The original agent was fine he saved them from 1 star the checkout was an issue. The services weren't completed. That wasn't communicated until I arrived to pick up my vehicle. The ball joint wasn't installed nor the tire rod ends. They still did an alignment. Parts were added to the rear sway bar which wasn't on the ticket. The discounts promised weren't added to the ticket. The 1st time 5% discount for opening a Tires Plus account wasn't applied and the service agent was instructed to reverse the charges and to keep from acting up I left my vehicle to calm down. The vehicle was promised on Saturday but I was called for a partial job on Monday. No calls explaining that they didn't have a ball joint press to complete the job. No communication about the leaking boots on my rack and pinon preventing the tire rod replacement until he tried to overcharge me $1100 at pickup. I'm more than capable of doing my own work excluding tires and alignment. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop. I'm simply too pissed to engage with them yet hopefully tomorrow I can. I left my vehicle for 2 days to calm down...

Earlier this month, I brought my 2010 Toyota Camry LE to the Tire Plus station located on 577 Dekalb Industrial Way in Decatur. Mr. Edwards, the Store Manager, and Mr. Thomas, a Sales & Service Specialist, completed several crucial jobs to keep my car in working order. They performed an alignment, installed four new tires, and changed inner/outer tie rod ends. . Everything that they promised prior to the job was finished on time, and with the highest accuracy. They have addressed my car's issues with the utmost attention and diligence, not shying away from the difficulties that cutting through corroded tire rod ends provide. These guys get the job done!

It took around 15 minutes for a team member to ask what I needed/why I stopped in. All the team members were friendly and professional. They told me they could not repair the nail my tire picked up, but they could replace the tire. I went to another tire place, and they patched the nail hole.

Ass service very very very slow been here 3 times assuming this won't be same again but fact is it's always the same takes more than 3 hours even with appointment. Staff as lazy as hell they will sit in lobby eat food for hour and won't even ask what you here for.

Employee called me @ 7:45pm that my car was ready for pickup and I had until, 8pm to arrive. I arrived the following morning @ 10:15am to pickup up my car and was told, my car was still on the lift with the hood up. So, I had to wait until, the front end employee contact the person who worked on my car. This business has gone down, tremendously. I will NEVER do business @ this location, again. Consumers beware!

Had an appointment and drove 28 mins to be told to bring back tomorrow or wait 2 to 2.5hours. Apparently appointments don’t matter because “every car out there is an appointment”. Very very poor service. Wasted time and my only day off this week.

Made an appointment for 9am for my breaks. Got there 15mins early as instructed. They didn’t start on my car until I came in at 10:45 to check if the car was done. They told me the mechanic “just got there”. My breaks were not done until 12:15. So much time wasted. My husband is now late to work. Only good thing about the shop was the woman in the front, she was very sweet and gave us the membership cardholder discount without a card. I’m just confused to why I would make an appointment for a time when the mechanic wouldn’t be there… will not be going back

There are many reasons why Tires Plus has been my car care and tire company for over 20 years, and today Hayden Thomas personified their desire to provide outstanding customer service and "go the extra mile" whenever possible. After a difficult morning of a flat tire due to debris on the expressway, changing into the "donut" spare, finding out that the donut had a slow leak, and having to use Fix-a-flat on the spare to get my car to his shop, Hayden helped me by first personally airing up my spare so I could drive home and take it to my local Tires Plus. When he found out how far I still had to drive, he was concerned for my safety and took a look at my flat. He asked if I'd be interested in him doing the work if he had that particular tire in stock. I explained that my Tires Plus Credit Card was at home, and I needed to get it so I could put my work on that card. He told me that he could access that information, and proceeded to go in the back and found the match for my tire. His shop was extremely busy, so instead of passing off my work order to others which might have taken quite a bit of time, he took it upon himself to mount the new tire on my wheel, pulled out a floor jack and went about pulling the spare and putting on my new tire right there where we sat. Having a road hazard warranty made the costs negligible for mounting and labor, and this angel saved us from a possibly hazardous trip home and to a different store. His devotion to looking out for customers is remarkable. I told him there aren't words adequate to describe my gratitude for his ability to give us back many untold hours of difficulty by taking care of us right away. His store is very far from where we live, but if it's convenient to you, I highly recommend this Tires Plus!

Do not bring your car here for service! I went in for an oil change and they caused a lot of damage to the car. They didn't put the drain plug back properly. My engine leaked out all the oil on my way to work and while at work. It was dark when I came out and started the car it only ran for about three minutes then siezed up. New engine needed they will hear from my lawyer very soon.

Update! Took car back on labor day fixed issues & learned valve stems are hooked to TPS system. Owned mistake and fixed ASAP. I booked an appointment for 9 am. Didn't touch car till 12 noon. I watched people with no appointments be helped ahead of my car. This after I agreed to buy $200 a piece tires. Then by the time 1:45 rolled around I get my car NONE of the instructions are followed,new tires are put on front when I asked to be put on back. They even left the old valve stems on rims. I understand being a mechanic in Georgia during the summer is tough. Have pride in your work. The atmosphere of the shop is I'm worried if I bring it back , something will be done to my car. Avoid the shop at all cost.

After leaving a rim to have a tire mounted, I showed up the next day at 7:20am to pick it up. I knew the business did not open until 7:30 so I expected to wait. The employees did not show up to open the business until 7:50am. A line of 5 people including myself were waiting to conduct business by the time they opened. The person that was working up from in the customer service area did not acknowledge anyone in line nor did he apologize for getting the business open late. Having worked in customer service for most of my adult life, I understand what a thankless job a customer facing position can be and how people can create extreme expectations on those working in this field. I do not think it’s extreme to ask of anyone to to admit mistake, apologize for being late and offer so sort of recompense, no matter how meager.

I made an appointment by phone. I showed up to my appointment and they didn’t have a record of it. The clerk was rude so I went to Pepboys (6 minutes away) and got the same service for $40 less.

Shelia Ingram was amazing. I called to see if I could get a tire replaced and she was very helpful. She informed me that she didn't have the tire in stock, but she had the tire delivered to the store and called me to inform me that the tire was there. I had already purchased the tire for another company, but I really appreciate her calling to make sure that I was good. I received no services from this tires plus, however this was incredible. She showed me that she really cared and wanted to make sure that I got the tires that I needed. Thanks again Shelia.

I came in for a routine patching of a tire, I had rolled over a screw. It was a simple fix but somehow, the sensor on my tire stopped working. My sensors were fully functional when I came in, and the member of the team working on my car confirmed they were all working fine when I brought the car in. My options were: go without a sensor, or pay for a new sensor. I explained how I shouldn't be on the hook to replace a sensor that was broken during the repair of my tire, but all I received was a 25% discount on the sensor. What should have been a $30 visit turned into $140 visit. Just really poor experience overall.

John Claude did an amazing job fixing the tire on my car. It was making a reeling noise and I took it to 3 different places and no one could figure out what was wrong. John Claude took the car right away and fixed it so fast and knew exactly what was wrong.

My son took his car here for a tire and they “discovered dangerous cracks on both control arms” but they’d happily repair and keep him safe for only $2000. My wife freaks and she has a comprehensive inspection performed by another repair shop. They couldn’t find any cracks. She refuses to accept this and has them reinspect. Still no cracks….nice business model Tires Plus!

On 12/14/2023 I went to the Tires Plus location @ Dekalb Industrial Way, to swap a donut spare tire with a new tire I bought on Amazon (Tires Plus didn't have my tire in stock). During my 3 hour wait I overheard the sales rep tell 2 other customers that they had Tire Pressure Monitor System problems, but I can't confirm that. When my car was ready, the sales rep told me my ENTIRE TPMS was "old" and needed to be replaced for $449.81. He already had the invoice written up. I told him I only let the dealer do repair work and he replied "Tires Plus Is Cheaper". When I got in my car the TPMS for all 4 tires were working, but the tire pressure on the newly installed tire was @ 39 PSI, while the other 3 tires were @ the recommended 33! What mechanic doesn't know to set all the tires to the same PSI? Onstar texts me when there is a problem, including when I first got the flat. The entire time I had the donut spare on, I did not have one problem with the sensors on the other 3 tires, (although the sensor on the replacement tire did eventually go out completely). Fast Forward to 5/28/2024. It was time for an oil change, and I had waited for 5 months for the "old" TPMS to fail so I could get it repaired by the dealer with my routine maintenance. I dropped my car off @ the dealer, and by the time my Uber ride got me home, Onstar was texting me that the sensor on the replacement tire was working! Just that quick! And the dealer told me that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TPMS, OR THE OTHER SENSORS!!! Summary- I will give Tires Plus the benefit of doubt that my sensor went bad when I had the blowout (and the tech didn't damage it), but to suggest that my ENTIRE TPMS needed to be replaced is either poor technical skills or a scam. Tires Plus didn't have my tire size, and they couldn't effectively swap out the tire I provided. As a "TIRE REPAIR SHOP", IF YOU CAN'T DO BASIC TIRE REPAIR, WHAT GOOD ARE YOU?! I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Tires Plus, even if they are "CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER".
