Recently got an oil change and a car maintenance check. They advised me on some recommendations to further improve my car, paid for the recommendation only to find out afterwards that my car was had not improved but somehow gotten 10x worse. So called “mechanics” deemed my car “good to drive” only for me to nearly die while driving to work. Thankfully I had triple A! Upon returning my vehicle I was then informed of a new issue regarding my car which was not previously told to me although I requested a full car check. Now my car is in more damage than when I originally brought it in and of course they are not taking any responsibility for it. So if you’re thinking about getting any type of car work done here I would highly suggest going somewhere else other than here b/c they will indeed SCAM YOU, BEWARE!

The customer service is unmatched. I’ve never had someone take the care to go above and beyond like Kyle and the Tires Plus crew did on Sun 9/22. They took clear photos and descriptions of the issues with my vehicle and sent them to my email within a 1 1/2 hrs of dropping it off for my appointment. They have a clean shop and presentation. I appreciated the transparency of the company and its employees. Kyle and the crew definitely deserve raises, I’ve got a new shop.

I've always gotten conventional oil in my car. I don't need synthetic. My owners manual says I can go 7500 miles with my oil changes. With conventional. The guy tries to upsell me for synthetic saying convention is only good for 3k miles and not the full 7500. He refused to touch it with conventional oil and I didn't want to pay $100 for an oil change so we left. I've gotten a handful of oil changes from this location multiple times without any issues

I unknowingly signed up for a tires plus credit card when I was offered a 6-month payment plan. I needed $2,000 worth of work done and I was told none of it could be held off until I got my next paycheck. Not once was I told that I was signing up for a credit card. I feel like it should have been VERY clear. When I asked questions about the payment plan, I was told I would be billed and I could pay in store or over the phone. Again, not once was I told it was a credit card. When I came in to pick up my car, I expressed my concerns that I felt deceived. Instead of apologizing for the lack of clarity, a worker told me FOUR times that “whenever you sign up for a payment plan, it’s a credit card”. First of all, no, it’s not. Second of all, you don’t need to repeat that to me four times. The man went on the say “you seem upset”, which I felt would not been said to an older man who had the same concerns. Regardless, instead of simply saying “I’m sorry it was unclear”, he was very condescending to me. I do not recommend this tires plus.

Excellent fast service. Got valve stem replaced on a heavy truck tire. Had heavy duty valve stem in stock. Had me in and out in less than 30 mins. Staff was helpful and quick.

Kyle the store manager is so attentive! The technicians really know what they are doing and can help customers through almost any mechanical problem. I will be coming back for all my oil changes. Highly recommended!

Twice now I've had a problem with my truck that I couldn't handle and the team here stepped up and repaired it like it was no big deal. A timing chain job on a 2013 ford f 150 with the 3.5l ecoboost is no joke but they knocked it out no problem! Also had a problem with my left turbocharger leaking coolant and they knocked it out in 4 hours. Beat the dealership price by miles too! Huge thank you to Master Tech Eric and salesman Bobby for getting me back on the road!!

Dropped in on a Saturday needing an alignment after installing all new front end parts and a 4/6 drop kit on my Sierra. They were able to get me right in and identified my truck needed inner tie rods to be properly aligned. I already had new outer tie rods in the truck but not installed, they agreed to use them when changing out the inner tie rods. All the parts were readily available, delivered quick and the job was completed in a timely manner. When I asked for a print out or to at least see a display of the alignment, I was told they do not provide them at all. Even though the truck drives great, I still would have preferred to have a visual of the before and after for peace of mind.

This place is definitely an incompetent and don’t have a lack of integrity. They took my lug nuts off and said the swollen come to find out the strip them taking them off. They treat women disrespectful and the manger is very rude. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

I’m just amazed. They said they weren’t able to remove my tire from the rim to do a patch. Didn’t even attempt. It’s not even custom. A tire place…..that can’t remove a tire from a rim??? You have one job! Just wow?!

Awesome service this morning. I drove up having an issue with pressure in 1 tire and after asking if they were booked if possible could they put 4 new tires on for me. I don't recommend drive up w/o an appt, however timing was everything this morning getting in quickly. I spoke w/Bobby about some of the research I did and he set me up with a great tire price, installation, alignment, etc. in 1.5 hours. Bobby was helpful and friendly. Later spoke w/Steve and had a great attitude as well. I have been a customer before a long time ago with an older car at another location and it was good, but if needing any service again I will be back to this store.
