This place is horrible, I wouldn’t recommend this shop. I brought my car here and they had it for 4 days, I brought it in for an exspection on front end suspension, they didn’t even look at it. Told me there was play and movement and couldn’t tell me what it is. I ended up fixing something else. Told me they were hiring, they needed 3-4 workers so I applied cause they needed help. I called ever day or every other day and the manager kept saying he would call me back and never did happened for 2 and half weeks. And then they hire a full staff while they bull shitted me around. Horrible place do not take your care here

After reading the reviews, I had very low expectations. My experience was great. Very friendly staff. Service was completed in a very timely manner. Took about an hour for 2 new tires, mounted, balanced and rotated. They didn't present me with a giant list of work I didn't need, and even got me a little discount.

DO NOT COME HERE!! This is the worst place to bring your car for any sort of maintenance. I made an appointment on Saturday for an alignment and to fix a slow leak on my tire. They told me it’ll be done by the end of the day. Everything seemed fine but then they called me an hour till closing and told me that my tire was not fixable and that they would order me new one since I have warranty. I then asked if they at least did my alignment and the guy told me they didn’t even KNOW I also wanted that done. He then proceeded to tell me he’d get it all done by tomorrow morning. I call the next morning and guess what? My car is STILL not done. The new guy told me he thought I was going to pick it up on Monday! I told him absolutely not it was supposed to be done today. The guy told me he’d get it done in an hour. After that mess I FINALLY get my car and everything seemed fine right? Wrong. The same tire is now flat a few weeks later and come to find out they never did my alignment and they put everything back horribly. They charged me for a service they didn’t even do. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting that they would take advantage of me just because I’m a girl and they think I’d be too dumb to find out. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

I read the reviews while I waited. I think they are trying to turn it around. There was a new person at the front desk who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I rode in on a flat tire with no appointment. Great service!

Requested an appointment to have a tire replaced and had it confirmed by the store. Once I arrived I was told they didn't have the correct tire in inventory to do the service. Not sure why they confirmed my appointment when they requested my cars make and model and tire type while making the appointment so should have known then they wouldn't have the correct tire. This is not the first time this place has found a way to be completely unhelpful

I have a fleet vehicle for an insurance company, heard I may have to go to Florida for the hurricane and maintenance was due. Called the evening before and was told they were booked but they would try to fit me in if I got there early on Saturday morning. Every bay in the shop was full ( must be popular! ) but Paul Ortiz went out of his way to get me to the front of the line under the circumstances. What a great guy! Him and the tech jumped right on it and got me out the door in a half hour. . . Whew! The company gives us several options for our company truck regular maintenance but I know who I will always use now. Thanks guys!!

I took my car in on Saturday on 10/12/24 after a blowout on my front right tire. I was quickly checked-in also asking for a brake inspection. Within a few hours, Remy called to let me know the tire had been replaced under warranty and the brakes looked good. Typically, one might anticipate that such a car/tire repair shop might take the opportunity to "find" other issues - rather I felt like the Tires Plus team are trusted partners in helping me take care of my car. I have frequented this Tires Plus location for the last 10+ years and have worked with Paul and his team before and have always received great service. Kudos to Paul, Remy and the rest of the team for doing such a great job and being such a great team. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Laura Boehm

If I could give anything lower I would. I had an appointment and nobody looked at my car for 5 days and they were only checking the battery. The excuse was the person working on my car transferred store!! My question was is there nobody else that can check a battery??

This is the 2nd time the guys at this shop were so nice to help out at the very end of the day when my tire air pressure sensor came on. He wouldn't even accept $ or dessert! Thanks for being so kind....and he was really handsome too :)

Dropped my car off in the morning for a routine tire rotation and asked for an alignment as part of a lifetime enrollment that I paid for. Waited all day and called in twice to be told that they couldn't do either due to tires being a hazard. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION and although I've bought tires here before, will definitely not be going back.

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change tire rotation and fuel filter service. The fuel filter charge was $250 for a vw Jetta Tdi the dealer dose it for $130. I went back in at 12pm to check on the status and they haven’t even started on it I told them I didn’t want the fuel filter service. I finally got my car at 2:45 total price was $ 124.36 I used my tires plus card witch is supposed to save me $20 he said he applied the -$20 I don’t think he did they don’t give paper receipts he said he emailed me the invoice but didn’t get anything again the dealer charges $99 for an oil change at full price I do not recommend this place.

If I could give negative 0 I would! I made an appointment days in advance to have an alignment done and to have a “noise” checked out, I was told to drop off my vehicle at 11am, I was told that they would run a diagnostics check on my vehicle and go from there, I waited all day with no phone call, when I noticed it was getting close to them closing I called, the person who answered asked me if I could hold, he never picked the phone back up and I got disconnected, I called a second time and the phone rang forever, when I finally got someone I asked for an update and I was placed in hold again… turns out they didn’t look at my vehicle the whole time it was there, I was asked if I could leave it overnight and they would work on it in the morning, I didn’t really have a choice but to leave it there. 15mins later I got a call back and I had to explain AGAIN what was needed to be done to my vehicle. Unacceptable! I have been a long time costumer and will NOT be returning! I will update tomorrow if they even do anything with my vehicle! 😡😡😡😡

Made an appointment only For them to let me sit there for a hour and ask me can I come back another day, I said ok can I come on Saturday gentlemen said ok 8 or 8:30! Get there today and they said oh he made the appointment for the 7th’ and pretty didn’t even try to offer me nothing for the inconvenience, didn’t say I could fit you in or nothing 0/10 do not recommend

Be careful using this store. First wife made an online appointment wasn’t in their system ok I can see that. Second had to leave my vehicle there because they didn’t have the tires in stock and had to buy new lug nuts because the old ones were “ swollen “ unlikely but ok, Vehicle is a 2017. But the straw that broke the camel’s back, was they said my tie rods were maxed out and they didn’t do the alignment, also they didn’t do the oil change. Having the vehicle for that time you would think they be more organized. I can see by the poor customer service they have a rating. The 1 star was being generous. Definitely looking for a new shop!!!!

Great service by Amarie at Tires Plus! I called ahead and asked if they could tighten some loose lug nuts on my wheels. Amarie told me I could drop by. I did, and she tightened them right away. I am very grateful for this!

I made a reservation and an appointment 2 days in advance. I arrive at the store and they tell me they don’t have the tires. Offers the same size of tires, but I have to come back in the afternoon. Which is shorthand for we still have to order them. I have never used this company before. I have used a competitor loyally for years, even though it’s farther away. This tires plus is closer and was able to get me in sooner. I was so upset. I would rather wait longer for a competitors appointment, than waist a whole day to get them here. I never had a problem at this other place. What happened to customer service? I would give zero stars if I could.

Made a 2 PM appointment, showed up at 1:45, never got a phone call or any notification, showed up a half hour before closing and was told nothing could be done to my vehicle. Absolutely terrible shop and terrible service.

Took my truck here for a wheel alignment ! They totally messed up but no response keep saying they will call me right back ! Never do , i took my car in drivable now un drivable ! Totally frustrating ! Any suggestions ?

I made an appointment for 1pm and upon arrival was told “oh the online system doesn’t actually tell us you made an appt so this could take a few hours”. I gave them my tire at 1pm, at 4pm I still hadn’t received a call about pricing so I called to ask for an update, was put on hold for 7mins, just for someone new to answer and say they didn’t know my status so back on hold. I finally got my call for pricing at 5:50pm. When I pulled up at 6pm, they tried to just hand the tire off to me, which I asked “are we not installing it?” And then the mechanic was nice enough to install it. Overall just a real mess on the booking, timing and communication. Wasn’t planning to spend 5hrs hanging around the area when I made an appt.

⚠️READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS⚠️ HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, the manager will make the shop techs work on smaller walk-in jobs before starting on your scheduled work. VERY FRUSTRATING because the tech that helped me was very knowledgeable. I scheduled appointment for a Sunday and it was rescheduled without 24hr notice. Fine, so I go in on the rescheduled date and they claim to not have me on their schedule. Luckily I did this through another app that had the updated appointment info... It took them the WHOLE day to even START working on my vehicle. I arrived at 10:00am and my car wasn't on a lift UNTIL 4:30 which is when they found out the tires I had wouldn't fit. Manager and front desk will run interference or just straight up lie about when your car will be done. How many times they told me it would only be another 45min... BEWARE OF ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS. THEY ARE PROBABLY FROM A BOT ACCOUNT. THERE'S NO WAY THIS SHOP SHOULD STILL BE OPEN. I will be reporting them to BBB! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Went in for an oil change, was pressured to get overpriced work done that wasn’t necessary for my vehicle. They were supposed to call when my car was ready but after 6 hours in the shop and 30 minutes before closing, I had to call in and ask what was going on. They recommended extra work, I declined the unnecessary services over the phone and upon arrival was pressed to get the additional work done. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I don’t know my car. I don’t recommend this place.

bros, stay far away from this location. I had an appointment today for a tire rotation. The front desk said that it would be "a couple of hours" when I gave them my keys. My first mistake was choosing this location. My second was believing the estimate. 6.5 hours later and they're still not done. Taking the bus home now. Bathroom was clean tho. lol
