If I could leave a 0 star I would DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE WITH YOUR CAR IN WORSE CONDITION YOU TOOK IT TO THEM IN!!!!! Eathan and his team are absolutely HORRIBLE. he sold me and my husband 4 tires in 2022 THAT WERE RECALLED OVER A YEAR PRIOR! not to mention that they broke the key for my locking lug nuts not once but twice the second time it wasn't even the correct key causing damage to the locking lug nuts. Use of power tools on the key for the lugs is beyond words stupidity, top it all off THE TIRE BLEW IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE!!!!! Tried to change the tire on my own just to learn they ALSO Stripped the regular lug nuts. When i got it back from them (news flash NOT FIXED cause they "have to break the lug nuts and locking lugs off" due to them being stripped) i notice the car is busted up my rims are now BEYOND messed up and im missing all but one stem cover when it went in with all 4 (all existing damage documented before going there as it was towed by AAA) including damage that we found from the blow out, but before getting it back they decided to make the damage WORSE, But want me to pay for damages they did to the car! My husband called at 8 am and they said they didn't touch it but they'd have answers by 1pm come 350pm I called AND THEY STILL HADNT TOUCHED IT per their words but their "inspection" showed otherwise as it included a picture. Let's talk about how we apparently need all new tires as they are "at end of life" when the tires that are on there are a 10 year 70,000 mile tire. We have driven MAYBE 30k miles but they went ahead and forged documents and changing invoices from a different date (WHOLE DIFFERENT YEAR) trying to say that our mileage was 80k On 8/13 but then looking back another invoice to 8/8 the mileage is 89k and then back 4 more invoices to 6/8/22 somehow it shows our mileage at 116k (not even our mileage as it currently sits) Let's not even talk about how they went through the car and stole stuff out of it and messed with our personal belongings that they had no reason to touch. Acting like we wouldn't notice or something. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE.

Don't have time for bad attitudes. Was ready to buy 4 tires, but due to front desk attitudes, I spent $1200 elsewhere. Get your staff in order.

I visited several shops looking for some budget friendly tires so I could compare prices/services and Darlene (I believe that was the name) at this Tires Plus was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They already had a good price, but she told me of an upcoming special to make it an even better deal. It should go without saying, but I'll be using Tires Plus for my tire needs.

Sketchy. Wouldn't tell me anything about prices. Just want to take your car and do whatever they want and force you to pay. My Oil plug rounded out they wouldn't give me a ballpark price. Took it to a local shop and was told 50 bucks. All he needed was a bolt extractor socket. These guys are SCAM artists. SCAM.

Do not use tires plus!! They will scam you and will tell you things that need to be fixing that don’t need to be. They are incompetent and sloppy. They have no work ethics and will not care about you or your car. They hire the least qualified people for the job and your car will leave worse than it came in. Went for an inspection and alignment. They said in the inspection the steering is good but they wouldn’t do the alignment because the “tie rod is jammed or loose”, couldn’t even describe the problem. Quoted me 500$ to change the tie rods. I tested it later and went to a mechanic, tie rod was fine. A bunch of scammers.

I made the appointment on the phone with someone for warranty work the next day. When my daughter got there they say to her they know nothing about the warranty work. Then the tech argues with her about it, not understanding (until he calls me) that it’s a supplement insurance, additional to the extended warranty. I had already gotten the pre authorization the night before for the work. It was supposed to be for a patch, instead they put a plug in it. Receptionist is just down right rude. She snatched my car keys from my daughters hand on the counter, telling my daughter she could NOT leave without paying. Since this was a warranty repair… told her that she would be required to stay until her “broken” fax received payment from warranty company. I called the warranty company again, they called the company and confirmed payment . My daughter was so upset by the time she left she paid cash for the work and is still waiting for a refund for the transaction. So many things wrong here..This was a 30$ repair on a 90k vehicle.

It has been years since I used tires plus. I am now reminded why. Complete garbage service. No organization. They lie about how long service will take. And omg the attempts to upsell you on EVERYTHING! My favorite part is that their thorough complimentary safety check found all sorts of nonsense except for the thing I absolutely knew was an issue. I needed a tire on a Saturday. It got done. It took way too long and cost far too much. They didn't even put a cap on the stem. I will never be back. And I encourage you to never visit.

Set an appointment for noon, dropped it off at 1145 after waiting 15 minutes in line, called said 30 to 45 minutes to have my car done at 1245, picked my car up at 4pm untouched and still waiting. Why set an appointment for a client if you are not going to follow through. POOR time management... and I said a few other explosives to myself

I've had a college textbook worth of issues through each car I've owned (I'll admit some of them have been my own fault). Tires Plus mechanics and technicians have been incredible to both myself and my father. The kindness and understanding from the staff and the quality of work is something that makes me want to keep coming back. The team is extremely communicative and I can always trust that they're going to do what they say they will. I recently got my car back from about 2 weeks of work and not only does she (my car) sound better but she runs better too. I'd like to give a very big thank you to Darleen, Ethan, Miguel, and anyone else whose name I don't know yet, you all rock! <3

Needed a rack and pinion. Was told it was not the rack and pinion and that it was a cv axle. Paid for a diagnostic and the cv axle. Diagnosis said I need a rack and pinion afterwards. Not happy. My money did not go to the part and labor I originally wanted to spend. I recommend going to a different location for a diagnosis.

Ethan and Darleen were amazing during this whole process. After my new car broke down unexpectedly they were kind, patient and understanding with all my concerns. They went out of their way to make sure I understood all the things going on and had a complete overview of everything. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Had a nail in my tire 2023 Altima. The salesman quoted me a price for the tire but I found it cheaper at another store (and was ready to leave). They did match the price of the tire but had to order i and it would be delivered later in the day. While driving home waiting for the tire to arrive at the store, I noticed they set the tire pressure at 36 (owner’s manual reads 32)..When I received the call that the tire had been delivered, we set an appointment for installation. On the phone, I asked them to set the tire pressure at 32 because it was set at 36, I was informed they would do this by the salesperson. After installation and I paid, I reminded them the tire pressure is 32 not 36. They told me the four extra pounds will help my driving. I reminded them the tire will expand when it is warm, and it will be around 37 or 38. The shop guy asked if I live around here? I said, “yes.” He said, “come back in the summer and I will adjust them for you.” I said, “why do I need to make another trip here?” In addition, I informed them, “you guys know tires are not to be over inflated .” Again, I insisted the tires be set at 32 and informed them the owner’s manual and the door panel reads 32. They told me their policy is to set smaller tires at 36. I insisted to have the tires at 32lbs. The employee went around the car with a tire pressure gauge and informed me the tires “are set at 32.” I left the store and the tire pressure indicator read 36. I took a picture of it and returned to the store. I requested the tire pressure be set at 32lbs. I was told to pull to a garage door so they could be adjusted. Suffice it to say, they set the tires at 33lbs. Not a good experience and I will never recommend this business to anyone.

Bought a rim and paid for overnight shipping and was supposed to come in the next day and it took 3 days to come in it took so long I’ll never come here again for tires

Bad customer service! Their website says they're open till 7pm Monday-Friday but on Wednesday night we tried calling multiple times around 5pm to set up an appointment with no answer. Instead we set up an appointment online for Thursday at 4pm to get flat repair. My son showed up around 3:45 & the lady told him they canceled the appointment for the tire because they close at 5 and they won't have an opening until saturday. Again, the website said they close at 7pm AND NO ONE TOLD US THEY CANCELED OUR APPOINTMENT. Bad customer service and I see many other bad reviews also. Don't waste your time at this location.

We found a flat tire on our way out of town for Christmas. We anticipated waiting well over an hour, but they got us in and fixed us up. We were in and out in just over an hour! Considering it was Christmas Eve, we were even more incredibly grateful. They were even super accommodations since we had our pups with us!

My husband brought our car to get a tire patched, I called and made an appointment the night before, my husband gets there and they tell him they can patch the tire for $30 but can’t put it back on because “there’s not a bay open” I talked to her and told her I made an appointment so a bay should’ve been open for said appointment she says “I’ll go see what I can do” and now all of a sudden they can put the tire on. Just unprofessional liars. I’m sure they thought we were going to pay more money because I called to get the tires replaced instead of patched but found out it only needs to be patched after, so $30 compared to a $100+ tire, guess they only make room for more money. Pathetic.
