Great service and job itself. The front salesman. Is awful. It is a chore to attend to everyone. He downgraded my package I wanted done. He also treated me and others like they are stupid. He speaks quietly and is annoyed to repeat himself. Tires plus is great, but the front of the house leaves a sour taste.

Super friendly, great and efficient service! I had a nail in the tire of my cybertruck. Most places didn't even wanna work on it cause they don't wanna touch Tesla. These guys got me in right away and were super pleasant!

Overall work done on the truck(1997 FORD F250HD XLT) is beyond EXCELLENT, truck was put in right away and serviced, but we found out more work needed to be done on the truck. Which wasn't bad news, but was done professionally.

I have been going here for years and never had a problem till today. I had called a week ago and spoke to a nice man who I can not remember his name about getting my tires rotated. I could not remember when the last time I had gotten new tires(new mom brain!). The nice man told me I had gotten one from them in the last couple of years. I asked him ok so I can only get one tire rotated for free- and he laughed and said no we will rotate all of them for you! I called back today to make an appointment and a man named Richard answered. When I told him I had called ahead to check that I could get a free rotation and I was told yes he was very rude to me and told me that whoever told me that was wrong and there would be a charge since I had only gotten one tire.. I understand having to charge- that is why I called ahead and asked. Richard did not have to be rude and make me feel stupid. I have since made an appointment at Discount Tire- where they are very friendly and nice!!

We had a blow out on a cross country trip, and we got a replacement tire here. It was the only one of the correct size, and it was quite expensive. It was installed, and we drove further, only to have it leak quickly. All shops were closed, so we had to backtrack and get a new hotel. This tire shop was unhelpful the next day, so we took it to Lyle's Rims. They checked that the rim was fine and put the tire back on for free. Everything was fine after that.

Not a good auto shop to stop in at they just want a sell and seem to lack even basic knowledge on vehicles and DO NOT pay for 49 dollar check up they won’t even top off washer fluid or coolant for you almost every other shop in town will do that for free if u pay for a check up

i was freaking out because i had a very low tire and needed immediate work. i couldnt get an appointment until 2 hours after id get off work, and my car was feeling indriveable. they fit me right in as a walk in and i was in and out in less than an hour! it was only a nail in the tire and they fixed it right away! thank you guys so so much!

Driving along and tire gauge indicated I had a flat. Just happen to be in front of Tires Plus on Pacific. Pulled in and Cameron came out to greet me. He was very helpful. Got me taken care of and on my way quickly. He was great and service was excellent. Will come back when I need to replace my tires . Highly recommend. Great to see a business that puts the customer first. I don’t seem to find that very often anymore.

Guy quoted me $109 per tire plus listed all the extras that came with it include lifetime flat repair etc. My daughter picked up the car and they charged &165 per tire with all of their “add ons” that they didn’t tell me up front. When I called the manager, he said they could credit me back for the warranty but then my tires don’t have a warranty. I feel they were deceitful with their original quote. I won’t go back.

Came in and my tires were under warranty with another company. They shared that information with me and did not charge me for the work that they had done when we found that out! Will definitely be coming back!

I brought my car in because my rear tire was losing air. They got me in quick and repaired it. Appreciate them getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner
