I took my car into Tire Plus yesterday to get air in my tires now I have my check engine light is on and my power steering light is on this is the worst car place that I have taken my car to to have air put in my tires and Canal come back with all these other problems

Spoke to the manager today about a serpentine belt they put on, the managers time was already aggressive and he got loud and very condescending tone with me and so I was trying to explain what happen but he thought he was talking to his son but he was talking to a grown man. I would not recommend this company to anyone on the north side. I am going to call the corporate office on this guy he needs anger management issues. He thought bc I’m black he can speak to me in a time that was unacceptable. Very unprofessional and he lacks integrity

We had a blowout on I95 and these guys were able to quickly check to make sure they had the tire. We had to wait for the tow truck, so it was good they were open til 7. Everyone we dealt with were patient and kind.

Got a set of new tires and alignment for my truck. I got a good price, but i had a small situation, but they took care of it very professionally. I will definitely do more business and recommend them to others

ASE certified techs, quick service most of the time, they take appointments... is better to make appointments, things are slower everywhere...

They were short, one quart of oil for my car, but it was an uncommon formula, so it was not a big deal; it just took a little longer than I had anticipated. Other than that, excellent service and very polite employees.

Never equipped to do what is expected of them. This has to be the worst location in Jacksonville. The employees lack interest and follow through. The ownership should reevaluate the staff currently employed and figure out the next steps for what could be a thriving location. This has been an ongoing issue for years. It's my fault for going back, thinking change would eventually manifest itself. Today will be the last time wasting my time!

I havevtaken my 2014 Toyota Corolla to TiresPlus for past 6 years. They have thorough & knowledgable technicians and will not pressure me into getting unnecessary items, but advise me of upcoming maintenance and keep me safely on the highway.

I came in on my way home from the airport after a warning light came on and my tire pump failed. They were great and I felt I was dealt with honestly.

This place has changed. Came in early to get a tired looked at. Watched the tech removed the tire and the vehicle sat there for over an hour. I asked the manager for an update and he replied he was getting ready to tally up the price. After waiting another 45 mins I just told them to put my tire back on. This place doesn't have it together. I will never use them again.

Very unaware employees went for a oil change and left with the bed of my truck smashed in from 2 employees not paying attention and they manager didn’t even give me any kind of paperwork for the incident that occurred just told me to take it to a body shop. Get an estimate and bring it back.

Really bad and unqualified service NEVER go there. They cannot evaluate problem and estimate cost at all. I had a small incident with my car on the highway 1000 miles from home and was forced to stop for repairs. They said they fix it in 2 hours with cost approximately 300$, after time passed that said that they need additional parts and it takes 5 days and cost will be 500$. We agreed that our friend who lived nearby bring it, but the service prohibit it. And when I called after 5 days they said that cost will be 6000$ because they realized that a supercharger was locked and should be changed. I think when they fix one parts they accidentally broken another one, but do not accept it. Or they knew the cause, because they should investigate the cause why the belt was suddenly torn, but they did not say. Or they did not investigate the cause at all what means that staff is not qualified. As we are foreigners we do not have anyone in Jacksonville to check their actions. Finally, I towing my car home that cost a lot. Never go there. Because they can broken something and you will pay for that, or they could not identify the cause properly and you anyway pay twice.

My wife ordered a new set of tires off eBay for our young daughter’s vehicle. Everything was paid for including tax, recycling fee, and 99.96 for installation. She went in to get the tires and they charged her a $140 service fee. I called and was disconnected. I called back and found long waits. Finally reached a manager and he advised they knew nothing of the installation and that I need to talk to eBay. How can to large corporations not know to communicate with each other about installation? I feel they are double dipping and hoping it will be too much of a headache for most customers to bother. We have messaged eBay and wait for an answer. I will not be using Tires Plus again.

Went for alignment and wheel rotation, they didn't rotate wheels until after I noticed they weren't and went back in and said something. The person said the mechanic didn't do it because I needed tires. They didn't bother to tell me that and wouldn't have even though I paid for the service. I also now have two dash lights I didn't have on before I got service there and they had to notice them when they moved my car but didn't say anything about that either. In my opinion very shady and you should use someone else if possible.

I honestly don't think the mechanics that works here knows what their doing. I took my car here for an inspection they told me I just needed a tire so I replaced the tire same issue. So I took my car to Famous Automotive the place I usually go because they are the only auto I really trust working on my car. The informed me my intermediate shaft was bad and my CV axle needed to be replaced so I replaced both and now the car drives excellent.

I was initially quoted $263.00 but it was raised to 290 because they had to have the tires delivered. I paid in advance and was told to return at 3pm. It is now 438pm.

Never have I had a mechanic shop be so accommodating - and efficient! My cost was high, but I certainly got what I paid for. I do not live in the area, and my wife was dropping our daughter off at the airport when her alternator began failing. She recognized the problem, for a location she felt she could attempt to reach, and rolled into the parking lot as her battery hit its end. It was late, but we called ahead and made sure they could get the part. They took care of her right as she rolled in and had her on her way home by closing time. The team stayed on longer than scheduled just to keep me from driving a couple hours to pick her up (and have to go back again the next morning). They were friendly, worked hard, and I felt they went out of their way to make sure she was well taken care of. That is priceless to me.
