Have you dreamed of your vehicle being in the Daytona 500? Well look no further than here! As they race your vehicle from the lot where you trustingly left your vehicle around to the back of the building at inappropriate speeds. I’ve tried talking to the manager, hollered at one guy who then drove the next vehicle he moved around to the back even faster. This guy must have one of those race car toddler beds; dreaming of his ultimate profession OR a complete disregard for the safety of YOUR vehicle and the clients who frequent business of the shared parking lot with their children! Do you have a white 4 door compact vehicle?A black 4 door suv? Just today 1/19/25 within 30 min or so I saw them race these vehicles around a tight 90* turn, not know if a person or vehicle was on the other side.

Whelp ill stick to discount tire from now on. Bought tires a few months ago. Got a flat. They wouldn't even look at it without an appointment and the next appointment wasn't available till Thursday. Atleast at discount tire i can walk in. Get good customer service. And get my tire fixed same day. Buzz off tire plus.

All costs were explained up front. There were no surprises. The employees were polite and friendly. The estimated completion time was accurate.

November 2024 took my 12 yr old pickup in for an inspection. I needed lower front ball joints. I had the front struts replaced as well. John told me this was not necessary but might be soon since Im nearing 100000 miles.The parts were available and the job was complete with no snags about 24 hours later. John even knocked a few dollars off for me, maybe because I am a regular customer or he's a nice guy or maybe just my lucky day. Every little bit helps. I have always had good, professional and mostly friendly service here at Tires Plus on Vivion. I can feel good recommending them.

The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, very respectful and didn't talk down to me because I am female. I made an appointment online for the afternoon. They called me to bring it in sooner as I asked for ASAP. My van went straight to the lift. I didn't have to wait beyond what was scheduled. They kept me up to date on vehicle status, didn't try to inflate the bill, explained everything on the bill and it was cheaper than originally planned. The store as well as the bathroom was spotless. They have vending machines as well as courtesy coffee. Will return again.

Made an appointment for 11am only to be told upon arrival "It's going to be several hours"! Why have appointment if they aren't going to honor it. It was for a tire repair so not even anything that took any amount of time. Then several hours later they call low and behold they couldn't repair it. Guess what though they sure could try to sell me 5 new matching tires for my Jeep. Nice try. I took it to my old reliable local tire shop and my tire was REPAIRED just like you said you couldn't in less than 10 minutes. Then the nerve to be rude because I wouldn't buy 5 tires lol Take your business to a local place this place is a scam.

Took truck in for inspection and sensor problem. Fixed sensor...BUT claimed battery had a bad cell and needed to be replaced, failed inspection for ball joints and one tire with insufficient tread. Quoted $2000 in repairs required. Took battery to two other mechanics including point of purchase and it is fine. Took to another mechanic for inspection and was able to observe all inspections, results and criteria. ALL Passed. Was lied to by money hungry dishonest car repair shop. Will NEVER go there again and warn all who consider it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We have taken our car here, I think twice. Each time, we've made an appointment online. And each time the place has claimed they "tried to call to reschedule". My husband works in IT. He answers his phone. These people didn't call. Each time they tried to reschedule because the person who is "supposed" to do the services is either not there or in the hospital. I don't have an issue with rescheduling due to issues, what I have a problem with is when I'm able to select the sevice, time, and date that work for me and my family, and I've had to accommodate the company instead. Why have an option for the services if you don't have the person there!?ibecause my husband literally designs websites, i know for a fact there's a way to set the website up ro select items on THEIR side that are NOT available for customers. My husband works 6 days a week and often 12 hour days. We have a new baby, and our toddler is Autistic. So we have to account for time and when we make the time available because the company says it's available and we are told "we can't today" AFTER GETTING THERE, then it's terribly inconvenient. And with each of these instances, we have never been discounted or even apologized to, for their inconvenience. I would say their pricing is fair, though. So, as long as you're okay with a long wait, then I'd recommend; but for timing convenience, absolutely not.

Service was quick, as always. Battery was low, as I just bought a used car last year. Didn’t now how old the battery was, but with winter coming, I had them replace it.

Fantastic service, very professional. My husband took our auto in to be serviced. We always get treated with great customer service, the mechanic did great and answered all my questions. We can always trust Tires Plus over the dealership and affordable as well. We have been coming here for years for our tires and their mechanical service is absolutely great too. For those of us who do not like to hear a tv on it is not loud and easy to block out. There are food places in walking distance as well which is nice and helpful. My husband only had a 3 hr. wait for something the dealership would take days to fix. We are so pleased with Tires Plus. They take good care of their loyal customers.

I had my mustang towed there because I needed a tire repair after finding a nail in my tire. They do not come with a spare so I had it towed to make sure I would not do any damage to the tire or rim. I took a picture of the tire so that I could get them to find the tire that I was looking for. No damage or scratching to the rim at this point. They say it’s unrepairable which Gary Crossley said they could, but I figured if I towed it again and they were wrong it would be a waste. So I let them order the $504 tire. I left the vehicle there. I come back and the rim near where the tire is put on is scratched all the way around. I bring the manager out to look and he says you must have hit a curb which is impossible because I didn’t have the car since I took the picture where the rim was fine. He insists that’s what happened. Mind you the other three rims have nothing on them. Just happens to be the one they worked on. Crazy coincidence I guess. I was a little upset but just wanted them to acknowledge and see if there was anything they could do to at least make it not look as bad. But after that deflection and then their corporate just saying you must have hit a curb, I am feeling much different about it. I do not know exactly how it was done. But even if it did hit a curb somehow with the back driver side rim, the car didn’t drive itself and I didn’t have it. I’ve went to the one in Independence before a few times when I was working near there and those people were honest and professional. Never had any issues. Fair pricing, explained their work, etc… That is why I thought it would be ok to go to this one. Don’t go to this one.

They’re fast, professional, & actually do honor their warranties! I was in & out in less than 45 minutes & got a new tire thanks to the warranty from a previous purchase a few years ago. No complaints here - I have been to several tires plus locations & Vivian rd/ Choutou is the best one!

Wonderful service. Git us right in. I never feel taken advantage of. They always call and discuss in detail what NEEDS to be done now and what can wait. Then give you a print out of upcoming needs along with pricing. We've used THIS Tires Plus for probably 20 years. Hands down wonderful

I have been coming to this location for years, and have always had great service. I recently had a tire replaced, and when I got home, I realized that my loose bumper had been bolted back down and fixed as well, even though I did not order any additional service. This made my week! They went above and beyond their duties and further solidified my loyalty to this location.

This location has gone down hill, I've been several times before with no issues but these last 2 times have been nothing but problems. First time getting new tires from this location they messed up all 4 tire pressure sensors and tried to blame it on the batteries. Mind you it's a brand new car & had no issues before they replaced the tires. After making several different appointments and pulling my hair out, they fixed it. Now, I came back in for a nail in my tire, they quoted it wasn't fixable so they replaced the tire & did a complimentary rotation but now my steering wheel shakes while driving. Could be they're over worked and under staffed but I'm done with this location. I don't recommend coming here.
