These guys rock! I had a flatbed take my car in for a simple flat tire, combined with a bunch of other questions and things for them to check for me, and they could not have been more helpful! Great crew!

Corey, team is the best, when you walk in they acknowledge you with a warm greeting. They inform you on the status of your car while you wait. I like this locatuon so when I have car issues, Hunters Creek location I go to.

Cory and Russ and the entire team were WONDERFUL! Amid the incoming hurricane, I had to travel from StPete to Orlando - barely making it with a slipping belt and bad battery cell. In 3-4 hours they were able to get me in, diagnosed, order parts and back on the road! I'm so so so so so so so grateful to you guys - and the Approval for your card and the 6 Months No Interest. while customer service was exceptional ,In-store was un organized, the technician did the work on the wrong side I clearly stated the passenger side they worked on the driver side, and instead of an apology I get excuses and told I don't know how to read the sheet when Iv'e been a certified tech and the technician knew which side I requested to be done several times when dropping off my vehicle there a tires plus gave me hope in repair shops like it once before and an okay experience here at this location but this interaction with one of the store managers while i was confirming that the opposite side had been installed instead of the requested and approved side no sufficient answer was provided and denied a paper copy of the receipt and recommended service sheet so I left before I became the next Florida man story since there was no attempt to de escalate or resolve the issue, Told i didn't know how to read, lied to being told it was worse then the other and charged for something with the alignment but I have the free life time alignment no reason given again.

Do NOT even waste your time or money with this company or this location. Not only is their so called "life warranty" a scam, they will claim they never did certain jobs. Absolutely terrible experience... They had me waste thousands on new parts just for them to not fix the actual problem with my car and then not do anything to assist me at all.

I went to Tires Plus in Hunter's Creek to patch one of my Tesla tires that had a slow leak, and they tried to tell me that TWO of my tires had nails in them, neither could be patched, and they both needed to be fully replaced at the cost of $952 dollars. My Tesla tells me which tires are flat, so I knew it was just the one. So when the mechanic showed me two random nails (with no proof that they were from my tires) and said they came from TWO of my tires, I was immediately suspicious. I asked for my car back and made an appointment at Pep Boys on Osceola Pkwy for the following day. The mechanic at Pep Boys patched the one tire with the slow leak in no time at all (for $26 dollars), and told me there was nothing wrong with the other tire. I will never again go to Tires Plus in Hunter's Creek. At the very LEAST, their mechanic is incompetent, and at the MOST, they are scamming customers. Do not trust their word.

This Tire Plus has always been good to me. Both Cory and Armando are very helpful. They are both very knowledgeable, and have great customer service. Definitely recommended!

Went there for a wheel alignment after replacing my 2013 Tundra upper control arm. Wheels didnt feel aligned, but I though maybe after driving a few miles it will feel better. Drove all the way to Ohio and it feels like nothing was done to these tires.

Be careful, this place is a scam. They told me I had a nail in the side of my tire and I needed a new tire. I was a little skeptical about the place so I took my car to DODGE. At DODGE they showed me the nail was in the center and it only needed to be patched. I ended up paying 30$ instead of buying a new tire for 315$. Be careful people, it’s always good to go to the original manufacturer, there are many places like this all over the US. Don't get scammed. Side note, they offer a 10% discount to military, and as a service member myself, this place should be blacklisted. I will try my best to bring this up my chain of command, so future guardsmen or military traveling the area are aware of this place.

I do not recommend this location to anyone I know . I just left hunters creek location and felt like they were racist toward me . I sat for an hour wait after walking up to ask again about my oil change the gentleman told me it was gonna be another two hours . I was the only one in the waiting room .I asked to schedule an appointment for Sunday and was told we have no openings.. I only went back with my car because the guy told me it would be ready by 2 . He lies and added on two more hours😡 never will I go there again .

I feel like I don't get the runaround! They diagnose my car, they tell me what's wrong. Then they give me their recommendation and how much it'll cost. But never do I feel pressured to get it done. They seem very honest and that's rare these days.

Aleisha rocks! We showed up Friday late afternoon, with the spare on and the ruptured tire in the trunk, which had just happened 30 minutes prior, around the corner. All bays and jacks in shop were taken, as they were super busy. Aleisha stepped up and offered to put a new tire on the rim right there herself, if we were prepared to mount it back on ourselves. Deal! We were in and out in under 20 minutes, thanks to Aleisha thinking of and offering us an outside of the box solution, all while clearly super busy. Thumbs up!

Cory helped me a lot on Saturday, from sending me a photo of my car's break pads and I knew they had to be replaced due to how thin they were, to updating me on the progress with text messages. Who would want anything more than that kind of treatment?

Everything was very good, incredible service, excellent attention, but I went at 10:50 am and left at 1:30 in the afternoon. I understand very well that they have to do their job and check everything, but I was only going to change a tire. Could it take 15 minutes? It takes 1 hour almost 20 minutes for a tire, I think that is not right, I understand that they want to provide better service and take care of the customer, but does it take that long to change a tire? I don't understand (yes, the only thing you will do in your day is change a tire, tire plus is your best option.

Made an appointment, got right in. Staff kept me informed via email along the way, full reports and invoicing digitally. I had a full inspection and AC Service which helped to prepare me for future maintenance and repairs so I could budget for minor vs. urgent care.

Fui al taller para que me repararan un neumatico y me rotaran los cauchos, luego de casi tres horas de espera porque no tenia cita, me dijeron que tenia el filtro de aire y motor sucios que si los iba a cambiar, le dije que no, luego de eso me informaron que no hicieron la reparacion y rotacion porque habia dos neumaticos muy desgastados, en resumen fui a perder 3 horas de mi tiempo para que no hicieran nada de lo que queria me hicieran, no puedo comentar mas que el servicio fue pesimo
