First my appointment was at 10am so when you have an appointment your car should be in at 10am and an oil change and a check over doesn’t take very long. It was almost 3 when they were done. The oil change was $80 and I asked about the per motion they said they gave it to me and it was $50 and 10 to look over the car that is $60 and he told me the extra $20 was tax. Then he told me take your keys and go well he didn’t give me the key. I go outside and my car is still in the shop I ask if it’s my car they say yes we are trying to fix the oil change light. Well they didn’t do that either. I stood outside for 10min waiting on my car. They bring it to me and there is oil all over the floor I say something to the guy about it he just looked at me and walked away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE.

These guys saved me! I got a flat tire and pulled into a parking lot in the same shopping center as Tires Plus late on a Saturday night. I called them in the morning because I didn't know what to do or how to get my car to them. They were so kind and offered to come fill my tire up enough so I could drive over. Then they squeezed me in that day (Sunday) because I started a new job Monday morning and didn't have another way to get to work. They were so gracious and so kind and I will be forever grateful!

Worst service ever. Had an appointment for an oil change. Went there at 1pm they told me to drop off my car for two 2h. I was disappointed, but I did it anyway. I called them at 3 pm and they told me we need 2 more hours. All of this for an oil change. I just took my car to another place. Save yourself the headache.

Was at one of their sister stores two week prior and it was a disaster. Not the case at this Tires Plus. Scott and his crew took care of me from the start and got my vehicle done when on time and at a great price

Efficient and considerate service for replacing tires they previously sold me with which I was unhappy with the performance of the tires. They price they worked out was very reasonable.

I appreciate that I was able to get in the following day; however I was quoted the wrong price for the tire and when I came in for the appointment they did not inform me of the $50 price increase and went ahead with the service without confirming with me first. Honestly I would have went somewhere else if I would have known the cost. It was a very frustrating experience.

I had to get new tires. I felt that Scott was most helpful through the process and very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him of my needs and concerns as I travel a long distance daily. I love my new tires. Thank you. Sue P

I’m a busy person, and I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a simple warranty tire patch, expecting to be in and out in 45 or so minutes. Two hours later, and the car isn’t even on the lift and every tech in the bay is on their phone. Service was alright, just don’t expect speedy work.

The staff at this Omaha Tires Plus ROCK! They were able to diagnose my front brake problem quickly and get me back on the road in record time. I was traveling and did not have an appointment or time to leave my car for more than a couple of hours. Anthony promised to have everything done by 12:30pm so I could be on the road back to KC by 1pm. He was friendly, kind and very professional. I have been a Tires Plus customer for a couple of years and will now be a customer for life. Awesome customer service! Shout out to Derrace the technician too!

10/10 recommend!!! I wish I grabbed their names!! Jeremy and Scott I want to say! Not sure but these two were amazing! I am leaving out of town tomorrow and they were able to get me a replacement tire installed in less than 15 minutes! Guest service was top notch! Definitely will return for any future work needing done!

This Tires Plus location was a pleasure to have my car maintenced there. The manager was quite helpful and professional. He made you feel at home. If you would go there I would recommend Anthony Anderson as your car maintenance coach. He was genuine and provided leadership to his people that was exemplary to his personality.

This place is a rip off scam. The service manager Scott told me I needed both lower ball joint’s replaced prior to my lifetime alignment check being completed. However I had already had all 4 ball joints replaced. The service manager told me one of the ball joints was missing the boot. So after having them warrantied I took pics of both ball joints clearly showing the boots intact on both. The service manager Scott there made comments like “I want her vehicle off the life she’s getting a free service today and I need a vehicle on there that is a paying customer “. That was rude unprofessional and shows lack of trust and absolutely no integrity for the service manager or the business overall. I’m highly unsatisfied and would like anyone who’s considering doing business with this company to weigh your options and choose wisely

Dropped car off at 9am for appointment. Didn’t get it back until 4:30 pm. Which is ok just thought it was weird how they took so long. Also the great guy who checked me in was cool but he said the brake job would be around 500, then I told him I have a coupon for 50 bucks off per axel he said he’d give me 60 instead, I come back to check out and the total was 580. I’m thinking with coupons it was gone be less then 500. So to improve probably give better estimates. Other than that they do good work.

I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment. When I checked in they didn’t tell me they were running behind - I had an errand I would have run if I’d known. Instead, I sat in the waiting area and watched my car sit in a parking spot.It was 11:52 when they drove my car into a bay. Afterward, as I drove home during a tornado warning, I noticed my hood was rattling. I stopped to see what was up, and the hood hadn’t been closed properly. My hood is heavy, and closes easily when dropped from even a few inches. It would have taken great care to leave it open. Thank God the backup latch held, or my hood would have blown up and blinded me on the Interstate. I can only assume the mechanic intended to kill me by “accident.” I have always been so satisfied with this particular Tires Plus, but a lot has changed in the six months since I’d been there. I will never set foot in this store again.

Dropped off Truck at 12:15 for a flat repair. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to be done. I am here 3 hours later and flat still not done. They made it right by no charge for the flat repair. Decent place I will return again

Highly recommend these guys! I had a rough morning driving over the mud/rocks at Junkstock which beat up the umderside of my car. We happened to check later and there was something dragging. We stopped here on a Saturday at 5:45pm (when they close at 6pm) and the manager Anthony and Dndre helped me out. They were so nice and fixed my car up quick. Very friendly! Thanks so much!

I made a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and inspection. My car was not ready until 5 PM. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong, screwed with dash display and the check engine light is still on, so the only thing that they achieved in 7 hrs was a very expensive oil change.

Good customer service. I had a leaking stem issue the next day after new tires were mounted. They took care of it right away, squeezing me into their schedule to the top of the list. Price was great. Third time I used them and will continue to do so.

There was NOOOO communication initiated by the location. I had to call 4 times to find out my vehicle wasn't being worked on, although I was being told "your vehicle is still being diagnosed" during the phone calls. It wasn't until I said I wasn't hanging up until I was updated. Upon picking g up my vehicle I asked about the safety inspection, they advised all the lights were good, when in fact the was a reverse light on the car. The work performed was shotty at best. When I asked about the light being out I was told "I'm trying to replace the mirror so the lights can be checked properly" I asked " why wasn't another person asked to assist in checking the lights" and the response I received was " I didn't think of that" .....a day later I had to go check the car, because it wouldn't start and found my negative cable clamp is stripped out and not making a proper connection....like WTH is the problem....just be honest

They were awesome!! Staff stuck around late to get my truck done and done right! Since past review. Had an emergency need to air up a tire, in this -8 below temperature. Not a single outside pump would work. Employees went above and beyond to help out!

This has been my go-to for tire repairs and purchases for the past 5 years. I’m always treated well regardless of who’s behind the counter and so far the prices for services have been very affordable. For tire purchases I try to buy around Black Friday or when they have promotions online.
