**edit** If you complain they will sabotages your car and cause you more problems and put you in danger. I had this confirmed by an outside mechanic. The mechanic left a wire unplugged and damaged a coil which could have caused extensive damage to the engine. HOrrible place to take your car. Russian Roulette. Buyer Beware. The new manager is incompetent. Your outcome depends on the straw you draw with the mechanic; I've had to return 5 times to resolve things when they do any repairs beyond the basics of an oil change or tire rotation. I had one tech try to tell me my tires were rated for 40psi when they were rated for 35 psi. They never have enough staff, and the work takes a super long time to get done. There is nothing fast about the work that is completed here, and the worst part is that the work is subpar AND it takes forever. If the work was of high quality, the time wouldn't matter as much. I will never have other mechanical repairs done at this store. In fact, I'm done being a customer here after 3 years.

STAY AWAY!!!! The part they install are NOT UNDER WARRANTY after a few months. A man who looks like me a drug addict named James told on the phone I’ll get a $175 diagnostic for free. When it was time to pay he said he never said that but my friend heard it as well. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

If I could give this place a zero I would. First of all my husband has a dually. He went in for a price on tires. They didn't have the size in stock and told him to come back to 330. He came back and then was told that his truck is too big for them to do alignment. Next he heard a loud scream. They rang him up really quick and sent him off. We live about 10 minutes from there and when he got home we realize the loud scream was about his truck. They destroyed his front rim. So he called they said they couldn't do anything because there was no manager in and to call back Monday. He called and then took it there. They apologized for destroying his rim and said they needed to speak with an area manager or supervisor to decide what to do. He then got a call that said unfortunately they will not replace the rim but "try" and fix it. Plus they want him to leave it there until it is fixed. WHAT??? WHO IS PAYING FOR HIS TIME OFF OF WORK? WHO IS GETTING HIM A RENTAL? WHY DON'T THEY JUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE AND PAY FOR IT. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE THAT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE BUT THAT. WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING IS PAYING US FOR THE DAMAGE. THEY SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE AND DO MORE THAN MAKE A WORKING PERSON TAKE OFF SO THEY CAN "TRY TO FIX IT" I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PISSED AND DISGUSTED. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF AND THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE AND THEN NOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT. Our now F350 DUALLY HAS A COMPLETELY DESTROYED RIM BECAUSE OF THEM. AND OUR TRUCK ISN'T ALIGNED BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T DO. I sent an email. Let's see if they actually respond to that. ( 1/8/25,)

Been coming to this tires plus for some time now. Safe to say I won’t be coming back, got my oil changed on Monday by Friday I had no oil in my car. Brought it in and was given a hard time saying it was a filter and not their fault. Turn out they never screwed in the plug right. Oil is everywhere, the ground and caked up on my undercarriage. Guy up front says it wasn’t their fault but would change my plug. Didn’t want to clean up all the oil mess underneath my car either saying they ain’t no car wash. Completely disappointed and can’t believe the mistake and lack of customer service

Everyone was nice, but the wait was too long. It shouldn’t take almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when you schedule an appointment. I was told the same time on Friday with no appointment and the person I spoke to on Friday specifically said the wait wouldn’t be as long with an appointment. I missed my 11 appointment with my son, because of this. If the tires hadn’t already been off the car I would have left.

I called made a appt for 9 I was there at 730 wasn’t done till 1130 only changing tire already off my camper I brought the tires and they changed me another 50$ plus charged me to balance the tires56.40 and didn’t do it and they lady at the desk wouldn’t refund me back that even after saying they didn’t do the work will be calling corporate worst please ever I don’t recommend go to Walmart

I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is always friendly and kind. I was told up front that they were short staffed and that as long as I was okay dropping off my car, it would be fine. I did and they still had my car finished before end of day. Their quality, professionallism and good customer service are the reason I continue to drive to this Tires Plus!

Left vehicle over night. For rotate of tires, wheel balance and 4 wheel alignment. Was not completed until 7:10pm. The next evening. Over all still happy.... Wish I would had received a call about the delay. I understand being short staffed. No worries. Drives GREAT

Showed up at 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment for them to check tires for leaks. Waited an hour and half, car still sitting in parking lot. A young girl pulls up and her car went right in the shop. I had to go to work and they were aware of this. I had to leave before anything was done so Tires Plus you FAILED! The lady before me was there 4 hours for an OIL CHANGE! UNLESS you have ALL day to sit there avoid this place at all cost. If I could give them a 0 I would, because that's what they did for me! Then the jerk told me just because I had an appointment doesn't mean the car will be looked at, at the appointment time what's the sense of making appointments then? When a walk in gets their car in the shop before an appointment! Well, tires plus, seems I needed new tires and you lost out on 4 new tires, etc. The rude people in your store made you lose 600.00 plus, due to pure ignorance.

Everyone there was very helpful, and had the repairs done right when they said it would be completed. Communication with the location was great! Would definitely recommend. Will be going back for further repairs.

Tire Plus always helps me with my vehicles. It does not matter if I am driving a Mercedes or an Infiniti, Tire Plus can always help me with flat tires, car lights, leaks in the car, or any other emergencies. They are always polite and helpful. Their prices are sometimes high, but you can always ask them to look for a discount coupon, and they will try to help you out by taking a few dollars off of the bill. Overall, they are always very nice to me.

I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change and was offered a “free” car inspection with an estimated wait of 60-90 min to which I said sure which was my mistake. I ended up getting new, overpriced tires with my oil change despite saying no the first time but the guy there asked a few more times. I didn’t leave until about 5pm despite being told around 1:30 that the technician was “almost done”, and when I did finally leave, suddenly my car had soft brakes and I was told they couldn’t see my car again that day and had to come back again the following morning. They checked and fixed my brakes for free so that’s a plus (not that I should’ve been charged anyway as the issue came after their inspection.) Overall very frustrating and I wish they had better communication rather than have people waiting all day Edit one month later: I got a call saying they had an issue with their inventory and they believe they put the wrong sized tires on my car for my make and model. A month later. I would suggest you go here if you’re fine with unprofessional and unorganized people leaving you with more inconveniences than you arrived with. Otherwise, google the next closest tires plus.

I’ve never had an issue with any branch actually, but this one in particular sticks out. So much so, that I always find myself making an appointment at this one, even if I have to go a little out of my way to be there. Everyone there is extremely patient, and diligent in the things they do. I appreciate all the things that tires plus has done for me, especially here at this location.

Quick service. Went in for oil and filter and tire rotation. Making the appt online is defiworth it. Staff very efficient and knowledgeable. Service technicians are very thorough. Used to go elsewhere til I experienced the service at tires plus. Offering specials are a plus.

I had an appointment for alignment and 4- wheel balance. I arrived at 1030, left the Jeep and diod some shopping. Came back to the waiting room and read my book. At 1300 (1PM to you civilians...), the Jeep had not moved from where I parked. I asked for a progress report, and the service attendant simply looked at me... 2 1/2 hours (WITH an "appointment"), and no update, explanation, or apology. I can get lousy service anywhere, but this is the LAST time my business goes to Tires Plus... (Too bad there was no negative stars in the rating scale...)
