Rip off beware....coupon states syntetic oil change for $49.99 but when you get there, they say discount not offer...they inflate their prices and you end up at the same regular cost This is ilegal, bait and switch practice!!! Other coupons do.state $25 off

Took my car in for ac check due to it not cooling quickly. They claimed there was a leak. When I got it back, the compressor wasn't working. Do not trust this shop for anything other than oil and tire change.

Great service ! New set of tires and they had the best prices around ! Customer service was amazing ! Thank you Shawn !! Not to mention I was able to eat at Outback while the work was completed. ( My car was completed faster than I finished my lunch )

Service was fine, but they scratched my car and wouldn’t take ownership of the damage. I Requested to speak to higher management and was told “ they are aren’t in today, but they will call you”. Of course I never received a call about the damage done to my vehicle in their shop.

Extremely disappointed with the fact that they tried using a dishonest way to push sales. Be careful people! Remember always go other places get a second opinion before you get your service.

Prepare to be harassed by the sales reps to buy multiple different services that you didnt come in for. I literally came in to get 2 tires put on, not to have my entire car diagnosed and multiple different services be pushed on me after declining multiple times. I will never give them my business again due to their sleazy sales people.

When you purchase your tires, they tell you that you have free tires rotation… So, I took my car the third time to have the tires rotate and they told me they can’t do it because the tire tread depth was to low, but if I do the alignment they can do the rotation!!! Meaning, for free? No, they wanted to charge me something… Anything in order to get my free rotation!!! So, I’m not coming back to that place!!!

Used to be good, but that's changed. In my most recent visit I experienced them explaining charges poorly, reapplying things I had previously declined at earlier stages (wiper blades, coverage changes) and between the two I wound up paying more than I wanted to. I would recommend caution and making them go over everything in specific detail. Edited to update - the malicious idiots there took off and kept the connectors for my windshield wipers. Which was fun to learn as one fell off while driving.

Went in to get 2 new tires and a wheel alignment and my initial thought was that it was done properly but when I started driving it started giving a vibrating feeling instead of a nice smooth ride disappointed by that since I paid over 700 dollars for everything

Had them mount/balance 4 tires I brought in and did a 3-year alignment. Great service from the guy in the front, good prices, and work done correctly on my Tundra. Highly recommend if you need something done.

It’s never ideal to have your AC break, but I really appreciated how quick they were able to get the parts in and the technician was willing to work on his day off to fix my car quickly. This place used to be my go to places, i brought my mothers suv for all 4 new tires not too long ago and one the tires was leaking and my father put a plug in it but it kept leaking through the plug, so i brought the suv back here to get the leak fixed, waited almost an hour for them to come back and say stuff about fluids of the suv , flushings , and the audacity to recommend a new tire because they couldn’t patch the tire because there was a plug on the tire ! By the way, the tires on the suv are new and in great condition I just called another tire place and yes they are able to remove a plug and yes patch the tire ! I will never come back here and i do not recommend anyone to waste their time coming here ! I never asked them to do a total check up on the suv , why in the world would they waste my time on things i never asked for ! If they don’t patch a tire i understand but just let me know that you don’t patch tires with a plug and i wouldn’t waste my time there ! Hopefully the owner learns something from this , they just lost a costumer and wasted time and labor and now of course getting a bad review ! And i am sorry i don’t have time to waste i am a hard worker, they had no consideration for my time , shame on them ! I Came in to patch a tire and they came up with a crazy proposal about break fluids and cooling fluids and a new tire and alignment etc Unacceptable

Tires Plus Kirkman had very easy scheduling at a time convenient for me. The service advisor Keisha was helpful, knowledgeable and always concentrated on my needs and budget. Cole the manager was very customer focused and approved courtesy discounts making my tire purchase not only good quality, safe and economical too. I get my tires and service at Tires + and am a very satisfied customer.
