I came in with the thought that there was a need for a sensor in my tire and it ended up being a nail in my tire. I feel really confident because they were truthful and it cost me much less than anticipated. I appreciate a trustworthy establishment.

Don't bother coming here. Useless. Priced a tire here due to convenient location. Standard stock tire. Made appointment for a few days later as had other errands to run and day off viola tire not in stock after I waited over 50 minutes. Mildly apologetic from my man. No offer of any kind of discount for wasting my time and had the audacity to say I didn't owe them anything. Never come here. I will highly suggest that no one I know uses your company. Thanks for wasting my time. Unable to post with less than 1 star sadly.

I scored low for two reasons. First, I’m still waiting on my emailed receipt (from yesterday) and secondly, the tire tech/mechanics didn’t cover the seats. I have white interior and they just sat in my vehicle as if it were their own, getting black grease/dirt EVERYWHERE! Totally unacceptable. Even if my interior wasn’t white, I’d like to think that placing a cover over someone’s seat is just common courtesy. It took me over 15 minutes to wipe the seats down. Very disheartening, I’ll never go back. The guy working the desk was really nice!.

Upon going back & forth with another tire place which i will not name, I'm so glad I came here. My car was making a irratating noise coming from a bearing. Been going through this problem for quite some time now. Well much to my surprise I was recommended by a friend to come here. When I tell you that their tech TJ figured out the problem & went above & beyond to figure it out. He is awesome & was very thorough with making sure my car was fixed properly. That means the world to me to find a shop that cares & really focus on getting it right! So refreshing & from the bottom of my heart thank you, thank you, thank you to TJ for taking such good care of my vehicle! I will be back for all my future service needs.

Called yesterday and got a quote for brakes. John said $270-$300 per axle. But if need new rotors $540-570 per axle. I said okay and made appointment for 830 this morning. John called at 930 and said reason for grinding noise was left front caliper was frozen. Need to replace it and hose. Said new price is $1400. I thought high end $570 x2 $1140 so for caliper and hose ok do it. Went back to pick up my truck at 530 but wasn't finished until 6pm. They don't do paper receipts it will be emailed. I paid and went home. Reading receipt they replaced both front calipers and hoses. And didn't touch rear axle. ??? $570 per axle to $1400 with caliper and hose. Charged me $180 for left caliper and $198 for right plus $290 to install both then $86 per hose. I will never get work done here or recommend them. I will also post complaint on BBB

Dropped my truck off yesterday for a 4-wheel balance. Upon driving at highway speeds, the truck now rides much worse and “shimmy’s” in the front end more so than it did previously. Not only am I dissatisfied with the balance, 2 of the 4 rims, are now damaged; which I assume is from the balancing machine, center locking device to hold the wheel during balancing. So not only did I pay for a service that left my ride in worse riding condition, I now have damaged rims. Would not recommend!

Had an issue my car tire and wheel. Instead of dealing with the dealership I brought it to Tires Plus. Tires Plus never has any issues accommodating schedules, never charges for a diagnosis and always is transparent about price. Issue was fixed quickly.

Quick to respond, honest, willing to work till problems were fixed. When problems arose after a repair, they were repaired at no cost to me.

First off, I was told that my car would be ready by noon the following day and it was not even started. It took over an hour of waiting before the two tires were placed on the car. I asked for a phone call if the car was not done by noon. Secondly, my car was filthy after he put the tires on. The front floor mat was black and there was some strange white residue that was all along the side of my car. And the tires and hubcap were a mess. There was no care into doing a reasonably tidy job. I keep my car interior clean and no thought was given to put in some paper on the floor mat. I could not recommend this poor service.

Went here for new tires and back brakes several years ago. Went back for a nail in tire and a couple times for the pressure to be adjusted. Always fast and friendly service

First time at this location and I was impressed. I made my appointment online. The front desk person was professional and explained the work I needed done on my vehicle. I felt no pressure at all. I was quoted a price and time of when the work would be done. They actually finished early and I was on my way. Very professional place of business.
