Great experience with this location, Mike was very kind and attentive and my car was ready ahead of schedule. Will definitely be coming here in the future and told my husband to bring his car here too!

My previous review was about a discount tire, not tires plus. Someone had reached out to try and help figure out what had happened and what was needing done to correct it, and realized I was not talking about tires plus. Still offered a free oil change after I apologized about my error, and was very professional about the entire interaction.

I've been coming here for years and can absolutely say that I will keep coming here. Everyone that works here is kind, patient and will explain why things may need replaced or repaired. Whenever a repair may take a little extra time I am always provided with the reasons and a schedule to help pick the best times. Worth, the, wait, every, single, time.

Nate and the rest of the team were so friendly and compassionate. It was a scary morning for my daughter on icy roads and they took all the steps to be sure she was safe and to also cover all the bases to be confident there was no additional damage. Will definitely be my go-to for tire

Thank you to the store manager Nate! Took my wheel and tire to Walmart Auto center to have them mounted, took 3 guys and an hour and a half for them to not get it on because it "didn't fit". Spent less than 20 minutes at Tires Plus for Nate to get it on in no time. Again, thank you so much Nate! Will only be going to this location from now on for any issues I have with my tires!!

My son is a freshman at Briarcliff University in Sioux city, Iowa. He was driving home for Thanksgiving break and started to have tire pressure issues. He stopped at this location, and everyone was very helpful. They found a bad value stem. They replaced it, and he was back on the road to Broken Arrow OK. So I'm giving the guys at this location a 5-star review.

Even though I don't recommend it I did not have an appointment but the jump right on checking and servicing my vehicle then informing me of the condition and my options trying to give me the best deal possible they were very friendly and responsive to my needs I will go back

I made an appointment for my partner to go to this place to change the tires on my car and when he arrived at the place, Mr. Red Baby cancelled the appointment as soon as he saw that he was Latino and that he didn't speak English. He is bad and racist.

Found out we had a tire that was going out on Friday and had to constantly get air added in it. Had to scramble to find a shop to fit us in over the weekend and even with a totally booked day, Mike and Kyle are my hero. Managed to fit me in get my tire patched up and back on the road. These two gentlemen are amazing angels, very kind, and I highly recommend them for all your car and tire needs.

Had a great experience here! I found a bolt in my tire and I was 6 hours from home. We were in KC for a softball tournament. I took my car in before the first game and it was fixed by the end of the second game, just in time for our break between games. The customer service was great. Highly recommend.

I bought a new set of tires here last spring. The guys were nice enough to tell me of an upcoming sale and topped off one leaky tire almost every day that week to keep me going until the sale started. I really appreciated that. When the weather turned cold in autumn my pressure light came on. I was pretty sure it was because of the temperatures but I explained I was leaving town the next morning and a little worried about driving before getting the tires checked. (We have a lot of road work and a lot of pot holes around here!) The manager could not have been nicer. He said if I was willing to wait a bit he would get my car checked that day. Everyone I have dealt with in this store has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Mike and Nate made me feel like a Customer should feel like. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. They were even able to set my next appointment up for my next service. Also the speed of the service, was very efficient. Nate told me how long it would take, and my truck was done 15 to 20 minutes before the time he estimated.

What can I say, when your tire is blown on the highway and you’re without a spare all you can hope for is timely, kind service. These guys aced it. As the GM of a restaurant I can truly appreciate the grace and quality of service given to me. 11/10 would recommend.

The manager is a nice guy but they are understaffed and you could be waiting a very long time for a minor preventative maintenance.

Brought my kid up from Fort Worth Texas and our tire blew out. I normally go to Discount Tires but I called them first they gave me different options and they were able to squeeze me in last minute and I am so grateful. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone else. Thank you Mr Mike and Crew!!

I love that you know exactly what you will owe before services are rendered. Short wait time for my tires to be installed. Mike made sure the tires I selected would be available prior to my appointment and could accommodate all I need for my truck. Mike followed up when he said he would. My visit was smooth and quick. They even checked my oil! I will definitely recommend and return in the future!

Nate and Mike did a great job taking care of getting 4 new tires on this old beast for me. It was wicked hot Sunday Aug 4th but they hung in there and got it done. One wheel was rusted on; it took some effort to get it loose. They even got the spare remounted underneath where it belongs. I was real happy with the service. Thx guys

I went to make an appointment at tires plus via phone call due to discount tire being closed Sundays. Mike answers with a snobby attitude like every other mechanic in town isn’t busier. Other places treat you kindly. He had a snappy “like I said” attitude. Mikes a douche. Don’t waste your time on his place. Makes sense why 3 stars is where that shop stands.

Josh is a great guy (manager), they had a little communication problem yesterday on a tire dropped off, but Josh got me taken care of in 30 minutes or less. One of the most awesome things about this store is how patient they are when explaining things to people who don't speak vehicle. I sat in the waiting room for a bit and one of the guys came in and showed a lady her tire, explained what the problem was and then didn't pressure her. He also explained how the road hazard system works, which sometimes I don't even completely understand. Still a great place, even short handed and super busy.
