Big shout out to Keisha and the team. I've been here a few times for service and everyone has always been very friendly. Even better, they are always efficient. I showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment and they got me right in. They were able to knock out an oil change, tire rotation, balance, and alignment as well as a fuel system flush in 40 minutes. Thank you all, -Erik

4 minutes ago We have taken both our cars to Tires Plus 4801 Kirkman, for many years for regular tune ups, tires and maintenance, alignments and rotations among other things that come up. Customer service personnel is always courteous and knowledgable, always willing to take the extra time to review your service and answer questions. The mechanics do a great job. This week we received exceptional service from Keisha Anderson and Mariana Hernandez. Thanks Tires Plus Team!

I went for oil change, after the car was ready I drove it 10 minutes and then I saw the oil symbol on! Went back they realized that they forgot to fill the oil in the car!!! So stupid

Went to go and get a free brake inspection from Tiresplus only to get there in person and be told that there is now a fee of $23.00 for the inspection which was never mentioned on their website nor during the email confirmation after I made the appointment. What a waste of time and gas money...

Brought my car 3 times for the same problem I had spent more than $7000 and is still not fix right is giving me the same problem, should be under cover but once again they want to charge me another thousand dollars. I am so disappointed Will never come back and will not recommend this place.

Seth from tires plus has always been a good resource for me. I have had some heavy repairs and some regular maintenance. Seth has always let me know what is a right now problem, what can wait, and what is just a personal preference. I don't even live near this tires plus anymore but make the trip because I know they will be truthful with me and back up what they say. If you are looking for a new home base for your car tires plus on kirkman is a great spot to be and Seth is a good one to work with.

The entire staff and manager were 100% accommodating and handled our tire blow out very professionally. All with lots of customer service and friendly demeanor. Thank you all for the service and understanding about my mother being hospitalized in south florida , and working with us to accommodate. Thank you and happy new year to all in 2025 !

They charged me $615 later for wiring and an oil change, They overfilled the oil oil start coming out of valve, cover gaskets they couldn’t even do the wiring properly debating now whether I should just call my credit card company. Beware do not go there.

Great service ! New set of tires and they had the best prices around ! Customer service was amazing ! Thank you Shawn !! Not to mention I was able to eat at Outback while the work was completed. ( My car was completed faster than I finished my lunch )

Prepare to be harassed by the sales reps to buy multiple different services that you didnt come in for. I literally came in to get 2 tires put on, not to have my entire car diagnosed and multiple different services be pushed on me after declining multiple times. I will never give them my business again due to their sleazy sales people.

Rip off beware....coupon states syntetic oil change for $49.99 but when you get there, they say discount not offer...they inflate their prices and you end up at the same regular cost This is ilegal, bait and switch practice!!! Other coupons do.state $25 off

Service was fine, but they scratched my car and wouldn’t take ownership of the damage. I Requested to speak to higher management and was told “ they are aren’t in today, but they will call you”. Of course I never received a call about the damage done to my vehicle in their shop.

Took my car in for ac check due to it not cooling quickly. They claimed there was a leak. When I got it back, the compressor wasn't working. Do not trust this shop for anything other than oil and tire change.

When you purchase your tires, they tell you that you have free tires rotation… So, I took my car the third time to have the tires rotate and they told me they can’t do it because the tire tread depth was to low, but if I do the alignment they can do the rotation!!! Meaning, for free? No, they wanted to charge me something… Anything in order to get my free rotation!!! So, I’m not coming back to that place!!!

Had them mount/balance 4 tires I brought in and did a 3-year alignment. Great service from the guy in the front, good prices, and work done correctly on my Tundra. Highly recommend if you need something done.
