I've taken my vehicle's to this tire shop for at least 5 or more years. I read through most of the reviews before writing mine and have to say, the 1 and 2 star reviews are mostly misleading. There's never been an issue taking my vehicle here. They've never tried to up charge after work has started and any issue they've ever brought to my attention, I already knew about it. The price has always been up front with no bs. If they offer a services up front and I decline it, they simply don't do it. I usually call before taking my vehicle there just to see how busy they are or make an appointment. If you do just walk in, expect a wait. That's how these places work, plan accordingly.

Went in for a tire balance . They started pulling my spark plugs out , told me I needed a coolant flush. Said it wasn’t the right kind of coolant . Advance auto parts say other wise. Had the whole reservoir and hoses replaced last January from my mechanic. But no reason to pull spark plugs out when I just replaced them not even 1000 miles ago. Cost me 16 dollars a plug. It really threw me off when they popped my hood of my car and started testing things without my consent. Really bad practice. I don’t recommend this place at all. They just want your money I sat for over 2 hrs to get my tires balanced.

I never take ours cars anywhere else. The customer service is exceptional and the price is always right. Always let me know what I need and don’t try to oversell or overcharge. I love this location and will always be a lifetime customer.

So, called not long after they opened on Sunday. Asked about getting a brake flush and if they are busy, he says no bring it right up. I did, get all the paperwork squared away and hand over my keys and I asked "about how long do you think?" He replies "you only have one ahead of you and he's just doing an inspection" so common sense tell ls me oh I'm next, they'll probably have my truck pulled in in 15 or so. I walk to go eat, waste time, finally 1.5 hours later trucks still parked. I asked about how long? The other guy that had common sense went and asked and came back and said about 2 hours, that's on top of the time I waited. When someone ask you for a time estimate, give them a number, not a description. Tooky keys md left, that wasy first last and only visit....never again. Poor management.

This place is trash, car broke down the next day after getting it fixed here, they didn’t even use NEW nuts and bolts, just the same old ones. Don’t ever go here.

400 dollars 5 hour wait for 2 tires and an alinement. First one there and last to leave. No given reason and no apology. Been going there 20 plus years and never had a problem till now. Never again.

I wish I could give a zero star. I don’t know who hired and put the manager in charge. But they need to be fired themselves. Whom ever was in charge on Saturday is extremely unorganized and has no skills in this position at all. To make someone wait over 4 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. And then to come out and ask if we still wanted the other service we requested shows you have no clue how to do your job. And finding out you’ve held up a bay because you’re waiting for oil? What kind of stupidity makes someone hold up a bay for oil? You could have dropped the vehicle, pushed it out and continued servicing the other vehicles. But instead you hide out in the service area instead of doing your job CORRECTLY. It’s amazing you’ll complete the jobs I have to pay for. But the one job that’s free for life you decided to scam people by not doing it by making stupid excuses on needing oil. HOW ARE YOU MISSING OIL? Terrible management. What happened to the other GOOD managers from before? I’ll be finding another business to get my vehicle serviced. And will get rid of the credit card as well.

The seating area had t.v. there was seating in lobby. It was clean. Never realized how long an inspection would take ( 2 hours). Results were explained with estimate of cost.

The store was understaffed couldn't provide me with the tire I needed with the good mileage had to purchase a $50 more per tire for the tires they said it didn't have a mileage rating on it the tire that was inexpensive had a 50,000 mile warranty but couldn't get it until the next day when I needed the tires then right then this store needs some serious help in the ability to receive tires for the customers when they need them

We were looking to get a tire looked at on a SUNDAY ! What a blessing to find that they were open on a Sunday! I had picked up a screw in my tire on Saturday evening and couldn't take the chance of being without a car until Monday.. What a relief to us! My husband is a disabled veteran and we do our best to take good care of our car. I never know when he may get sick and we need to go to VA out on Zorn Avenue. What a relief to know that the screw did not puncture the tire. Thank you for helping us so quickly and we will definitely recommend all our friends to go to Tire Plus on Dixie in Valley. Great people who care about helping others !!! Fantastic customer service !!! Thank you so very, very much !!!

The only way this place stays in business is by ripping people off. Long story, short: 1) In the process of putting new tires on my car, they destroyed two of my lug studs and claimed that they were cross threaded. I was the one who put the lug nuts on the car!!! I threaded them on by hand then torqued to specs. They wanted to charge me $327.xx to replace them. 2) I told them upfront I wanted to keep my old tires, they still charged a disposal fee. 3) I told them I wasn’t interested in the lifetime road hazard warranty, they still charged me for it. 4) On the bill, it showed $11.99 for fuel system cleaner. No explanation. So, was this something they poured in the gas tank, an intake valve cleaner, or what? Either way, I didn’t ask for it and they didn’t mention it. 4) It took them over three hours to do the job. It should’ve taken less than an hour. The only reason I gave two star review instead of one, is the fact that the quoted price matched the price I paid. But, at the end of the day, I was sold cheap tires for the price of higher quality tires. I don’t want this place to touch my vehicle ever again.

The evening crew is absolutely phenomenal! The morning guys not so much. But I would recommend them 10/10 every time. I have always had the BEST service! Super friendly, quick and efficient. They always explain everything so clearly, and never try to sell you something you do not need.
