These guys are the best. Came in with a completely dead battery around 11:00 on a Saturday morning; they had the battery replaced and I was back on the road by 4:30. They are professional, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop during the day. I'd highly recommend--I am a repeat customer!

Took car in for patch due to nail in tire. Tech called and said hole was too close to side wall so car needed new tire. Picked car up and took to Discount Tire at corner of Hurstbourne/Taylorville Rd and they fixed tire for FREE!!!!! This was the second time Tireplus wouldn't patch.

Deceptive sales tactics, suspect technician's on the extras they “bump.” The manager, Roger, told me I needed new spark plugs and belts. The threads on a spark plug were stripped. He tried to blame it on me for not having them replaced on schedule (I get my oil changed there. No one ever mentioned it and my Tahoe ran fine) The repair took over 2 weeks: They did provide a rental car. When I returned to retrieve my car, Roger told me the bill was $1,360… due to a complete fuel system cleaning, coolant fluid exchange required when plugs were replaced: Standard procedure AND, that he made me aware of it when I authorized him to change my spark plugs and replace the engine belts. He did not. I’ve gone to this location for decades and it pains me to have to leave the location and the company. People do business at the speed of trust, and I don’t trust what this manager and this company are selling.

Don’t waste your time with this tire shop. Had a reservation to drop off my Vehicle and when I showed up the manager was questioning where I got the quote for the tires from. I told him it was from the tires plus website. He then went on to act a little shady like he didn’t know if he had the tires in stock or if he’d be able to get them. Told him the website showed he had 17 in stock. Asked if he could check for me, he said he would need the Vin, the license plate in the tire size. Told him I had all of that information. He told me he didn’t have time to help me. So I told him I would take my money and go purchase four tires from another store

I recent had a very disappointing experience with Tireplus. I went there to get 4 new tires installed, but less that five days later, the back left tire started going flat due to a leak. When I tried to schedule an appointment to get it fixed, they told me the earliest they could see me was in 4 days. Unbelievable! Overall, I’m extremely frustrated with the poor quality of their products and the lack of good customer service from their management. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending Tireplus to anyone.

The repair that was needed on my car turned out to be something that had an open recall on it from Volvo. While they certainly could have just made the requested repair at Tires Plus, and I would never have known, Matt contacted me to inform me of the open recall and to advise that I have Volvo fix it instead. I greatly appreciate the honesty. I have been a customer of this shop for over 10 years, and this is why. Great service and honesty. Thanks!!!

Went in to have a tire plugged. Techs were fine, however, it took an hour to do a 5- minute job. The ONLY reason I went here instead of my usual shop is because they were the only shop close by open on a Sunday. Never again…the struggle is real.

Within walking distance, this is our equivalent of an old fashioned neighborhood garage even though we make our appointments online. They service both our cars, one domestic and one foreign. They also evaluated a used car one of our daughters was considering and made some valuable comments. Always reliable…

Gave me a diagnostic that they cant fix my car. Threw away my tire rim before I had chance to come back and get new tire. Which they also did to my friend. Went there many times. Worst auto shop I've ever dealt with in 25 years.

When I couldn't get in anywhere to get tires before a road trip, Roger and his team took care of it. Roger explained why purchasing my tires through Costco was not my best decision. He also caught dry rot with my tires when Ford missed it and it would have been unsafe for me to travel. Everything he told me was true. He is very knowledgeable and I got the best tires for my needs with a lifetime alignment package. I am going to use Michael's Tires for all my future automotive needs. Thanks so much for a job well done!

I had two tires in need of repair on my car, I called Michel Tires on Sunday after the Kentucky Derby to see if they had an opening. Mike told me they did and then walked me through what I would need and gave excellent customer service and guidance. While the repairs were being made, I stayed at the shop and Charlie the tech working on my car brought me into the garage and explained what he was doing and what to look for in the future. He did a great job on the tires as well! I am now a loyal customer and will be returning for any of my car care needs to Michel.

Worst auto place in louisville. They do not communicate with you about what they are doing or especially what they are going to charge you for ahead of time! They quoted me $2300 worth of work after charging me $140 for a diagnostic check that I wasn't aware of. I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed for $435 and it runs great.

I hit a curb and blew my tire Christmas Eve morning — a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised to see Tires Plus was open. I called and Linda assured me they had the tire in stock and could get to me before they closed for the day. I dropped off my car around 1:15 and it was ready in 90 minutes. Prices were reasonable, my spare was stocked back under my car, and I was so grateful for the friendly, knowledgeable service and convenient hours.

The worst experience I've ever had at a tire shop These guys wanted to sell me a a tire pressure sensor valve stem for a hundred dollars ,when you can buy one online for 26.00 for 4. They wouldn't install mine and the manager was the rudest condecending person I have ever delt with. Dont wast your time or money with these ripoffs.

Got my alignment done on a Sunday before I had to go out of town. It's very informative a lot better than the competitor that I was using who said I needed a lot of work done before I could even get the alignment.

I've been coming to this store for over 15 years. Managers come and go frequently. I was able to get my car in for a fast oil change and tire rotation but the price was much higher than I have ever paid in the past, considerably more than @ Meineke and Tire Discounters.

They scammed me because I’m a girl simple as that they charged me $500 to fix my back breaks that didn’t need fixing it was my front and then I left because I had thought they fixed the correct breaks there’s no communication at all not only that they did an evaluation of the whole car and never once did someone say something about my back breaks and after I left my breaks were even worse and I couldn’t afford to pay for the front to be fixed as well these people don’t care about the safety of the drivers who’s cars they work on I also want it to be kept in mind they kept my car for 2 days just to change the breaks worst mechanic shop I’ve ever been too and will never go back save your time and money and go elsewhere
