I fall into the category of not writing a review when I have had good service but yesterday's service was appalling. I spoke twice with Oscar and he told me both times it would take no more than a hour for an oil change as I needed my truck back asap, he said not a problem, I’m next one in! 2 hours went by and I hadn’t heard anything. My truck was still in the same place I left it. I asked what was going on, got some weak apology! A courtesy phone call would have gone a long way, I understand things change and it wouldn’t have been a problem. But the total lack of respect was intolerable, he couldn’t care less. Like I said earlier, I have been using Tires Plus for years with multiple vehicles. Never again!!

S-L-O-W. Was there for over 3 hours for a simple tire change. Uphold me to get 3 tires replaced instead of one, said it would be another 10 minutes and that took 90. Others had been there for over 5 hours. Front of house was polite and nice but was painfully long to wait for simple fixes. Will never be returning ***EDIT*** after having service at this location my tires are shaking like they’re going to fly off if I go over 60mph. Totally disappointing
