In town for a quick getaway and upon arriving yesterday had a low tire warning msg show up. I just asked for a gauge to check my tires and he told me to pull up to a bay and he’d do it for me. Checked all 4 and topped them off. Very courteous and no charge. I see now why they have a good reputation in the Nulu area.

I had a great experience with this team. They are knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Took good care of my car in a professional and helpful manner! Got me in quickly, saved me time. I’ll be back for oil changes and other needs.

Had all 4 tires slashed in a parking lot along with every other car there. These guys were able to get me in even though it was an hour before close and get my truck done. I live 2 hours away, it would have been a huge mess. But they got me back on the road as fast as they could and I'm greatful.

Lied about price of alignment. Took five hours for an alignment even with a scheduled appointment. Customer service rep gave an an alignment price and when I went to pick up my vehicle it cost $30 more than he said. No extra parts or services done. Just lied to about pricing

Everyone I've dealt with at this location has been friendly and honest. They have done a couple of major jobs on my car and each time it was ready by the end of the day.

Went to get one tire patch, waited 2 hours, only to get by car back, went home tire still flat, and seen no work has been done on my car. But still they charge me. If I could give a zero I would.

I was able to call the evening before to make an appointment for my flat tire replacement the next morning. The day of, I dropped my car off and picked it up later with no problems! They recommended I purchase new tires for the other 3, but were not pushy about it. Appreciated their quick and friendly service.

Mr.John and Mr. Dunn all of the employees have been very helpful. I will always come to this one. Had a very bad experience with the one on Preston. They were rude and not friendly at all.

Ive been a customer at this Tires Plus since 2012/2013 and have been extremely satisfied every time. Theyre very friendly, polite, direct, and empathetic. Theyre also very reasonably priced and Ive never felt taken advantage of. I love this Michel’s! I wish yall did MORE car services

I made an appointment o the 2/9/24 to drive my car in on the 2/15/24 at 1pm dropped it off at 10am I called the 16th they sd they where super busy and hadn't gotten to it. I was understanding and sd ok. Called on the 17th they said the same thing. The next day I called they never told me they where closed. So Monday the 19th I started reading horrible reviews but was called and told my car would be ready in 30min..I got up there an hr of waiting and I was told they ordered the wrong part..OMG really..I went home got ready for work another day I had to find a ride to work. So I picked it up on the 20th and the next day the front end fell off I had to have it towed but not to tires plus..I'll never go back if I had been on the expressway I could have died or seriously injured..36hrs after getting repaired.

Oil change was more expensive than other locations, mechanics didn't actually start work on my vehicle until an hour after I brought it in even though I booked my appointment a week in advance, mechanics tried to upsell me on an expensive job that is not required, and cashier who convinced me to apply for tires plus card wouldn't explain why my application was denied. Just an overall very unpleasant experience and I won't be going back.

On December 8 2023 I had the front end replaced on my Dodge Ram van for over a $1000 and on December 18 2023 the new tie rod fell out as I was driving across the Sherman Mitten bridge into Ky on my way to work and it was only God that saved my life I had my van towed back to the same shop and no one seemed to be concerned that I almost lost my life due to their negligence there wasn’t even an apology

We came to pick up our car and the gentleman waa nice to see about air in tire which i may have another problem but he was nuce to listen even at the end of day.
