I had a flat tire but needed new tires. It was the afternoon before Thanksgiving, but within 5 minutes the manager was outside checking out my vehicle. He ordered tires which arrived within the hour and were installed in probably 20 minutes. I was on my way home within 90 minutes total. This is one thing that I was thankful for this year.

I came in for my tire change and vehicle inspection and dealt with Nate. He was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain what was wrong with my tire and my car and fixed it. Best experience I've had before in that type of situation. Would recommend if you need anything done to your vehicle. 🙏

Not really happy. I paid for alignment and when I left, I had to go to the gas station to fill my tires up. Also noticed that the lineman still felt the same world pulling into the right and having issues. I had to take it to another location in order for them to do it and now it works perfectly fine. Luckily I have the unlimited alignment because they would cost me the same amount twice. Will never go back again.

I went in to get my back brakes done and change my headlight. The technicians looked at them and said they were good. I told them about squeaking noise, they drove it to make sure but nothing was needed. One of the staff even told me that Florida humidity contributes to the noise. Didn't charge me a dime. Another staff told me what the cost to change the headlight and encouraged me to go to Advanced Autoparts because they may be able to do it cheaper and if not they'd give me a discount. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Walked out without having to pay for the diagnostic and troubleshooting. Appreciate the information and saving me some money!

The staff is amazing. They don't make it feel like a chore like most places. You walk in and feel like you know everyone already. Like you've been friends for years. They explain everything so you're not confused. They actually do call before doing any other repairs they find. It was an all around great experience!

I drove my car there for them to see if they could diagnose the problem with a clicking sound when I turn the wheel to the left or right. Now I can't drive my car at all due to something that they broke around the bottom of my car. Then I had to pay for another company mechanic another bill also.. .I'm sooo disappointed!! I forgot to mention that they had my car for a whole week!!

Les voy a contar mi experiencia en esta basura de lugar esa jente son unos puercos me robaron el dinero llevé mi carro para un alineamiento y él me recomendó comprar dos gomas para que sigun él se alineara mejor y yo amablemente le dije que sí y los basura en ves de de sirme que tenia una pieza mala y no las gomas para que el carro alineara bien ellos me lo entragan todo listo y lu tengo que llevar para tras por qué no estaba alineado estava tal y como lo deje los puercos me disen vamos aguiarlo y el muchacho que lo manejo está viendo que no está alineado y cuando regresamos el tipo no asen nada y en ves de de sirme lo de la pieza me espetaron dos gomas y nunca me alinearon mi carro por que sigun ello la pieza que evita que el carro se tire para el lado y luego no me dieron resivos ni el papel que te dan cuando el carro esta alineado para ver el antes y el despues no me quisieron ayudar solo se burlaron de mí les escribo mi es periencia para que no vallan hay son unos ladrones no vallan y son unos puercos y ese lugar es basura y donde quiera que valla boy ablar mal de ellos y mala recomendación 🤮🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎👎

I stopped in and asked if I might use thier air supply for my trailer tires that I should have checked at home. Without hesitation they said yes, they didn't need to do that but did so guess where I'm going next time I need tires!

Went in to get 4 new tires. Great price very friendly. The man tried to sell me an air filter. I kindly declined. The next day I went back in because a tire wasn’t holding air. Again, he tried to get me to buy an air filter and an alignment. Again. Kindly declined. I leave. Notice my car now sounds like it had an exhaust system, so loud. I tell my husband, he lifts the hood and finds my air box wasn’t even closed and the filter sitting on the battery.

Went in to get my light fixed and an oil change simple right? Somehow the mech didn’t hook the light back up….. they fixed it the second attempt Really don’t see how that happened. Just remember you basic checks and balances, function checks, and remember the basics. It’s okay to slow down to get the job done right the first time.
