This place is great! The manager (Joey) really knows what he's doing and was so good at explaining things to me! The technicians are knowledgeable (thanks Steve) and work efficiently. The other staff was friendly. Highly recommend this location for your car.

I have always had A ++ service from this location and last night as no different. My tire alert light came on and I went to a Valvoline to check the air levels and they discovered a screw in my tire. I decided to drive the short distance to this location thinking that there was no way anyone would be able to help me at 5:45pm. To my surprise, the cordial front desk manager was able to work my car in and get me patched up and back on the road. This location always provides exceptional service. I am a proud fan of this location!

Phenomenal store if not the best in town. Workers were all very nice and chill and helped me with an emergency tire swap. Gave me plenty of options with a good price and service was quick. Can't recommend enough!

Twice now I have taken my car there and had to return because the problem was not addressed. First time I was told they used faulty parts. Most recently I paid nearly $900 for a noise i was hearing only to return because noise continued after they "fixed it". Upon return i was told it was something completely different than last they originally fixed and it would be another $900. My mistake for ever retuning there in the first place. Will not make the mistake again. Find somewhere else if you actually need work to be done on your vehicle. Do not waste your money.

Amazing customer service. Matt is awesome. He listened to all my questions and clarified in details. I had tire change in front two tires and he helped me in selecting the best option out of the list of different brand explaining each tire pros and cons. This was helpful for me to make the right decision. Also, the service was very fast and I was kept update whole time . Thankyou Matt and team for your work !! Definitely coming back to this store for any of my tire solutions.

bought my tires from them less than 2 years ago, ran over a bolt and then it came out..tire went flat and they fixed it and rotated my tires.. all covered under the warranty plan..and with an appointment it was done within an hour

Called to get an oil change same day. They told me to come on in and they could do it asap. I arrived and was met by extremely friendly, helpful gentlemen. It was a very positive experience and my oil change was completed quickly. As I live in J-town, I always use Michel tire for oil changes, etc. and I have never been disappointed in their service.

This automotive repair/tire shop was highly recommended by a close friend (she has been going there for over 20 years and won’t go anywhere else for work on her vehicle) and I can really see why : the entire staff (Zach Ehrler,Tom Clark Jr., Noah, Brian, Steve & Anthony) were extremely pleasant, personable and polite and very knowledgeable and professional at all times and took very good care of my car (explained everything very clearly and always made sure that I knew what was going on at all times!). An overall great automotive experience!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for many years and have always been very satisfied until my last visit. Along with my regular oil change I requested a quote on repairing my cruise control. They would not give me a quote on the repair but did charge me $110 for the diagnostics. I don't think I should be charged for a diagnostic on a repair they obviously didn't want to make. Sorry, but they lost my trust this week.

I made an appointment online the day of service. I was greeted promptly and I explained what I wanted done which was an alignment . I also requested for them to investigate wheel noise. They had my car on a rack an inspected with in 20 minute of my appointment time. The alignment and noise was fixed and the before and after difference from the alignment was explained in a visual printout by Joey. I have AGAIN been 100% satisfied with the Taylorsville rd location!

Charge me over 800.00 fix brake line replaced brakes rear Charge for brake cylinders, brakes sponge, brakes went to floor, left parts off, had to do repairs myself our leave it their another 3 days again. Don't waste your money back yard wannabe mechanics. Horrible!!!!!!

Excellent service!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I needed rotor and brakes for my van. After the technician inspected my van he informed me that the rotors were still good and could be turned. Very honest,since I had told them I would need rotors I would not have questioned paying for them. I would definitely recommend and will now be a loyal customer.

Friendly employees, fast service! Zach listened to all of my needs and offered extra needs to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive and well maintained. He kept me updated the whole time. Tom worked on my vehicle and made sure everything was fixed that I wanted done and told Zach the extra needs that I needed to get done soon to keep vehicle maintained fully. He was very careful and fast fixing my vehicle. I appreciate them all so much!

I had a decent experince working with this store. They were fair with pricing and it was lower than other place I took quotation. Total job took one hour to finish include wait time. I had to make appointments for my issue and they came up with quotation less than 20 mins.

I have been going to this store for 2 years for tires. Batteries, brakes tires and some major work recently. The staff are professional and courteous. Everything explained and price . I have no reason to take my vehicle anywhere else! These guys explain what needs to be done and what I can wait on if I choose! Great people and great work!!! Thanks

I went in thinking I needed everything replaced on my breaks and they ended up saving me money and the went above and beyond by asking if I wanted them to flush the coolant because it was low and so I did it and they were fast about all that they did

So the review by Jay Wheatley is completely incorrect and full of half-truths. Mr Wheatley came to our location in November after he had put new pads and rotors on the front of his car. He admitted to us that he suspected the person who put his brakes on may have done something wrong and wanted us to check. When we checked, we found that his front brake hardware had broken and was scraping a ring onto the rotor. We advised him that we could replace the hardware and turn the ring out of the rotor. He agreed. The total price was 219 and some change. He called a few days later and advised us that he was hearing a different noise. he came back in and we advised him that his rear rotors Were making noise as well, which was not his original concern and recommended replacement. We also advised him that his front brake pads were semi-metallic and his car recommended ceramic to avoid brake dust and noise. He states he would change out the rear brakes. After missing 8 consecutive appointments over a 3 month span for the same noise, he finally came back in to which we told him his front brakes were still making noise due to semi-metallic brakes and that now the brake rotors were warped. We recommended he warranty out the front brakes to address his issue. He proceeded to get very upset in which we offered to refund his original 219 for the inconvenience. He demanded we refund him for his brakes that he had bought from a parts house, which we refused.i am unsure of where the racial slurs part of his review came from as all of our calls are recorded and multiple people heard his argument. That part is completely false. Regardless of the differences, I wish Mr Wheatley good luck in any future endeavors.
