From Kim - I would like to share the fantastic experience I incurred with Brandon Martinez, a Sales Teammate at the Tires Plus store located at Indiantown Road and Alt. A1A in Jupiter. I experienced damage to a sidewall on one of my tires. I called to see if it was Ok to drive, since the tire was not flat. Brandon informed me he could not advise without seeing the tire. Once seeing it he informed me I could experience a blowout. The store was backed up and was closing. Not only did Brandon stay to have the tire changed, but he was unbelievably honest, courteous and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend this store and dealing with Brandon for all your tire and car needs.

I was a customer here for a long time. Called ahead to see if they had availability for a tire patch. They said yes come on in. I get there and show the front desk guy my tire he says yes no problem. I was told it would take 1.5 hours. I come back 1.5 hours later and they forgot to do my car. He said sorry they forgot to give the keys off and it would be another 1ish hours. I wait another 30 mins and the guy comes and tells me the mechanic can’t fix it but they can sell me a new tire!! The mechanic never even looked at my tire, my car never moved! Do not go here. Absolutely terrible service. Went to a different tire shop and they fixed it no problem. This place only wants your money and will waste your time.

This shop is too slow. I can't believe I spent 2:45 minutes changing two tires. They are too slow, as if they don't know. They charge for tire balancing and in the end they do not balance the tires apart from scratching the rims.

Car was showing a charging issue and a new battery was needed. Got off the road and pulled into Tires Plus. Got a new battery in under 2 hours and no games, called me when the job was done. Saved the day, my new go to place. Thanks so much!

Horrible shop They tried to lie to my teenage son and charge him $100 extra! Wasn’t till I got on the phone with one manager that he admitted it. Tires plus offers free mounting, but charged $35/tire to balance…what a scam!!!

I recently had an issue with my 16-year-old FJ Cruiser; the brakes failed. I brought the SUV to my local TIRES PLUS. The service was phenomenal. This is truly a business that is oriented to service and customer needs from the initial encounter to the completion of the job. The service staff and mechanics are pleasant to talk to and honest! They are timely and efficient. The prices are reasonable. TIRES PLUS is definitely my go-to place for my SUV's needs! Keep up the great work you do for our community!!

Jack was the best mechanic I’ve ever had. He was so helpful and kind. Very welcoming when I arrived and was able to help me right away. Reassured me it was fixable and I really appreciated that. I couldn’t recommend Jack at Tire Plus!!! He’s the best!

Had to get service on a rental car tire. Asked the person who was serving me (Shaun, the manager) what they found. His response, given with a dismissive gesture, “Don’t worry about it! They fixed it.” As a manager, you should be professional and polite to all customers at all times. It has business and P/L impact. Your dismissive and rude behavior will to lead a decrease in your fleet management contracts.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They had my car for a total of 3 weeks. I had to go to another shop to fix their work and then bring it back again. They took so little care it’s crazy. The top part of what the fixed was all messed up. And I had to keep calling and calling and calling. I don’t know how they’re in business. They’re way understaffed. DON’T GO. I hate to leave a review like this but trying to save other people from going through the crap I are through. Oil change is probably fine and maybe tires but nothing else.

I made an appointment for 11am and when I got there they said 90 minutes. So I walked around the shopping center and when I cam back it was at least another 90 minutes before the car was ready and they tried to sell me on an alignment package which I believe should come with 4 new tires.

I have been going to tires plus for years, they never disappoint, over the years I've bought tires, breaks, and have had numerous oil changes. I feel they are honest and always give you their best price. I always recommend them to people who are new in the area.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a tire shop. Online schedule was easy but once I walked in- totally different story. I was told a plug and a tire rotation would be 2 hours. Ok. I’ll wait. After 1 hour 50 minutes, I went to the counter and asked about status. I was told- ‘we were trying to call you’ yet I was 8 feet from the counter and the only one in the waiting room and the top of the paperwork called out ‘waiting’. I was told they were finished with the plug in the tire but they can’t do the tire rotation because the tires are more than 5 years old. It was the companies policy to not touch tires older than 5 years. But yet the plug was done and completed? I waited almost 2 hours for a plug and at 110 minutes of waiting then was told that they can’t rotate the tires. WHAT? This place is atrocious and would never recommend this to anyone. Steer clear.

BY FAR THE WORST TIRE PLACE IN JUPITER! MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP!!!!! I dropped my car off at 1045am for ONE tire, they said an hour n half...... I come by at 145pm and the car hasn't been touched yet!!!! They were not even busy!!!! Don't waste your time coming here!

My tire suddenly was going flat. I called, spoke with Mike and he told me to come ASAP. He examined the tire and pointed out the problem to me and assured me it would be fixed promptly. Best there was noCharge since I purchased the tire a fewMonths ago. I was dreading the cost so this was welcome news and greatly appreciated.

After handing over my vehicle to Tires Plus for an oil change, alignment and other maintenance, I drove about 13 miles home only to discover that all my oil had been leaking out all down the highway. Ever since, I have been making dead end phone calls and emails to both the store and corporate. The level of incompetence is astounding me! I have used Tires Plus for years and this is not the first time I've had completely poorly executed work done. They almost burned down a vehicle of mine by leaving a loose bolt on the alternation they installed, resulting in a small fire that i got under control before the damage spread. In another incident, they damaged all 4 of my wheels when trying to remove the wheel weights and subsequently had to replace all 4 wheels. And the run around I'm getting while trying to get back into my vehicle is going to give me a heart attack! Never again will Tires Plus work on my vehicle! I recommend you steer clear of them too!

Decent service, nice people. Excellent prices! I had no appointment as I got towed in and got 4 new tires plus an alignment which took about 2-3 hours, very fast!

This place deserves zero stars. This review is more catered to women. These people see us women as dollar signs and dollar signs only, they see us women and automatically assume we know nothing about cars or our car. I made an appointment last Wednesday for an AC check in my car. So after they looked at my AC the guy told me that he didn’t see any leaks and that it’s just low on Freon but they recommend doing an HVAC test with the UV dye and it’ll cost me $479.00. And then he proceeds to tell me that I need new back break pads and rotors and I need new back tires but that’s not possible being my car is a front wheel drive. Last time I checked my AC in my car is in the front of my car so there’s no reason they should be at the back of my car. Then I got told my windshield wipers need replaced because they are leaving streaks on my windshield that is also a lie (it rained the entire morning and I had the wipers on and NO STREAKS) and then I was told that I need to replace the cabin filter in my car, that’s a lie because I had that replaced January 6 of this year and I was told at the place that changed it that it’s good for one year! Another lie. So now I’m done and I see my car up front so I head to the counter to pay and leave and the kid behind the counter starts bashing me and questioning me about my “death tattoos” they are sugar skulls not death tattoos…who cares I like sugar skulls! And he continues to talk and I just ignored him now by this time a line starts to form behind me, he looks at me and says can step away from the counter if you don’t need anything and I said my car is ready I’d like to pay and leave I had to point to the piece of paper with my keys which was in front of him. He rings me up and tells me to put my card in the reader not even telling me my total so I ask what’s my total, he tells me I pay and I leave! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY CAR HERE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you do decide to go here and you go by yourself make sure you know what has recently been done on your car so you don’t get stuck paying for stuff that doesn’t need work or fixed! I hope this review helps. (The only reason why they are getting one star is because I can’t post my review without leaving a star)

I spoke to the front desk employee, Mike Sosa, and told him I had a nail in my back tire. In which he responded “ oh you got it in the rear” and winked at me. He then asked me about my religion and later on when I picked up my vehicle because I was not paying this place to put a new tire on because of that behavior he made comments about what I was wearing. I asked for the manager and he was not there. I called and spoke to the manager the next day and he was not interested in what occurred and did not care. Mike and this location is very unprofessional and unsafe due to the sexual harassment they give their employees. I will never go there again and will never recommend. This behavior is disgusting

I was lied to about my inspection of my vehicle. I was told tires and lights checked out well. not true, I had had a break light out for over a week before it went into your shop... and you gave me an alignment after I said my car was shaking in the steering wheel... it was still shaking after my alignment driving home, so I had another tire place look at it, because as I told your people I had to drive 6 hours to Georgia the next day and I was nervous about my car shaking....The other mechanic found a bubble in my tire tread (not on side wall)... He said it could have blown on the highway (my front drivers tire), yet you guys charged me for an alignment and said in your inspection that my tires were all good.

I spoke with the manager Mike on April 3 concerning some brake work that he quoted me in March. I showed him the quote and was told to leave my vehicle and it will be ready before closing. I got a call back from Mik stating that his boss told him he could not honor the quote due to the mileage. I then asked him about the miles and he said that I had over 25,000 miles since the quote in March, which was impossible. He told me that I had 139,000 miles in March and now I have Almost 160,000 miles I told him that it’s impossible and he gave me a new quote over $500 compared to the original quote that was $180 and I told him that I need to think about it and call him back And as I was talking, the phone call dropped I called him back and asked him what happened and he said he had other guests standing in front of him and he said he was very busy. However, I told him I need the work done regardless, he called me back within 45 minutes and said my car was ready. I am missing a lug nut also! I will be contacting Firestone as well concerning this matter, since they are the primary credit card account.

This shop decided to close an hour early without letting us know. We need our vehicle and cant get answer phone or door. Vehicle is locked up inside shop. Terrible customer service.
