Honestly I was super impressed with the customer service here ! They were slammed (because they are so awesome) and I just have to say how amazing and friendly the employees were even under pressure! The technicians did a wonderful job isolating where the annoying sound was coming from and fixing it! Definitely recommend!

James Brown is AMAZING. Realized that we had a flat tire after picking my daughter up from school. Stopped at another LARGE tire shop but they were no help. Raced to Tires Plus where we were lucky enough to be greeted by James. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Christy was also lovely. They got us taken care of in no time. Happy to say that I have found my lifelong tire shop! Thank you tires plus.

Showed up at 1 o’clock to get tires done and was told to give them 2 hours at most and they’ll have them done. So I gave them 5 hours and showed up and the car was in the same spot so I decided to head inside and take a seat and a hour goes by still no call or text the guy walks out after arguing with a guy at the front counter for the last 20 minutes about doing unauthorized repairs to the vehicle and is shocked to see me sitting there then proceeds to ask what I was here for so I pointed to the car right in front of the door. He then disappeared for 15 minutes so I get up and ask for my keys and he says I can get the cat done I just need a couple hours mind you it’s 6 o’clock on a Saturday already so I politely said no thank you and took my keys and left.

I stopped into Tires Plus in San Jose today because my tire needed to be tightened on my Genesis(it was Labor Day). I took it to another company who didn’t tighten it well enough and well, it really could have been a disaster. Steve, James and RJ really took care of me. RJ pulled my car into the bay and she tightened the bolts for me. Steve called around seeking a wheel bolt for me.. James kept me updated and was very helpful from the moment I came in. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was so amazing & really went above and beyond!! Steve even called to check on me on my way home to make sure everything was still good with the tire. Now how is that for customer service! Five plus stars for Tires Plus San Jose!!!

Great service! This location of Tires Plus has been our mainstay for tires, for years. We started with Lou as manager and now have Steve. Always a pleasure to do business, what's more, I know the work is right. And on the slightest chance it isn't, they will make it right!

The people who work here are 100% honest and above board, something rare in the car Industry when it comes to single females. Dealership told me my brakes were going bad, so I brought it in to Tires Plus, ready to pay for a full brake service. They did a free inspection and said that my brakes were fine and did not need any replacement. They could have fleeced me, instead they were ethical and honest. They've now earned a customer for life.

Came for a new tire, which they put on. Unfortunately they decided to do a courtesy engine check and failed to latch my hood back correctly, resulting in the hood opening while I was driving onto an interstate. Potentially a FATAL mistake that no one at the San Jose Blvd. Jacksonville FL location even cared about. No manager ever contacted me after I called the store to inform them of their mistake. Very unprofessional and potentially fatal action and not one word from the store. I was a frequent customer for years and now my family and I will NEVER return to a Tires Plus again.

It’s past 7pm guys!! And thankfully Steven and James were able to help me!!! Awesome people.. they were closed HOURS AGO!!! And they had pity on me. I used to go to this location when I had my Honda Civic and the service hasn’t changed. Amazing guys! I would highly recommend

Steve and his tech , Sean were fantastic, They were able to fix my problem.. This was my 3rd visit to Tires plus in the last few months. I was given great service taking care of my issue from store manager Steve and mechanic Sean. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a local honest team of people to annalyze and fix your car or truck.

Staff were very busy when we came in. Luckily we were not in a rush. The staff were upfront since this was at the end of a work day. Stayed in contact so we were not left wondering. And to top that, they noticed a tail light was out and replaced it. Awesome folks to deal with!
