Good place for wheel alignments very nice stuff nice area where you wait for your car to be worked on. I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. which is right after work and they finished within an hour they applied discounts I was not aware of and I got the lifetime alignments for my vehicle. I will definitely be going back there again and I highly recommend them.

I came in for tires awhile ago and love the service I got so when I found out that tires plus does more services I knew it was the place I wanted my car to be serviced at. so I will be going to tires plus for all my vehicle services... The staff was very friendly and they got me out in a timely manner

The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable, but when I took my car in for a repair, I was charged more than double the price that was quoted. Initial quote was about $170 with "parts and labor," but I was charged over $400.

I took my car to tires plus because one of my friends recommended it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs. The service was efficient; I appreciated how quickly they handled everything and Plus, they provided a thorough inspection of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind. Professional, quick response. I submitted my appointment request online which was very user friendly, 15 minutes later I received a call from the shop confirming the services I had requested. I dropped my car off on the day of the appointment, the services requested were reviewed and I was given a quote for the work about an hour later. The work was performed and I picked up my car the same day. I would recommend this location to anyone needing service performed on their vehicle.

Due to the customer service I received today I will no longer be returning to this location. When I called inquiring about a flat repair I was told if I brought the vehicle in they would be able to help me before they closed. When I arrived about 30 minutes later I was turned away being told they no longer had time. I ended up going to a nearby competitor and was in and out and under 20 minutes with the flat repaired.

I would give my experience with Tires Plus a zero star review if I could. We took my car into to have the front brakes checked. After their inspection they said I needed to replace all my brakes and rotors. They quoted $900-$1000 and it would be complete by the end of the weekend. Upon arriving on Sunday to pick up my car they had failed to complete the work and would need another day to work on it. When I arrived on Monday to pick up my car for a second time they charged me $1200. I would not recommend Tires Plus TO ANYONE, they will take advantage of you.

Joe was great, he was helpful and explained how the appointment will go - he kept me in the loop on what was needed and why it was needed, etc. The guy that did the brake job (i forgot his name it started with a D) and it was done perfectly.

Everytime I had taken my car there everyone is been very Nice and Respectful. Today I went in to get my inspection document that I paid for signed. The guy was a total jerk and refused to help me. It was the end of the day and I could tell he did not want me there. Not sure if he had a issue with my accent but I did not feel wecome. Very rude and did not want to help me. I will not be back.

Yes the staff is nice and friendly but that's besides the point.. I took my vehicle there for brake service and tires... Spend $1200-$1500 . Once they took one tire they said I needed a caliber... I took my vehicle back for the other two tires and asked about my serpentine belt to see if it needed to be change. I never had a problem prior I just thought maybe it was due for a change... Spend another $1000... They belt broke 2 months later... I took it back they charged me another $1200 to put on another belt and stated one of the " pulley's" where bad. So they changed that out....Now 3 months later my belt broke again!!! Never had I had problems with my serpentine belt until they start fixing it... I called today to inform them the broke yet again! They said okay you can bring it it.... Needless to say but I will not be going back there. I'm taking my vehicle somewhere else... It sad that they take advantage of ppl

Got a 1pm appointment, sat for an hour and a half only to be told that they cant fix tires that have had fix-a-flat used. MOST NEWER/NICER CARS DO NOT HAVE SPARE TIRES. They have roadside kits with a pump connected to a canister of fix a flat that is supposed to get you to a TIRE REPAIR PLACE. The cashier/host was incredibly rude to the customer after me and copped an attitude with me as well. Its baffling that this place both has no idea how most newer cars' tires are and either dont know or dont care that making customers move their plans and stranding them at your tire shop for hours and then getting an attitude with them is unacceptable behavior for a business that wants to succeed.

Received a great deal on tires previously. Returned for an alignment and rotate/balance. Work was good. Up-sell for an un-needed air filter is not appreciated tho. Will reach out for tires again.

First experience coming here I just got an oil change i was satisfied with my service. My second I got a oil change and got my brakes checked where they quoted me $1200, I politely declined and as I was leaving and the man gave me my key and told me “your not gonna get very far”. Not sure if it was a scare tactic to try to convince me into paying the $1200. But I got far enough with my car to a more honest mechanic where I payed less then 1/4 of that amount. I also noticed that they took the oil change reminder sticker off my dash and never replaced it.

This has been my “go-to” car shop for repairs and maintenance for the last few years. Car repairs can feel intimidating sometimes, but here they are always good at explaining what needs done, how much it will cost, and how long it would take. The hours and location are really convenient, and they have a Tires Plus credit card if you can’t afford the work upfront. The biggest thing, though, is that they are trustworthy and care about the customer and their safety! That’s integrity! They have great customer service in how they communicate with you in a timely manner, respecting your budget, and with a helpful & polite demeanor. I really appreciate those skills in this busy world! I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Excellent service!! My tire got a puncture and I came in last minute. They were not able to service since it was literally closing time. Joseph was so kind to fill up my tire and said to bring it in the morning to see if can repair or needs a new tire. I was worried that I was going to have to buy new tire. I dropped the tire off and Joseph said will let me know when ready. Within the hour I got a call that it was ready and they were able to repair- I truly appreciate the honesty! Joseph was so kind- amazing customer service and I truly appreciate that and him going above and beyond to fill the tire the night before and carry it from my car to shop when I brought it in. Thank you- highly recommended and trustworthy!!

I brought my car in sometime in January I just needed my heater fixed I was told that they were going to replace the whole thing and charged me 1200 and unfortunately my heater never worked and then after that I started having issues with the car overheating it was a radiator issue they wanted to charge me 1500 I just want to say that my experience was very poor/bad was I taking advantage of because I am a woman or did race play a factor here because I did not get what I paid for very disappointing and heartbreaking

This place is a joke had an appointment for 11am drop the truck off at 10:15am !!! Returned at 3:30pm and truck has not been touched!! What a jock!!!! I will never be back!!!!

Bad battery. Called shop & were pretty busy, but would try to get me in. Took car in & had to hang out. Shop manager was awesome. Short handed, 2 techs, & swamped with vehicles. He & his team were all over the place keeping people informed on work & doing an awesome job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have taken in 2 cars now to get all new tires and one of my cars needed new brake pads and stuff. They have great customer service and are in great communication with what’s going on. Love this place thanks again Scott and staff. You take care of me and my family very well.

The manager Scott and other mechanics are awesome. Truly above and beyond in service. Y battery was under warranty, Scott came to my house and Jump started my car and made sure I got to the shop to exchange the battery.
