Really pour customer service i call , to check if they can repair a flat wheel and a IRRESPECTFULL guy came to me to tell me to move my car and then ask me what i needed and he told me he count repair it ( remove a nail) that was better to buy a tire .

These people are amazing, just a bit pricey at times in certain things, maybe it’s because of the area and the vehicles they work with. They are next to the Collection, it could be that they deal with high rollers and you get what you pay for, literally

Pedro Pineda is my go to guy at Tires Plus. Save me a ton of money on Tires as well as Service. Better than the dealership. I’ve been going here for years. Excellent service they take care of their customers.

The big guy at the front desk told me my car had run flats. I knew that was a lie lol. Tried charging me $600 for a tire and said it’s not possible to fix patch the nail in my tire. Stay away from this place they’ll try and rip you off and be rude.

Beware of the credit card they entice you to apply for with claiming of 50% off some services. They will approve you with no problem and then OVERCHARGE every single service you so call "must get done". They approve me for $1400 credit limit. I only asked for a gas refill, basic oil change and one tire fix. And it all magically came up to $1400 with some other services they were claiming I needed too. As a side note, their phone number appears as SKAM when they call you, perhaps someone else already complained about their professionalism.

I had the BEST experience thanks to Pedro Pineda and Adrian D’Donato, both whom I met separately at Tire Plus. They were friendly, informative and super helpful. They took fantastic care of me after a terrible experience with another tire company nearby. They did not take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge, as the prior tire company did by putting old tires on my Porsche. They treated me so well I’ve decided to bring all of my business to Tire Plus. - Excellent human beings and professional.

I pulled into the store and died on the spot, hybrid issues, but had a Tires Plus battery. They immediately looked at my battery, gave me the OK and sent me on my way, jump starting me twice to get out. (Issue was outside of their scope of expertise). This store was as helpful as they could be and helped eliminate one of the possible issues. You have to give them a lot of credit for doing what they could with a highly specialized electrical configuration. I will always check with Tires Plus first before I go anywhere else - like the overpriced dealership which sometimes is the only solution

I trusted this shop, I’m a female with very little knowledge of cars. I have (soon: had) a credit card with them. I used them to do my regular scheduled maintenance, and I purchased a full set of tires with them. When I got a flat tire after hitting a pot hole, they showed me I damaged my rim, and they replaced it under the tire warranty, even though I brought a rim purchased elsewhere (they looked none too pleased but I get it, part of the income is on parts but I saved $50 this way) I even left them a 5 star review before (which I now deleted). I had to take my car for some maintenance to my dealership (because the service I needed wasn’t provided by Tires Plus) and was told my brake pads will soon need replacing. So, trusting I will get great service and probably better price, I brought my car back to Tires Plus. Here I was told that not only my break pads need replacing, but also my rotors are getting damaged. That likely ‘whoever replaced them last time installed them wrong’. Now mind you, I never had this job done before, so that sounded my first alarm. I was quoted ‘special deal price’ of ~$750 but only if I left my car then and there. When I asked if I can bring it another day, I was told that the price will be different then. Why? ‘Because it’s a different day’ I was told. That is a predatory practice that immediately made me distrust the assistant that was ‘helping’ me, and I left. Recently I took my car to another shop, and I was told that not only my brake pads still have ~ 7 and 10mm on them, also my rotors are perfectly fine. I don’t know about you all, but I’m going to believe the person who is not trying to get $750 out of me, and I’m going to believe that Tires Plus was trying to take advantage if me, my lack of car knowledge, and my naiveté. I will not be giving this place any more of my business, and I am cancelling my credit card with them, I also made a post on my Facebook page to warn my neighbors and friends of this practice. I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Tires Plus: do better, dishonesty will only get you short term profit, but it will cost you in the long run.

I did not even get helped. I had to leave after they made me wait two hours and pay $35 before my tires were even looked at. Went to another shop that looked at my tires then gave me a fair plan to fix them.

WOMEN BEWARE. I went in to replace 2 old tries, then they tried to sell me new break pads by showing me a fake photo of someone else’s “dangerously worn down” pads. Mine were brand new. Watch out for their scams.

Edgar at the front desk was very professional and master of first impressions. The shop manager Adrian attended me with white glove service. They did their best with Armando as mechanic to get me in at 8 am and out by 1pm with full front and back brake service and tires. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Coral Gables!
