I made an appointment for 4pm. I called to confirm my appointment and the price. I got there a little early. I did my part. They, however, did not. After a 30 minute wait I was able to flag someone down - who was busy standing outside chatting - to find out how long I should expect this to take. They told me another hour. It was more than that, and only because I made it clear I was almost late for another scheduled appointment and needed my car keys back. I asked if this kind of wait is normal with an appointment, and he told me an hour and a half is totally normal for them. I told him I‘d not be back and he laughed about it. Unless someone figures out how to actually run this place and get work done? Don’t waste your time, because holy hell.

I just had to write a review because I came in there about an hour before they close. I had just gotten a flat tire and they helped me without any kind of attitude or anything… They were super friendly and got me out of there within 40 minutes! Thank you so much You guys showed excellent customer service !

Out of all the Tires Plus places of business that I have used over the last 25 years, the guys at Normandy are straight forward with me and work with me on the most important issues facing me with such an old car that are crucial first and what can wait until I have more money.

This location has a very competent staff who presents all service options. Further there mechanics are well trained. Highly recommend this location for most of your auto maintenance requirements.

$90 for an oil change, after discounts, is insane. Also, even though I had an appointment, I was told it would be an hour and it took them nearly 2 hours to do what essentially should have been a 30 minute job. Absolutely ridiculous all around and will not be taking either of my cars back.

Everyone was so nice and took really good care of my car. Joe, Justin, and James were all really great. They fixed my tire and inspected my vehicle and made me an appointment for an oil change and rotation.

Great place to get service on your vehicle. Just got my wife’s Nissan Kicks suv diagnosed after it was having some battery/electrical problems and she got stranded a couple times. Unfortunately it was tested that the car needed not only a new battery but an alternator as well. Justin, Nick, and Dallas really took care of me. They got me a great find an alternator and worked with me to find a great solution. Would definitely recommend this place for any car repairs, thanks to these gentlemen!

Made an appointment to get tpm sensors put on 2 days ahead. Show up on Sunday at 9am and they aren’t even open. Call 3 hours later and they still aren’t open. Yes, they were scheduled to open.

Be advised against bringing your vehicle to this facility, as they will accept payment without effecting the necessary repairs. My grandmother, a senior citizen, brought her car in on July 5th, 2024, they had her from 10:00 to 3:30 PM, and was billed $282.68 for alleged thermostat and radiator cap replacements, as well as antifreeze addition. However, her vehicle continued to overheat. A complaint was filed with the corporate office, yielding claim number #2828689. Heather documented the issue and assured us that Douglas C. would contact us, but no follow-up call was received. Consequently, we took her car to another mechanic, who correctly replaced the thermostat, resolving the overheating issue. In effect, they took her money without rendering the promised service.

I’ve ALWAYS taken my Mercedes to the dealer ONLY. I got a mail in one of my run flat tires and stopped in the get it patched. Jonathon explained to me TP offers so many other svcs. He noted I needed 2 new tires very soon and gave me a price. It was HALF the cost of the dealer. I decided to get them replaced at TP and am so happy I did. The only thing they forgot was to give me my $20 discount for using the TP credit card. This location has earned my trust and I will return for future services.

My experience with this big chief tire has been pretty good, I don’t feel like they ever overcharge me! And I always have felt they have been honest whenever I have gotten work done here at this location! Of course they are a business and they will try to upsell and make a little more money, but the sales people are always Friendly and always try to work with my budget! I appreciate you guys thanks for giving good service!

Jonathan is such a great guy to work with. He gave me a phone number to the towing company when I called from a car accident place. He took me in near closing time, and helped me find a tire sine I was passing through the city to travel to another state. He made sure I could get on the road and explained everything l. The guys in the shop worked after hours and I could not thank them enough. They also didn’t charge a lot for the tire.

Jonathan was very helpful by letting me know what to expect after all the inspections were done to give me an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle.Dallas was very helpful with getting me quotes when I first called in. Justin was also helpful when checking me out once all the work was done.They were also able to fix a sensor that even the BMW dealership could not fix. I guess the dealership did not consider that the sensor maybe the problem not the tire.🤔

My suggestion is get a second opinion after you go to this place. They quoted me 2400$ for repairs I had done a year ago. I took my truck to my local Waycross Ga Mechanic. The quote was 1000$ less and he showed me video's of what he found. Only one item was on Tire plus quote that was even similar. Don't trust these guys. I also reviewed Simon their website.

The customer service was WONDERFUL! The new Manager from Broward County was top notch and the staff never slacking. Our wait was a little lengthy but we were kept abreast of the reason for the delay and how much longer we had to wait each time he came in the lobby with the updates. I highly recommend Tires Plus as not only the Normandy store was great so was the Dunn Ave location . Thank you all for the care of my vehicle.

Took my car here for a tire patch and was out in less than 30 min. And if you have points on your account your patch will be free. I didn't pay anything for the job, the whole time waiting i thought i had to pay. 💯

Told me a tire would be 100.00 but when they gave m a invoice 3 and a half hours later with a 2pm appointment that said tire was now 180.00 with a total of 227. Including fixing one tire with slow leak

Needed to locate a flat tire repair shop found Tires Plus on Google maps directions they were opened on Memorial day 27th May 2024 as others were closed 😳 smh 🤦 a HUGE THANK YOU to the service manager the staff and fellow technicians working that day my arrival time and job completed was about 1 hr 30 minutes 😀 👍 Highly-rated location I recommend this business customers that were awaiting their cars to be repaired were as well cheerful friendly in conversation and watching TV 📺 no one complained about the wait time 😀 👍 😊 😄 😉 😁

Stopped in because I had a nail in my tire, and when I came out of my office, it was rim to the ground. I was able to air it up enough to make it to the shop, but although they couldn't fit me in, they aired it up so I could make it down the road to another shop. Very helpful and friendly.
