This is great service, I love managers , first time I don’t ask for oil change but they still put on it , after discussing they still get free oil change for me , thank for customer service, I don’t know how they before but now I absolutely satisfied with staff , I will definitely come back , recommend for everyone

Great experience, I had no appointment and they took me in right away. Did not have to wait very long and the prices was reasonable.

I paid for a total vehicle inspection in addition to the overheating issue I had. When the service was complete, I was told that everything was working great. After picking up the vehicle, the entire console display was nonfunctional. This was not communicated to me or indicated on the receipt. When I brought the vehicle back the next day I was told that we would need to pay an additional $115 to have the vehicle checked out. This is unacceptable. I will make sure I tell everyone how poorly I was treated and I will never use this location again.

Tires Plus has done a fantastic job over the years on my car. When I have an engine light come on they tell me what it means and if it’s actually worth fixing. They also give me a quote on how much it will cost. I say if you want honest, hardworking mechanics, go to Tires Plus.

Son went in for a very minor, coolant level issue and they wanted to charge $115 to diagnose a simple issue. Went to AutoZone where they ran the codes, and added 1 gallon of coolant for $11.

Was given a marked up price up front for an inspection and then told that I would have to wait for repairs until the next day after I had already given the front desk my keys

I get my wheel alignments here. Folk here seem friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Fast too, usually my alignments only take 45-60 minutes.

I’ve had great service from my local Tires Plus so when my son’s car had problems we towed it to this UCF location. They were very helpfull and worked on it quickly. Even though it was a problem they could fix they helped us get it to the dealer. Thanks Kenny

The only reason I’m adding a star is because the person on the reception, Joel, gave me his charger to charge my phone. The good things about the visit ends there. I know that I had to wait longer because I did not have an appointment, but a store that expects its customers there to be in an emergency should prepare better. I had to wait 3 hours for just an inspection. I also know that you can simply get a ride from a friend or Uber so you don’t have to wait in the store, but when you live 1 hour from the store because it is closer to where your tire got messed up, that is very time consuming. The overall invoice was extremely overpriced. I was able to go to another store and have service completed at a much better price. All of my thanks to Joel. Super friendly and understanding of my situation. But the store needs to have more respect for its customers.

They scraped the rear bumper of my car and went ahead and denied it. Just make sure you take vids of your car before you give your keys to these guys. Terrible customer service.

I have 5 cars in my family and 8 bring every one to Alex at Tires Plus collegiate way. Alex and Kenny always make sure my service is handled with the utmost professionalism and if I ever have a problem, I can bring the car back and they take care of it.

They did not do a good job aligning my vehicle. Had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed because it was a totally different situation from what they told me at the store.

Alex and Kenny had gone above and beyond to help our daughter out who is a student at UCF in Orlando. She recently had issues with her car (apparently she had hit something and bent the control arm). She called us at 11pm to let us know the issue. Alex was able to look at the car by 8am and had it ready by 10:30am. My wife and I recently moved from Jacksonville, FL to North Carolina and having a reliable auto service center has really put our minds at ease. I have recommended Tires Plus near UCF on the UCF Parents Facebook Group page. Other on that page have commented on similar positive experience they have had there. Keep up the great work.

Was 15 minutes early for my 4 pm appt today. They took my key, said they would get on it, and asked me to sit down and wait. One hour later they had not come to get me, so I went to the desk. It looked like my car was in the same place, so I asked if they had started, they told me yes, just waiting for the ticket. I stood and waited for him to check on the ticket , which I finally had to ask him to do. The guys in the back told him they didn't have anybody to work on my car and they hadn't done anything. I asked for my key back and left. The lack of communication between the front and back, and with the customer is astonishing. Would not go back.

I came from Miami down to Orlando and needed 4 new tires & oil change Joel at this location was excellent he explained all in detail, gave accurate waiting time, gave me other recommendations of what my car needs, great customer service, friendly made me feel comfortable.

Came in from out of town for an event found that my wheel was flat came over the tires plus and these guys took great care of me no question! The technician Austin, who worked there was very polite, respectful, and knocked out the job in record time. If you guys are ever in a tight pitch make sure you take your vehicle over to tires plus to have these guys take care of you five stars all day!

Extremely satisfied. Kenny, the associate was patient, courteous and professional. Applied all appropriate discounts. The technician performed a thorough inspection and completed repairs professionally. Car rides really nice after the new tires and alignment.

Had an issue with the tire store down the street, Goldenrod & Univ) so decided to stop in Tires Plus. I had been there several X' s and was always helped positively. Today Ken and Daniel both helped me, answered all my questions and prob saved me over $700. Alex, please give them both an applause and know I will be back when I need tires or help with any other tire-issues. Thank you for honest employees (very rare). Now I know what the PLUS stands for. Excellent service. And of course I will recommend this store.

If you're a college student with a patchable tire, I wouldn't recommend going here. They're just going to try and sell you a $200+ tire. Joel was super kind though.

My SUV has a little more than 29,000 miles on it. The tires I had were the original OEM tires. Each time when I get an oil change I get the tires rotated. On my most recent visit I was told my front two tires needed to be replaced but my back to tires were okay. That literally made no sense to me and the only conclusion I could come to is that during my past visits my tires weren't rotated although I was charged for the service. I went ahead ahead and purchased two new tires (out of convenience) but in the future my trust with Tires Plus has been greatly reduced!

Couldn't ask for better service Edit: I can't remember when the original review was submitted but nothing has changed. EXCELLENT MECHANIC SHOP, Very dependable and honest. I will bring ALL my cars to this place for anything I need done
