The Pine Hills Tires Plus has been servicing my cars for many years. Their front desk staff are kind and patient. I have never received questionable service and have never had to come back because of a faulty repair. I trust them. It's that simple.

staff paitiently listened to my car concerns for checking on what i needed to know, service was as quick as possible for a day when they were short of staff, tech was very thorough, as i watched him from lobby window check points of concern. rep at desk explained all that was corrected and installed and what needed attention soon. i liked the invoice i got that showed close up photos of areas that needed attention soon on my car. service desk rep's were polite, kind and easy to talk to. price is also very good/ at competetive rates ! thanks so much

Manny and Jeff were both really helpful, honest, efficient, and provided friendly service. Had a completely blown tire (was on a spare) and they were able to order the right replacement and get it installed within 24 hours. Convenient location, reasonably priced. They also made me aware of potential upcoming issues so I could be prepared. Highly recommended.

Arrived here November 3rd, 2024 at around 3:15 p.m. I pulled up to the garage because it has a familiar format of a pull-in service similar to Jiffy Lube and several other places. There what's a mechanic working on a car. He stops and stares at me from a distance with this dejected and disappointed expression. I looked at him and yelled out that I don't know what any of that means, because he's just standing there. He finally walks over and says that I'm supposed to go to the front side, park and then go inside. I tell him there's no way that I would know any of that from his expression. He didn't says that it happens all the time and everyone does it. I told him that it looks similar to how places like Jiffy Lube operate and that if it's something that happens all the time, they need to just put signs up. The guy just continues going on about how it's something that happens to frequently and how it's a problem that isn't ending. So I just told him I understood and moved on to why I was there. I told him that I had a slow leak in my tire and asked if they did plugs or something. Still with his defeated attitude, he goes on to say they don't do plugs, they do patches. At this point between this dude's trashy attitude, his ridiculous tone, and the several times I've been to this place and had a poor experience, I already didn't want to do business here. I went inside the office. I got my estimate, and the guy at the counter said that since they closed soon, he wasn't going to be able to get to my car today (which was understandable). He then said that I can get air in my tires and come back tomorrow. Of course, the same guy with the attitude was the one filling the air in the tires. I waited behind the other two cars while he filled up the air in their tires. Of course when he sees me, his attitude comes back again as if I've done something personally wrong to him. Even as I thanked him for his time, he continued with the same attitude as if I wronged him somehow. I can understand if it's been a long day and he was just ready to leave. I can even understand his issue of having to deal with people pull up to the garage frequently. However, that has nothing to do with me. I literally only came here because it was the only place open in my area. I have no plans on returning here. I've heard about how bad this spot is for several reasons including customer service, but I've never witnessed it for myself. The prices are higher than most, the customer service is lackluster, and they probably just need a complete overhaul if they have that kind of reputation.

Called on a Sunday to make appointments to get both our cars much needed service. One needed tires. Shaquanda on the phone was excellent. Got both cars in on Monday, one of the rare days my spouse and I both had off. Manny understood the assignment. He got the first car done and we swapped the other while we were out running errands. Second car, Manny prorated our tires and had everything done and wrapped up by the close of business. Great service. Great prices. Great communication. Big fan of these guys.

I went in today because i had TWO nails in my tire. They were the only place in my area that immediately took care of my car, replaced the tire, windshield wipers and checked the engine which is included. The price was very good and they have great customer service. Definitely would recommend them! Emmanuel helped me throughout the process and everything was done in less than an hour.

I enjoy going to the Tires Plus on West Colonial. The service is always quick and the associates are always polite. I definitely recommend getting car service here. The prices are always reasonable.

Bad customer service and lack of communication. I wanted to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale (buy 3 get 1 free). I proceeded to purchase the tires online, booked an appointment, and was excited to get these used bald and patched up old tires off my car. Long story short. They called me. Said they do not have the tires. They told me that they will either order them or price match me and get me other tires out the door with same deal. I waited for over 3 weeks. No call I call back, they said they will not help me. They will no price match. And I have to call another number for a refund. Now I lost the Memorial Day sale and I still have bald tires. So frustrating.

No hassle service. I purchased new tires back in November and had to replaced one. Got a new tire with their guarantee with no hassle. They took care of it and I’m very satisfied with the service.

Had a good experience at Tires Plus today. I was having issues with what I thought was the alignment and tires. Found out it was 2 of my tires needed replaced. Manny assisted me and made sure everything was takin care of. Also let me know of some other issues (I previously was told abt them from another shop) he confirmed it. I didn't end up needing the alignment. The technician even checked some fuses I thought had went bad and my AC. They really took the time to go thru and do a thural check on anything I had questions about. Thank you for the great friendly service!

Even though I had to turn around and come back to the shop because they did not reset the oil gage and my sticker to remind me for the next oil change. I still will recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Jeff, the manager, was lovely to work with over the phone and in person. They got the work done right and quickly. Just don't use the Tire Plus website to book your appointment. Call the location directly!
