The staff was friendly and helpful and the service technician was skilled with my type of car and its technical requirements. It was a detailed job but they got it done as quickly as possible while being professional. They estimated the cost and made sure that the repairs were within my expected budget.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 100% SCAM!!! I purchased four tires, installed, and subsequently alignment. Shortly after, heavy vibration. They couldn't figure out what it was, so I took my car to Honest1 in Loveland. Ended up being the rear passenger wheel bearing. The scam is, my tires were never aligned. Upon replacing the bearing, Honest1 had to do a full alignment. Furthermore, the right rear wheel couldn't be fully aligned because the adjustment bolt was seized in the arm bushing. The cherry on top and final dot to connect was that when I picked my car up from Tires Plus, their printer "supposedly" had stopped working and couldn't print off my final alignment. But I was assured they were aligned. How convenient. Absolutely, without question, they took my money for a service they never performed. And boldly lied to my face about it. DO NOT BUY TIRES OR ANY OTHER SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Justin was very helpful. When every other shop in town told me to come the next day, he was the only person who agreed to change my tire for me the same day. Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this shop.

Incredible staff. Super helpful, kind and thorough. Really helped me out in a bind. I was from out of town about 4 hours away from home when I ran over a nail/screw when visiting Kings Island. They were able to get me in and out within a couple hours without an appointment. They were able to help me repair the tire which was incredible, because buying a new tire is expensive and would’ve been tough for me to afford. Their honesty and hard work overall really made my day and I was able to drive 300 miles home without any issues. I highly recommend this business and its staff.

Great team here, 2 hours from home on a Saturday with a blown fuel line (dealer only part) they got me in got me taken care of. Thanks to them I will be able to safely get my family back home. A great group of people!

Other places would not return calls or answer calls. Including kings Toyota. We dropped off the car and went to lunch. Tire Plus kept us informed of how long everything was going to take so we could go shopping and we returned as it was almost finished

We got 4 new tires last week and within 48 hours one of the tires went flat. I called on Sunday (love that they are open on Sunday) and they quickly got us in. Inspected all 4 tires and had us on our way within a couple of hours (great service). Fast forward to today when I woke to the same flat tire. Justin scheduled us in for an inspection the same day. I was having trouble getting the car there since I run my own small business. I had asked about other options to have the car towed, etc. Long story short after struggling to get the car to the shop....the regional manager Brian drove to my place of business and picked up the tire off my car. Took it to the shop himself and solved the leaky valve stem! While this may not have been a perfectly smooth new tire replacement....the company went above and beyond to fix and solve the problem with great communication, prompt resolution, and above-and-beyond customer service! I for sure will be buying tires the next time I need them from Tires Plus again! A+ service!

Came in to patch the leak on the rear of my driver side only for it to last a week, the low tire pressure light came back on immediately. Checked my tires and found my driver rear was critically low again. Wondering how this was possible, I called Michel Tires Plus to see if my driver rear can be checked and patched again for no extra charge since I just got it patched. Turns out, they patched my passenger rear instead of my driver rear... My passenger rear wasn't even leaking air so what did ya'll even "patched"? They said they would have to charge me again to patch my driver rear so I got it done somewhere else. Waste of money... EDIT: The manager Zane reached out to me and offered to remedy my issue. He was very professional, considerate, and helpful. I’m glad I gave them a second chance. Zane has definitely improve this Michael’s Tires Location and focused on providing great customer service. I’m glad to say that I’m now a frequent customer and get my car serviced here regularly!

FOLLOW UP: These folks did a transmission replacement on my Explorer 5 years ago. They did a great job and I haven't had the first issue since. This is a real testimony of the quality of their work. Thanks again!

Absolute worst experience. They quoted different prices on the phone vs in-person. My wife was stranded nearby with a flat tire, and as soon as they sniffed out that she didn’t know much about cars and was stranded with a flat tire and not much options, they proceeded to recommend a million extra things. Two most ridiculous: (1) a wheel alignment although we had one done just three months ago, stressing that this needed to be done 4 times a year. This is just straight up false. (2) cabin air filter change for $80 saying this required somewhat intense labor. You pop out the glove box for a quick change. It’s not rocket science. No self respecting business should seek to take advantage of someone in need. Absolute disgust.

Had what I thought was a nail in my tire. Called near closing time they said come in we will look at it and check to see if your losing air. Reggie and associate figured out it was just a surface piece of medal they took it out no charge. Great customer service, I will buy my next set of tires from them.

This is the second time I have taken my car to Tires Plus for repairs. They are very professional and friendly, and gave me updates during their work. I received a detailed printout of all the work done on my car which included the individual charges for the work. They also gave me a detailed printout of the work that needs to be done in the future. I also qualified for a credit card that gives me 6 months to pay interest-free. I am very satisfied with Tires Plus and will use them with confidence in the future.

I came in without an appointment needing new tires. They stayed after hours to finish my car when problems arose. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend them.
