I have been a long-time customer at this location and never had any issues. Although I think their prices, especially for labor are high they do good work, so I continue to use them as my go to for auto repairs and tires.

5 stars all around. I have taken my car to Tires Plus 3 separate times for different reasons and each time I received excellent car. I can not recommend Tires Plus enough.

I paid for the 4 quiet track tires and the lifetime alignment. I had them for only two years and they need to be replaced already. But they were sold to me as a 80000 mile tire and I only had 30000 miles on my car at purchase. But after receiving an alignment from the location I bought them from. My car drove funny for a year and I was told I needed rear control arms. Turns out they never did a camber adjustment or the alignment guy was just lazy. I took the same car to Honda paid $200 bucks they showed me they never fully did my alignment right. Now my car rides normal but the tires are out of tread. And I have to purchase more tires which I will be getting from Walmart from now on. The tires and the alignment were definitely not worth the money. And it’s still a brand new car I’m still under warranty. I had horrible service at this location.

Horrible experience the last time I was here And with my current visit, I am a female African-American, and I feel like they have tried to take advantage of me more than one time at this location I will never ever ever be returning here for any service whatsoever. I have reached out to corporate, and I am also looking to file a civil suit.

This is my second time having an issue with them. The first time they put the wrong size tires on my car this time I go and get a tire they tell me it was $176 for the tire when I get there to pick up my vehicle. They try to charge me $400 for the tire, when the man told me he should not put a new tire on a bent rim ( but he did ) and then he tell me he disposed of my old tire already and I have to buy the tire and I asked for a manager or someone above him and he’s going to tell me there’s no one above him I had to make him call the police and now we have to go to court all over my tire. I drove in on four tires. I left out on three tires and a donut horrible service. I would never be back there again. I advise someone if you do go to tiers plus this is not the one you want to go to.

Worse shop I have ever been too in my life. Talked me into changing my front struts on my new car that has 50,000 miles on it for 1,200 dollars. Every since then I have had the worse noise coming from my right strut. I took it back in to tireplus and after looking at it they said the strut they put on was bad and had to replace it again, what a convenience. That's not it lol, after replacing it for the second time it started doing it again and about 2 weeks later took the car back in to find out that the second strut is bad and they got to replace it again. I don't think think my struts needed changed to begin with and now they have created a problem that wasn't there to begin with and I paid them $1200 to do it. Don't ever go to this shop. It's by far the worse place I have ever been to. I may change my find when they fix what the screwed up but untill then

Boaz is a great manager! He and his team are professional, courteous and most importantly, super knowledgeable about the technical aspects of fixing cars. They service all of my vehicles and I don’t second guess the cost. They’ve fixed everything from engine problems to door / window controls. They represent the trust you used to get from the classic “mechanic at the corner gas station”.

Very communicative. Were able to squeeze me in for a tire patch on a Sunday. Reasonably priced. Transparent and efficient. Nothing more and nothing less than what you want from a mechanic.

I have been going to Tires Plus for years. I have always gotten great service and my car problems have always been taken care of properly. The service representatives have always been courteous and friendly. I will continue to use Tires Plus for my cars needs.

Jason the sales and service specialist at Tires Plus on Mitchell Ave Cincinnati went above and beyond to help me with the tire problems I had on May 24 2024. They were extremely busy at this Tires Plus shop but they managed to fit me in, making his long day even more packed. Jason explain everything to me patiently and got my much needed tire replacements and balancing done that very same afternoon.

My fiancee & I went to Tires Plus for the 1st time the other day May 31, 2024). My rear brakes were "squeaking' & I took the car to them for a break diagnostic. While there, I was told by management that my brake pads were worn (car has 40,000 miles on it) but they were probably good for another 6 mos. & could wait. The services I was told that I most urgently needed were: 1)back brakes cleaned; 2) new battery; & ball joint replaced (estimate given $800.00!) When Tires Plus was told that: 1) I couldn't afford to pay 800.00 & that I had an important dr. appt. in an hour & a half (I am a cancer patient) with no time to get all these car repairs done in between, Management became rude & pushy offering to do the repairs for $750.00 then $700.00 then "Whatever you can afford to pay..." (I finally agreed to $600.00). However, I was told that the offer was only good for that day & we could not come back the following day after my Dr. appt. & have them done. To get out of the store, I let them do the repairs & paid via my credit card. Afterwards, my fiancee told me that he had been watching the staff & saw them riffling through my glove box which contained estimates from 2 other car repair places who had previously checked out the car & found problems with the "ball joint"/control arm on the driver's side! When we got the car home, there was no paperwork or warranty for what should have been my new battery and the fasteners were missing that should have been underneath the car to secure the plastic cover. As one other reviewer said," These people are "Money Hungry!"

so so .... service was friendly but they told me i had two nails in my tire close together and was not able to repair so i bought a tire for 250. brought my old tire home and so far the nail i found is one a single one which could of been plugged

We take our vehicles to Tires Plus on Mitchell Avenue. They always do great work with a quick turnaround at good price. I would highly recommend them.
