First time going here and worst experience. Day1: Older guy in front desk on computer took a long time to assist me once I walked in, despite I was the only person in office. After I tell him what was wrong with my car and tell him I just need an alignment. I mistakenly hear his quote wrong and he say , "sure I can charge you more" rudely. We set up appointment for next day. Day 2: I walk into office at 5 min before 8am appointment on Sunday, same older guy on computer tells me to leave bc they are not open yet , despite open sign on and front door open. I wait the 5 mins. I come back in and another costumer in front. We both wait until he is done keyboarding something, which takes long. He takes a long time helping first customer. Once done, he doesn't acknowledge me and keeps keyboarding some on computer. Now it's 15mins pass appointment and still no assistance. I was fed up with the lack of costumer service and left store. This guys prefers being on the computer than helping people. Never coming back here again.

I've had work done on my car here twice. And I 10 out of 10 recommend this tire plus location. The customer service is amazing the staff is very transparent, and goes above and beyond to get you the best price. Jorge is truly a jewel.

I had an appointment to either repair a tire or replace two tires, but it still took nearly 2 1/2 hours to install them. Additionally, I was asked where I wanted the new tires placed and was surprised I was not advised by your "experts" where the tires should be placed.This was far from the best tire replacement experience I've experienced.

This place is a scam , they charged my mom 300 dollars, just for bringing in her car to check why her window wouldn’t roll up.

Desgraciadamente en este lugar está pasando lo que está pasando en muchos otros comercios, a los empleados de ese lugar se les olvida que nosotros los consumidores vamos a pagar por un servicio, no a que nos regalen un servicio, y especialmente la persona que está en este lugar al frente un señor ya mayor que también trabaja en Goodyear de las gomas en Dadeland ,es supremamente grosero, tiene una actitud déspota ,es insolente, le contesta a uno horrible, lo hace esperar hasta 20 minutos, y cuando lo atiende, lo atiende horrible, como si uno fuera a pedir un servicio gratis, y además de eso no quiere hacer el servicio si usted no adquiere algún producto carísimo que él está vendiendo, he ido a otros lugares a que me revisen el carro por algo que ellos dicen que tengo mucho mucho que hacerle y es mentira deberían de cambiar ese tipo de persona que lo que está haciendo es alejando a los clientes de lugar

I've been here multiple times for servicing of my car and getting tires for many years and have always had a pleasant experience each time. John has always been exceptional in providing me the best advice and finding the best tires with the best price in town! I would recommend everyone to go here for their tire needs. John was able to find and order tires for my car that no other shop had in town had

Been coming here for a while for the convenience of being next to my home, but it’s been a massive mistake. Asked them to check my AC because it wasn’t turning on, paid them about $120 to look at it, and they’re mechanics claimed that problem wasn’t happening and tried to get me to pay $400 for an unrelated problem. And as I leave, the fuxking problem acts up again as I reach home. Never coming back

Called them multiple times about pricing for a tune up and staff couldn’t even tell me a price for the 3 they have listed on the site nor did they know what a tune up was they mention transferring the call and instead kept hanging up on me sadly they were very unprofessional!!!

I have bought multiple full sets of tires at this location, and I get all of my service at this location, for all of my cars. I pulled in today with a tire that was losing air, I explained I have been a long time loyal customer, but was told by a gentleman that they wouldn’t even look at it. I mentioned I thought I saw where a screw or nail was earlier in the day, but it was not visible by the time I was there. The gentleman told me based on what I thought I saw he wouldn’t even look at it and I needed to go down the street to “Mr Gomez” to get a plug. I asked if he would just check it out or do the spray/water test, and he refused. I have spent 1000s of dollars at this location and they wouldn’t even ATTEMPT to help me out. I was once a loyal customer and will never go there again, and I will tell everyone I know in this area (lived here 40 years) how they are willing to sell you new tires, but not help you out when you need it. Never again. Extremely disappointing. PS - I went to the service place in the shell gas station at 132/US1 and they fixed it in 10 mins

My day started off with horrible service down the street that led me into Tires Plus. George was busy with a customer and took the time to acknowledge that he would assist me as soon as he was done. He was able to attend to me quickly and change my previous experience into a highly entertaining comical event. He's got a spicy personality that is just the right temperature to keep everyone in good spirits. Aside from the amazing customer service at the front desk, I can also say they did a great job on the back end. My car was brought in immediately, and the work was done proficiently and timely. I look forward to doing all my future service at Tires Plus 😊

Professionalism great, quality of service very questionable. Improvement is needed they fix one thing and break another, your pockets included. I believe the customer is valued when the service provided does not need to be revisited due to poor performance. Take accountability or take a walk so a knowledgeable mechanic can take the time to do the service right. Value your performance as a mechanic. That shows me you value your customers and your job 🙁. George is professionally entertaining. John believes in customer satisfaction even if he has do the work himself, both have great qualities when it comes to customer relations unfortunately that doesn't properly solve mechanical issues. It shouldn't take, taking your car to someone else to find out (with proof) that the job performed at the place you've been taking your car to for years was done improperly. It creates a lack of trust and confidence. Create quality performance instead.

The customer service was great. Kind and caring. Answered my questions and was able to explain why I should upgrade my tire selection from what I had done online. Car was completed quickly and communication was great.

Will never do an oil change here again, had just got my oil change on 05/24/2024. Come to find out old oil was in my car from my mechanic because he had to drain it to fix my drain plug which was not good. To think I have been coming to this place for my oil changes and can you imagine how many times I have been charged and the oil not changed. I need compensation and this investigated immediately as the oil change is not cheap. I have the oil in my trunk still

George,who I assume is the manager, is delightful albeit a bit unorthodox in his customer service which I absolutely adore. He makes customers feel like family and makes them feel like they are part of the process of selecting the right service to meet the needs of each individual customer. He takes care of his people and it shows. His service people are kind and helpful.

Worked with George and José. The service was good! My oil change, tire replacement, brakes check, and overall vehicle inspection was done in just a couple hours. Plus they provided an estimate for other recommended services (such as engine flush, brake fluid maintenance, rear tire replacements, air filter replacements, etc) so I can consider that for later. I really appreciated the clarity and professionalism I experienced with the services and in my in-person and over-the-phone communications with George and José. I'd say the prices were decent too! Thanks guys! I'm going to keep coming back.

You can smell the scam as soon as you walk in, from the guy at fronk desk on his personal phone having personal conversation, to him trying to sell me everything under the sun, except for helping me with what i actually need and on top of that, making stupid jokes that no one finds funny when dealing with an expensive car service, i should've look at these reviews before, woukd not be using them moving foward. Just something about them looks fishy and not straightforward

Tires Plus Personnel treat customers with respect, proficiency and professionalism. They explain in detail what was determined to be the problem and offer you options. Great service and customer rapport at a reasonable price. A loyal customer.
