I have a tire warranty and was told only licensed places could replace it. I called around and tires plus was the inly one that could get me in same day and was willing to jump through the hoops the warranty company put them through. I am so thankful for Sid. He was who I spoke with when I called and he seen that everything got taken car of right away from the tire to the paperwork. I feel like they went above and beyond!! I would refer anyone to them!!! We have done business there for a long time. It's a convenient location and they get the work done in a timely manner. Had to order the tire we wanted so it took an extra day

Got there early for my appointment and they worked me in and got my two tires swapped and on the vehicle in a bout 45 minutes.

I would caution against choosing this location for tire service. The staff, particularly on the morning of Thursday, April 18th, were exceptionally rude. While I receive excellent service at the Jeffersontown location, my experience here was disappointing. Despite my car indicating low pressure in the front passenger tire, the staff member at the counter was unfriendly, and the technician who checked my tires seemed visibly annoyed. He dismissed my concerns, stating that the tires were fine, only for the tire to deflate to 18 psi. My significant other confirmed the pressure drop. Consequently, I spent the entire weekend constantly stopping to inflate my tires. If the staff are not committed to providing satisfactory service, perhaps they should reconsider their profession.

Loyal customer... Been coming to the 4515 Bardstown Rd location for years. Recently found myself needing tires for my car after a road hazard. Andrew went above and beyond to get me the tires I needed way faster than I expected. I'm honestly blown away by this service, and I would highly recommend this Michel Tire to anyone! Give Andrew some love! And Michel Tire, give Andrew some recognition! He's truly an incredible representative to your company!

I had my car told to the shop to have a stater installed in my car they had my car in and out very quicky I only had to wait less then 30 minutes after the my starter had arrived. They gave me excellent service. I will always return and recommend others to this great shop. I love there service. All though I live downtown and could go to another repair shop closer to me I will never go because I receive such great and wonderful service here I will never go anywhere else. Thanks for the great service

I recently went to Michel Tires Plus frantic. I needed an oil change and had some other issues with my Camry. They calmly and quickly diagnosed my issues and corrected them. They have yet to let me down.

I had an oil change done here last month because I thought I could trust them to at least do that right. I just found out they didn't screw the oil plug back on causing an oil leak. Luckily I was able to get it fixed before it caused any damage.

These guys were awesome - took our Hyundai there today for a squeaky sound coming from our engine. They diagnosed the noise in 10 minutes, fixed it in 20, and kept us updated along the way. Could’ve easily replaced the non-faulty part for an up-charge, but instead they told us that a bolt was loose and they fixed it for $40! Excellent, honest service. Highly recommend!

Was told 29.95 for oil change and after change total was 36. I wish when these places quoted me they would include oil disposal fee, shop fees and taxes. They are misleading.

My elderly Mother has went here for years and really likes them. Every time she goes I always ask for details just to try and be sure that she isn't getting scammed or ripped off, because there aren't a lot of honest mechanics around anymore, and I've never felt that they've tried to do her wrong. I just went here and had a full brake job done and they were half the price of another local reputable mechanic. They did have to replace the rotors which increased the initial quote but I had never had rear brakes replaced in my 180k mile van so this made sense. They also replaced an idler pulley for me and they admitted that a belt broke when they pulled the pulley off, and they replaced the belt at no additional charge. I found out that they used Duralast gold ceramic brakes too which was nice. I initially thought they'd use cheap brakes so it was a pleasant surprise that I didn't have to pay for an upgrade for ceramics. During the whole process they were honest and fair. I'll go back for sure.
