My experience with tires plus has been more than unsavory. I went to tires plus on 272 W Mitchell Avenue in Cincinnati Ohio on Sunday 11/17/2024. I went in for and oil change that was supposed to cost roughly $89. The sale rep took my car back and proceeded with the oil change. He calls me back about 30-40 min later and tells me that there was an issue. He stated that my oil pan cap was broken and that my car was not drivable anymore. He also stated that my cap broke because whoever did my oil change last screwed the cap on too tight(shifting the blame to whoever did the oil change last, which was Toyota dealership). So then I asked if replacing the oil pan was something that they could do, he quoted me over $800 for that service. Let me remind you that they were the ones who broke my oil pan cap. So I got a tires plus credit card and used it to pay for the service that they initially caused in the first place. I was not offered a discount or any type of compensation for what happened. The next day when I went to pick up my car, I asked a sales rep to speak to the manager. He went back to get him then returns to tell me that the manager asked why I needed to speak with him. He didn’t come out to speak with me, and I left. The service was extremely poor. I am very upset and dissatisfied

Started using them after my mechanic retired just because they’re close to my work. Glad I did because I’ve had no issues with work, pricing or quality and the turnaround time is always quick. They keep you updated regularly, don’t try to upsell and even the company website is easy to navigate. Only place I’ll go now.

We were out of town and my truck was leaking power steering fluid. They got it right in and worked on it to repair the problem. We were so grateful that our travels didn't turn into a nightmare and instead we were able to continue on with our out of town trip with only a small inconvenience. They were wonderful, helpful, and professional.

I shopped prices and while others were just as competitive, I chose Tires Plus because I feel I have always been treated with respect there and feel they truly appreciate my business.

Outstanding service! I got flat going from Columbus to Burlington with my family. I called late in the day and Dave went above and beyond to help me out. It was late in the day on a Sunday and they drove to pick up my tire as they didn’t have it at this location. He saved the day. I am considering traveling down there to get all my tires. Thanks!

I have been doing business with Tire Plus for many years. They have always kept my vehicles in good condition. I do my general maintenance and other repairs with Tire Plus. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I like that the staff will talk and walk you through a pre-order before doing any work; you can usually choose options. Over the years Tire Plus has been respectfully honest in their pricing for work to be done and completed, the warranties are great and I love that I can use my Tire Plus coupon and cardholder account. In my opinion, Trie Plus exemplifies "Total Car Care" Thank you for your auto service over the years. Walter Vaughn

They were extremely helpful. Looked up several options for my flat destroyed tire. Explained everything to me. Made suggestions and explained why. Took time to really work with me. Quickly ordered the tires got them installed and aligned had me off to work in about 2.5 hours.

I recently visited Michael's Tires Plus to have my two front tires replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. I called ahead to schedule an appointment, and David was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I could come in the same day. He made the entire process seamless and was very friendly, taking the time to explain all my tire options. Interestingly, my visit coincided with the April 8th Total eclipsed, and I had a couple of really cool moments with the rest of the team. It was a great atmosphere, and I left feeling well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Michael's Tires Plus for their excellent service and friendly staff! 10/10 5 Stars 😄🙌🏾

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I can tell a big difference in the performance of my vehicle already and all the work I need done isn't done yet. I have an appointment next Saturday to have the left front axel replaced.

This location did not disappoint! I stopped by to replace my tires. I seen online they had what I needed for my van. I just stop in to get my tires swapped out. I didn't have an appointment before dropping in, Sebastian was able to check me in and assist me with amazing service. I did have a little bit of a waiting time due to not having an appointment first. Sebastian and his crew got me together in no time. Overall it was a little over an hour and a half for a drop in visit, Really isn't bad. That was January it's now March and I'm back for other services. Really great customer care. I'm so happy with the job. well done guys. Thanks.
