Been coming here for at least 3 yrs or more everytime they do work on my cars I end up unhappy and having to bring it back because they didn't do there job to the fullest but want their money to the fullest. Don't bring your cars. It's sad when you put your trust on some one to do their job and they don't do it.

They were great at the store and not pushy at all. Just recommended what needed to be done and they were good fast and very nice and they gave me a discount for being a veteran. I will be going back and doing all my maintenance on my vehicle here at the store on Conway Road

Went in and dropped off my car for a simple tire rotation and oil change, took them 4 hours. Took so long I had my wife drive me back to find my car sitting in the parking lot finished, no called me to let me know after I called them to ask for the status of my car. Prior to my service I had no issue with my battery nor could tell my battery was running low. I was given my car back with a completely dead battery, told them my battery was working fine until they worked on it, but was told no my battery is dead. Mind you they started up my car three times to move it from each garage service and back out into the parking lot. But when I come to pick it up it’s completely dead. Noticed an absurd amount of corrosion which wasn’t there before. Was able to jumpstart my car and drive back home to clean the corrosion and refit my battery. Haven’t had to jumpstart my car since nor have had any issues with my battery(been over a week since car service). Save your money, don’t come here, they are a scam and will take advantage of people that don’t know better.

I have been a Tires Plus customer for over fifteen years and have always found the company to give on honest opinion without trying to sell a service that may not be absolutely necessary. I recommend Tires Plus without hesitation.

Amazing Service! Kim & Doris took care of me along with the great mechanics. I called for a balance & tire rotation on my Alfa Romeo and got an appointment the next day. I'm a repeat customer because they're always courteous, informative & flexible on price with a tires plus card which is nice.

I went to get my tires rotated after making appointment.Upon arrival the attendant tells me the tires I want rotated are 8 years old and have minor dry rot and that he can’t rotate them for safety reasons and of course that means 2 new tires. I purchased 1 tire from them maybe 2to 3 months ago and well they had no problem rotating the same tires.The reason the 2 tires are 8 years old are because they are Michelin defenders which last a long time and many miles and there is still much tread left on them.Between that new tire,rear shocks and rear brakes I’ve spent nearly $1300.00 dollars in the last few months.It’s a shame I thought I found a good neighborhood shop but I won’t be back

The staff there is very knowledgeable, friendly & down right amazing especially Kim. She was very nice & answered all my questions with patience as I can be a bit demanding. Even as a walk in there was not much wait time with lots of magazines to read loved the Wine Spectator ones. Got an oil change & Tire pressure monitors replaced They even checked my battery and fluid levels for coolant etc. They found my battery was dying and replaced it under the warranty for just a small fee. The only con I have & its just a small pet peeve of mine is they didn't reset the clock to the correct time after replacing the battery or the oil monitor read out back to 100%. I guess they forgot or got too busy. You see it's the little customer service things that make me go back to a place along with quality and pricing as well. But if on top of that I feel special then you have my business for life. ..Just Sayin

Don’t even bother trying to make an appointment online they’ll look at you as if you’re crazy and treat you in a very condescending manner. Showed up for my appointment at 4pm for an AC evaluation, was told their AC guy only works am shifts. No apologies, just a rude “you should’ve called” when I told them I had the online confirmation and that I drove 40min. Customer always seems to be in the wrong at this place even when you try and follow all the right steps.

Kim helps me every time I come in and great services at this location I go to Firestone over at Curry ford and Conway they never have people or services for me or anything 😭 stay away from that Firestone okay Tire plus here very good 👍 I'll keep coming back. Thanks Kim

Sadly , after 10 years of loyal patronage, one of the mechanics disconnected my radio then broke it when reconnecting it. I have since replaced the radio- $650 but had no apologies or accountability by what I thought was reliable management.... the attitude was "Oh well". Going elsewhere now.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Tires Plus off of Conway & Hoffner is the best! Very honest & friendly. I love that they email you photos & pricing details for what is wrong with your vehicle. Kim is just the best :)

Came in with squealing brakes and was told I needed 4 new rotors. After replacing all 4 rotors, it's a week later and my brakes are worse now than before. Brought it back and they took care of it no questions asked. Update....2 months later and my brakes are shot. Had to get my rotors re cut and have new pads installed as well as have my brake fluid drained and replaced. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.

In addition to doing a complete inspection, they were able to address multiple issues within 12 hours of me dropping off the car and having the car ready by the time my workday was done. They also found a simple repair, saving me hundreds of dollars in parts and labor, that I would have never known about otherwise.

Johnny was fantastic to warn me of an issue and give me a price if I ever needed to do this procedure on my car. Fact is, that morning I went to Coggins Honda and got my car looked at, they didn't state that I needed to replace any parts of the suspension, so, when I went to TIres Plus and Johnny said I did in the afternoon, after doing the great fuel injection service on my vehicle, they said I needed to do a suspension part service, I drove right back to Coggins Honda and have my service advisor Johnathan along with their top service mechanic MO, look at what Johnny and his tech said I might need to get done. The coggins Honda people said, that I didn't need to do that service at all on my 15.5 year old 2008 Honda CRV. Tires plus said there was play, but, MO, the HONDA expert mechanic said, after looking at it that the joint was like dry rotted some, but, it wasn't cracked, and my service advisor at Honday also stated that the joint was not even cracked, so, I don't need to do it.
